Testifying in the House Judiciary Committee June 21 about his 306-page report on the origin Crossfire Hurricane, 73-year-old Special Counsel John Durham was viciously attacked by 76-year-old Rep. Jerold Nadler (D-N.Y.) and Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.). Nadler and Schiff were two of 77-year-old President Donald Trump’s biggest critics, frequently leaking fake intel the Democrat-controlled U.S. press. Nadler and Schiff accused Durham, who was invited to share findings of his four-year investigation into the origin of the FBI’s counterintelligence probe of Trump and his 2016 campaign. Schiff was censored by Congress for his role in spreading lies about Trump’s alleged ties to the Kremlin, once telling the press, after Special Counsel Robert Mueller gave his final report Mach 23, 2019 clearing Trump or his campaign of any wrongdoing, that he had proof of Trump’s Russian collusion..
Nadler and Schiff supplied all the fake intel to the New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC, all the anti-Trump media to report on his alleged ties to the Russian Federation. Schiff told the press after Mueller cleared Trump and his campaign of wrongdoing that he had proof Trump conspired with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election. Schiff doesn’t admit that all the FBI’s probable cause to investigate Trump was based on former Hillary Rodham Clinton’s fabricated Steele dossier, a compendium of lies about Trump to help her win the 2016 election. Schiff’s censure was precisely for his continuous leaks to the press and lies to the public about Trump alleged ties to the Kremlin. Durham was invited by House Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) to share his May 15 Final Report. Schiff and Nadler jumped all over Durham to protect their own positions.
Schiff, Nadler, former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) were all recklessly accusing Trump of Russian collusion for years, even though it was based on Hillary’s fake opposition research AKA the Steele dossier. Durham’s 306-page report casts doubt on the credibility of the DOJ and FBI, letting politics get in the way of objective law enforcement. “They’re never going to stop. Seven years of attacking Trump is scary enough, but what’s more frightening, any one of us could be next,” Jordan said. Democrats like Pelosi, Nadler and Schiff don’t care that the FBI used fake probable cause to investigate Trump, they only care that they damaged him politically. Durham simply pointed out in his 306-page report that the DOJ and FBI did not use appropriate probable cause to open up a counterintelligence investigation, using the power of the state to go after political opponents.
Democrats like to talk about Durham getting only one conviction, failing in two other attempts at trial of prosecute others involved in Crossfire Hurricane. One person in particular, Hillary campaign attorney Michael Susssman actually tipped off the FBI Sept. 19, 2016 2 that Trump made illegal transfers to Russia’s Alfa Bank. Sussmann mentioned nothing to FBI General Counsel Jim Baker that he worked for the Hillary campaign. FBI officials asked Sussmann why he disclosed defamatory information to the FBI about Trump. Whether accepted by the jury or not, clearly Sussmann tried to make Trump look bad to help Hillary win the 2016 presidential election. Sussmann clearly lied to the FBI about the fact he worked for the Hillary campaign in 2016. When it comes to Durham’s one conviction, it was devastating news for the FBI concerning FISA Court applications.
Durham got former FBI Atty. Kevn Clinesmith to plead guilty to deleting in a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act [FISA] Court application the fact that former Trump foreign policy aid Carter Page worked for the CIA. Former FISA Court Chief Judge Rosemary Collyer said she would never have granted the application to wiretap Page had she know he worked for the CIA. What more do you need to know about the treachery going on at the FBI in 2016 to stop Trump from winning the presidency? Clinesmith falsified a FISA application to get a warrant to wiretap Carter Page. Democrats like to talk about Durham’s failures but, in reality, he identified the shenanigans going on in the FBI’s upper echelon. Democrats like controlling the DOJ and FBI for the purpose of using federal law enforcement to harass Republicans to take control of the country.
Durham’s reason for testifying in the House Judiciary was to set the record straight about the Democrat witch-hunt against former President Donald Trump. If the DOJ and FBI abused Trump in the past, what makes anyone think they’re not doing it again with the DOJ’s 37-count indictment against Trump for harboring classified docs at his Mar-a-Lago estate? “Rules and laws need to be changed so that these mechanisms cannot be used again in this war to really harm the American public,” Rep. Mike Turner (R-Ohio) said, admitting the FBI went off the rails in 2016 investigating Trump. Durham’s report “reinforces the importance of ensuring the FBI continues to do its work with the rigor, objectivity and professionalism the American people deserve and rightly expect,” said 56-year-old FBI Director Christopher Wray, claiming he’s implemented all recommended reforms.
