When the Sept. 30 stopgap bill prevented a government shutdown for 45 days, it left out Ukraine War funding. President Joe Biden, 80, and the White House spin machine have been in a full-court press to reinstate all of Ukraine funding, another $24 billion, continuing a reckless proxy war against the Russian Federation, destroying U.S.-Russian relations for the foreseeable future. Biden and Ukraine’s 45-year-old President Volodmyr Zelensky insist that the Ukraine War protects European democracy. Yet Zelensky has worked feverishly since the Feb. 24, 2022 invasion to get fast-track NATO membership. NATO threw cold water on Zelensky’s demands for NATO membership largely because Ukraine is bankrupt and currently at war with the Russian Federation, precluding NATO membership. Yet Biden and Zelensky insist that the Ukraine War protects Europe.
Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton backs the White House Ukraine propaganda campaign, saying that not backing Ukraine funding aids-and-abets 70-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin. Biden and Zelesnsky insist that without the Ukraine War, Putin would start taking over NATO countries. Biden and Zelensky know that Putin would not challenge NATO, knowing all the cash-and-weapons Ukraine receives from the U.S. and NATO. But Hillary’s narrative tries to browbeat Congress into approving more Ukraine funds to show that it’s not colluding with Putin. So, if any member of Congress questions the Ukraine War, they’re backing Putin’s ambition to take over Europe. Hillary’s messaging is precisely the same rubbish she used against former President Donald Trump. Hillary used her fake Steele dossier to accuse Trump of colluding with the Kremlin.
Well, Hillary’s back at it again, making outrageous statements that members of Congress opposing Biden’s reckless proxy war are aiding-and-abetting Putin. If that’s not Red Scare baiting, then what is? Members of Congress opposed to the Ukraine War want Biden to stop wasting taxpayer money on perpetual war, interfering with world peace and economic prosperity. Hillary tells Congress that anyone opposing Biden’s warmongering is a Russia asset, just like her fake dossir said about Trump. Biden has committed unlimited, unending and finite U.S. Treasury cash to a failed Ukraine War policy, designed only to waste countless tax dollars, not win the war. If Biden really thought Putin was a menace to Europe, he’d push the Pentagon and NATO to send troops to defend Ukraine. If you listen to Biden and his 70-yer-old Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, Russia’s army is near collapse.
Biden said yesterday that if Congress balks on Ukraine funding, he would find another way to get it. So, Biden’s willing to bypass Congress to fund a costly proxy war that has trashed decades of Russian diplomacy, détente and arms control, all considered an essential part of U.S. foreign policy and national security. Not one member of Biden’s national security team or war hawks in Congress talk about how the Ukraine War has damaged U.S. foreign policy and national security. Yet to Hillary, any member of Congress that wants the war resolved plays into Putin’s hands. So, for Hillary the war must continue to prove the U.S. government seeks to topple the Russian Federation. Zelensky has made little progress in his mission with U.S. cash-and-arms to oust Russia from Ukraine’s sovereign territory. Biden and Hillary offer no dates, no limits to how much the U.S. must spend in Ukraine.
Pentagon analysts say that Putin is betting on war fatigue from the U.S. and NATO, eventually forcing Ukraine to go to the peace table. Biden officials act like letting U.N. peacemakers play a role in ending the conflict is surrendering to the Russian Federation. Biden and Hillary’s logic prevents any future settlement of the conflict until Putin removes all his troops from Ukraine. Since that’s not happening in the foreseeable future, it means under Biden four more years of war and drain on the U.S. Treasruy. “Fatigue over this conflict—fatigue from the completely absurd sponsorship of the Kiev regime—will grow in various countries, including the U.S.,” said Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov. So, if Peskov states the obvious, Biden and Hillary see that as reason to double-down. It’s obvious that the longer the war goes, the more opposition in the U.S. and Europe builds.
Biden and his Ukraine spin machine won’t admit that the Ukraine proxy war against the Russian Federation was the worst mistake in U.S. history. Not only did it destroy U.S.-Russian relations, it drove China into a close economic, military and strategic alliance. Without real results in Ukraine, it’s more difficult to justify the high levels of U.S. cash-and-arms given to Ukraine. “There are more and more signs that he’s ]Peskov] correct. Ukraine is not meeting its conscription goals, its economy is sagging under the weight of the war, and enthusiasm is waning both in the U.S. and Europe for maintaining high levels of aid to Ukraine,” said George Beebe, former director of the CIA’s Russia analysis unit. Biden and his acolytes are desperate to spend untold billions on Ukraine without any real results. Biden refuses to see how peacemaking would help all parties embroiled in the conflict.
