Former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie was booed taking the stage at a Florida Republican Party Freedom Summit, prompting a snarky outburst. “Now look, everyone of those boos, everyone of those cat calls, everyone of those yells will not . . . solve one problem we face in this country,” Cristie told the crowd. Christie doesn’t take a hint from reputable polls that show him running a 2.6%, under former Vice President Mike Penced, 64, who dropped out the race with 3.4% Oct. 27, Unlike Pence who humbly said “it was not his time,” Christie can’t take a clue that his renegade campaign against former President Donald Trump has failed. Christie only has money from the anti-Trump crowd, primarily led by the Lincoln Project, a group of disgruntled Republicans that tried everything possible to get former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton elected in 2016, but ultimately failed.

Republicans attending the Florida meeting don’t want to hear from Christie because he’s not a viable candidate under any circumstances. Christie’s colleagues know that he runs an insurgent campaign with only one purpose, to prevent Trump from winning the nomination. Christie was once a fervent Trump supporter in 2016, only turning against the former president when he didn’t offer him a Cabinet post. Trump would have considered Christie had he not been investigated at the time for New Jersey’s 2013 Bridgegate scandal. While Christie was never charged in the scandal, he was under investigation in 2016 for a possible indictment. Christie never let it go and finds himself stabbing Trump in the back together with the rest of the never-Trump crowd led by Sen. Mitt Romney (R-Ut.) and others, like former House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) Christie never got traction in the 2024 race.

Christie actually ran against Trump in 2016 before dropping out after the South Carolina’s primary Feb. 20 2016. It was obvious to GOP primary goers, as it’s obvious now, that Trump is on his way to another primary victory, regardless of how Christie spends his time denigrating Trump. Christie has become a household word on CNN, MSNBC and other liberal networks for his brazen attacks on former President Donald Trump. Chiritie has no appeal except to Democrats committed to sabotaging Trump 2024 campaign. Christie and other anti-Trump Republicans like Romney and Ryan, think Trump is incapable of beating President Joe Biden, fearing a Trump nomination would hand Bdien four more years. Whether that’s true or not, it certainly mirrors the views of the anti-Trump crowd, looking for someone with less baggage to represent the GOP in 2024.

Like a runnier playing jackrabbit in the Olymics, never intending to finish the race, Christie’s only intent in running for president is to stop Trump. Whether Trump is stopped or not, it won’t be by anyone running at 2.6%. If you ask liberal TV or radio networks, Christie is the GOP fornt-runner, grabbing at any chance to slam Trump. GOP voters boo Christie not because of his message about Trump but because he’s a fake candidate, only running to sabotage Trump’s campaign. If Christie paid attention to the issues, he wouldn’t back 80-year-old President Joe Biden’s fiasco in Ukraine, wasting untold amounts of taxpayer money. “When you think about the problems that our country and the world is facing, when you thin about that, this type of pettiness . . . is bebeatg . . .the process of electing a president,” Christie said, not realizing that he’s the petty, vindictive one.

Christie’s jeers from the Florida GOP audience is precisely because he’s a fake candidate put up by the never Trump crowd. When Christie talks about all the important issues, what does he think Trump stands for? He’s the only candidate ready to stand up to Biden’s colossal mismanagement of the economy and foreign policy. Christie doesn’t have a clue how Biden created the worst inflation in over 40 years, sacrificing the middle class he talks about helping. Christie backs the Ukraine War like a good Russian war hawk but doesn’t realize that U.S.-Russian relations is a good thing for U.S. foreign policy when it comes to a dangerous world. Imagine today Russian President Vladimir Putin telling his many contacts in the Arab world to back off Israel. Biden wrecked decades of U.S.-Russian diplomacy, détente and arms control, and more, importantly, solving global problems.

Christie doesn’t like getting booed because of his inflated ego from appearing on all the liberal TV and radio talks shows. With no platform for his campaign other than attacking Trump non-existent, voters are sick of hearing his repetitive anti-Trump message. Trump’s legal woes could wind up upending his campaign or not, depending on the way things go. If Trump beats all the fake prosecutions, he’ll likely win the presidency with voters deciding he’s been hazed enough by the establishment. Trump delivered for his four years in office relative prosperity and peace in the world. In three years, Biden’s delivered economic malaise and a war with the Russian Federation. Christie doesn’t pay attention to the economy or foreign policy, only his obsession with attacking Trump. GOP voters are sick of his phony shtick of attacking Trump to get make headlines for himself.
