Former President Donald Trump, 77, used his 37-count DOJ indictment to fundraise, not phased about his current legal troubles, compounded by his April 4 indictment by 49-year-old Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg. Bragg’s indictment of Trump for a payoff for hush rmoney payments to Stormy Daniels has much in common with the Department of Justice, led 54-year-old Special Counsel Jack Smith. Both Smith and Bragg upgraded Trump’s charges to felonies, when they were at best misdemeanors or common infactions, requiring no criminal penalties at all. Both Bragg and Smith are part of the Deep State, looking for revenge against former President Trump. Trump has called both prosecutors out mafia-like criminal thugs, abusing the power of their office to attack Trump politically, all because he’s the GOP front-runner, much like he was in 2016
Trump was anything but unknown in 2016, a Gulliver among the Lillip;utians , a towering figure, as he is today, with a bigger than life personality, over many of his GOP rivals, the same thing he faces today, Trump’s GOP rivals today face the same problem as they did in 2016, with or without Trump’s current legal problems. All of Trump’s GOP haters, like former House Speaker Paul Ryan (R-Wis.) want Trump to drop out, all because he faces at least two indictments, maybe more as time goes on. But like his past legal woes, Trump has grown in the peoples’ underdog, recognizing at corrupt government continues to throw the book at him, all because he’s one of the most successful real estate entrepreneurs in U.S. history. Former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton found out the hard way what it’s like to run against an American icon.
When it comes to the Department of Justice recent indictments, the government has to prove its case beyond a reasonable doubt, knowing, the doubt starts with a corrupt DOJ, persecuting Trump for years with a Russian hoax. Democrats and press tried to frame Trump for years throwing Special Counsel Robert Mueller at him, spending 22-months and $40 million trying to tie Trump to the Kremlin. In the end, Trump was cleared and Mueller investigation was left embarrassed, rebuked by Inspector Gen Michael Horowitz Dec. 19, 2019 for violating the department’s policies and procedures in going after Trump. FBI officials, led by former FBI Director James Comey, were humiliated for using Hillary’s paid opposition research as probable cause to investigate Trump and his 2016 campaign. DOJ and FBI officials have not dealt with the fake Russian witch-hunt against Trump.
If the DOJ actually goes to trial against Trump alleging he violated the 1917 Espionage Act, they’ll face questions about the past witch-hunt in which Horowitz and more recently Special Counsel John Durham found the DOJ and FBI violated policy and procedures to gt after Trump over his alleged Russian ties. DOJ officials have only technicalities to go after Trump, saying he harbored classified government documents at his Mar-a-Lago estate. DOJ officials can’t say that Trump knew the contents of the numerous boxes packed by underlings and shipped to Mar-a-Lago after Trump left the White House Jan. 20, 2021. Just like Democrats and the press wanted Mueller to find Trump guilty of Russian collusion, they now want him to swing on fake classified documents. Smith said the nation’s national security is at stake, the most disingenuous statement made by a government official.
What’s more of a danger to U.S. national security, Biden’s proxy war against the Russian Federation or Trump’s worthless rubbish at Mar-a-Lago. Smith can only go after Trump on a technicality because, Trump’s legacy as president was to keep the economy prosperous and out of costly foreign wars. Biden didn’t waste any time joining Ukraine’s war against the Kremlin and serving notice on Communist China that he would commit U.S. troops to defend Taiwan. Biden has hit the U.S. economy and world peace with a wrecking ball, daring to ask for a second term. Whether Trump becomes the GOP nominee or not, Biden doesn’t deserve a second term for his recognized failures in the Oval Office. Democrats and the press give Biden a free pass on wrecking the economy and world peace.
Biden faces no real challenge in 2024, despite s70-year-old Robert Kennedy Jr., whose largely regarded as a kook for his views on childhood vaccines causing autism. RFK Jr. has more common sense on most his positions affecting the country compared to Biden’s obsession with 70-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin. Biden refuses to accept any peace proposals to end the destructive Ukraine War, only demanding that Putin pull out all his troops from Ukraine. Biden has a history of foreign policy failure under former President Barack Obama when he encouraged Biden to spend billions on a proxy war in Syria to topple Syrian President Bashar Al-Assad. Biden failed when Putin decided to defend Al-Assad. Most Democrats and a majority of Republicans all agree that Biden is too old for another four years in office but have no way to stop him.
