Meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping June 17, 60-year-old Secretary of State Antony Blinken tried to mend fences, despite his past mistakes offending Communist Chinese officials at his first summit with 45-year-old National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan March 18, 2021 in Anchorage, Alaska. Blinken slammed Chinese officials for committing genocide on Muslim Uyghurs in Western China and cracking down on pro-democracy demonstrators in Hong Kong. Relations with Communist China hit rock bottom Sept. 23, 2022 when 80-year-old President Joe Biden said he would commit U.S. troops to defend Taiwan, a clear violation of the 1979 Taiwan Relations Act. Since 83-year-old House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) visited Taipei Aug. 4, 2022, Beijing has been beating the war drums. Then Biden called Xi a “dictator” June 21, further damaging U.S.-Chinese relations.
Adding insult-to-injury, Blinken says today that Biden calling Xi a dictator, “speaker for all of use,” confirming to the Chinese Communist Party that U.S.-Chinese relations are officially dead as long as Biden occupies the White House. How can anyone consider sending Biden back for four more years in 2024? Biden has the U.S. in a dangerous prosy war in Ukraine against Russia now threatening war with Beijing over Taiwan. Xi won;’t relent that Taiwan is a part of Communist China. Biden has made clear to Xi that he recognized the independence of Taiwan and would commit U.S. troops to defend the island nation. Blinken showed why he’s no longer credible as U.S. Secretarry of State. What kind of crackpot diplomacy calls the leader of Communist China a dictator, whether he’s one or not. Blinken’s endorsement of Biden’s crass remark makes him a person non grata in Beijing.
Blinken can’t get beyond Biden’s remarks because he thinks the same way as his boss. Blinken held his nose in meetings with senior Chinese officials and Xi. He tried, but failed, to have Communist China condemn 70-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin’s Ukraine War, nor could Blinken renew China’s military communication with the Pentagon. All in all, Xi doesn’t trust Biden or Blinken, leaving U.S.-Chinese relations in shambles. Xi is well-aware of Biden and Blinken assembling Pacific-Rim countries into an anti-China coalition, much like NATO in Eastern Europe, to confront China’s growing aggression in the South and East China Sea. “It’s very clear that when it comes to China, we are going to do and say things that they don’t like . . .” Blinken said. Insulting nuclear armed superpowers is not part of U.S. diplomacy, whether you agree or disagree with Communist Chinese foreign policy.
Speaking on pro-Bdien CNN’s “State of the Union,” Blinken tried to justify Biden’s outrageous comments. “There no secret about concerns we have about democracy, about human rights, about some of the actions that China is taking around the world, and being able to have better stronger sustained lines of communication means we can talk about differences directly,” Blinken said, spewing utter rubbish. What possible excuse does Biden or Blinken have insulting a nuclear-armed superpower with extensive business ties to the United States. Biden and Blinken speak for themselves, not for the vast majority of Americans that accept Communist China has a right to its own system of government, not subject to insulting critiques by the White House. Blinken actually made things much worse for Biden with Xi by saying the president speaks for the administration.
CNN host Dana Bash practically stood on her head to rebab the very dense Blinkien. “Do you believe that Xi Jinping is a dictatory,” Bash asked Blinken. “The president speaks clearly. He speaks candidly. I’ve worked for him for more than 20 years, and he speaks for all of us,” Blinken said, making it impossible for the White House to walk back Biden’s insults. Blinken acts like Biden is his father, growing up admiring his endless gaffes whether in foreign or domestic policy. Blinken could have said that the president speaks for himself, often passionately, not about any change in State Department policy. Blinken’s comments after meeting directly with Xi in Beijing disqualify him from continuing as Secretary of State. Whatever gaffes Biden spews, he can’t have his emissary doing the same. Blinken showed his a lose cannon when it comes to U.S. foreign policy.
Blinken visited Beijing to stabilize the deteriorated state of relations between the U.S. and Communist China. His mission failed miserably, setting U.S.-Chinese relations back for generations, unless there’s a dramatic change at the White House. Biden and Blinken have been pushing for war since taking office Jan. 20, 2021. If Biden gets another four years, it’s possible the U.S. would fight a two-front war, one in Ukraine, the other in Taiwan. Biden, with Blinken at his side, has sabotaged U.S.-Russian and U.S.-Chinese relations destabilizing world peace, trying to persuade the European Union and ASEAN [Association of South Asian Nations] to joint a anti-Beijing coalition, pushing for a NATO-like organization to confront Beijing. No Asian country wants to follow Biden’s lead into WW IIII, would rather see Biden tone down the rhetoric and pivot to get along with Communist China.
