When Fox New fired 54-year-old prime host Tucker Carlson April 21, it sent shockwaves in the media, primarily because Carlson had the No. 1 Nielsen-rated talk on TV. Fox founder Robert Murdoch , 92, made a business decision with his son 51-year-old son Laclaln Murdoch, currently Chariman of Fox news, to fire Carlson primarily for insubordination, because Carlson spoke his mind in controversial topics, especially about race and immigration. Whatever the Murdoch’s think about Carlson, they parted ways with the network’s top talent, commanding the biggest audience on network or cable TV. Tucker was fired April 21 by Rupert and Lachla only three days before Fox News paid Dominion Voting Systems $787 billion in an out-of-court settlement. Murdoch blamed Carlson for the whopping settlement alleging Dominion Systems engaged in voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election.

Reports of Tucker sued for harassing Fox New producer Abby Grossberg were also taken into account in his April 21 firing but by far the April 18 $787 billion settlement was the biggest factor. Whatever the reason, the Mordochs know that Tucker was revered by the Fox audience because, of all his on-air talent, no one made more sense than Tucker Carlson. Tucker was the only on Democrat or GOP-oriented TV host that strongly opposed the Ukraine War. Tucker went out of his way to condemn 80-year-old President Joe Biden’s 17-month-old proxy war against the Russian Federation. Carlson understood, like 77-year-old former President Donald Trump, that the Ukraine war was not in the national security interest of the United States. Carlson agreed wholeheartedly that the Ukraine War must end. Trump is the only Democrat of GOP candidate opposed to the Ukraine War.

Speaking on the “Stay Free Russell Brand Podcast,” Tucker said that Trump made a huge mistake getting into American politics, based on years of government persecution and current indictments. Tucker called Trump’s entrance into politics a “huge mistake,” but said he agreed 100% with Trump’s views on Ukraine. “Trump is the only person . . . who is saying: Wait a second. You know, why are we supporting an endless war in Ukraine?” Tucker said. “I’m struck by his foreign policy views,” Carlson said, knowing that not one Democrat or GOP politician has come out against the Ukraine War. “Trump is the only person with stature in the Republican Party who’s saying, ‘Wait a second why are we supporting an endless war in Ukraine?’” Tucher told Brand that he “loved” Trump for opposing the Ukraine War because of it costs to U.S. national security and the U.S. Treasury.

Tucker’s opposition to the Ukraine War stems from the fact he doesn’t buy Biden and Ukraine’s 45-year-old President Volodymyr Zelensky’s talking points that 70-year-old President Vladimir Putin would take over Europe if the U.S. were not engaged in proxy war. Biden offers zero evidence Putin would invade other European countries if Ukraine were not battling the Kremlin. Putin knows that attacking any NATO country would automatically trigger Article 5 that an attack on one country is an attack on the 31-member alliance. Zelensky expects to push the July 11 NATO summit in Vilnius, Lithuania for membership, despite being told that Ukraine cannot be considered for membership as long as it’s at war with Russia. Carlson opposes Biden’s proxy war against the Kremlin because he destroys decades of diplomacy with the Soviet Union and Russian Federation.

Generations of U.S. presidents worked cooperatively with the Soviet Union and Russian Federation. Many world problems, including North Korea’s nuclear weapons program and Iran’s uranium enrichment program, have been helped by healthy U.S.-Russian relations. Biden decided unilaterally to join Ukraine war with the Krenlin, in effect ending diplomatic relations with Moscow. Carlson was accused by the White House and liberal press of conspiring with Putin, when, in fact, he sought to end the Ukraine War to improve U.S.-Russian relations. Biden refuses to see any other path than war with the Kremlin over Ukraine. Instead of letting Ukraine deal with its relations to the Kremlin, Biden decided to join Zelensky’s battle with the Russian Federation, leaving U.S.-Russian relations in shambles. Carlson agrees with Trump that U.S.-Russian relations is important to U.S. foreign policy.

Carlson was fired by Fox News for spreading unverified rumors about Dominion Voting Systems fixing the 2020 election. When it cost Fox Corp. $787 billion that was the last straw for the Murdochs firing Carlson April 21. Carlson’s controversial views had nothing to do with his firing, only the amount of cash he cost the network in the Dominion Voting Systems lawsuit. “All I can say at this point is I’m so grateful that he [Trump] has that position. He’s right. And everyone in Washington is wrong, everyone,” Carlson said about the Ukraine War. “Trump is right on that question . . . .the war is reshaping the world. It’s reshaping the economy of the world. It’s reshaping populations,” Carlson said. Trump is the only presidential candidate saying he would end the war in 24 hours, drawing skepticism from Democrats and Republicans. Carlson agrees 100% with Trump on ending the Ukraine War.
