President Joe Biden, 80, has gone to war against the Russian Federation using Ukrainian troops as a proxy force without going to Congress for approval under the 1973 War Powers Act. Just like in Vietnam, Congress had no say when President John F. Kennedy and his successor President Lyndon Johnson escalated the war without any debate or authorization in Congress. Now Biden has done the same thing with the Russian Federation, using Ukraine troops to launch a war against the Kremlin. American public, U.S. press and Congress has been blindsided by Biden’s dangerous and illegal war with the Russian Federation. One mistake, one miscalculation, one error at this point could erupt a wider conflict on the European Continent, even a nuclear war. Yesterday’s thwarted drone attack on the Kremlin shows that the Ukraine War has already breached Ukraine’s borders.

Preparing for its May Day celebration and parade at Victory Square at the Kremln May 9, Russia neutralized at drone attack yesterday over the glass-domed Senate hall. Kremlin Spokesman Dmitri Peskov said the U.S. was responsible for the drone attack, promptly denied by the White House. But with the U.S. funding the bankrupt Ukraine government and supplying lethal weapons to Kiev, there’s no distinction made now between any attacks attributed to Ukraine or the United States. White House and Pentagon officials can’t deny that the aim of the U.S. war in Ukraine is to degrade the Russian military to the point it can no longer wage War. Biden made clear March 26, 2022 in Warsaw, Poland he wanted to get rid of 70-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin. Then 69-year-old Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin told an audience in Ramstein, Germany April 26, 2022 that the U.S aims to degrade the Russian military.

So, when it comes the Kremlin accusing Ukraine or the Ukraine of sending a drone to assassinate Putin, it’s not that farfetched. Biden has created the current state of war with the Russian Federation. Attacks on Russian soil whether near the Ukraine border or in Moscow are taken seriously by the Kremlin. “Attempts to disown this, both in Kiev and in Washington, are, of course, absolutely ridiculous. We know very well that decisions about such actions, about such terrorist attacks, are made not in Kiev but in Washington,” Peskov said. U.S. media criticizes Peskov for not providing proof related to the origin on the attack. Congress and he U.S. press don’t acknowledge the state of war between the U.S. and the Kremlin. Peskov only states the obvious that Biden orchestrates the proxy war against the Kremlin. Kremlin officials see the war in Ukraine as a U.S. war against the Russian Federation.

Peskov wants to serve notice on Biden that there’s no distinction between Kiev and Washington when it comes to the Ukraine War. Peskov said the targets dictated in Ukraine and elsewhere are dictated from the White House. “This is also often dictated from across the ocean . . . In Washington they must clearly understand we know this,” Peskov said. Kremlin officials no longer buy that Biden is helping Ukraine maintain its sovereignty and territorial integrity from the Feb. 24, 2022 Russian invasion. Putin asked Biden for months before the so-called “special military operation” to discuss Ukraine’s security. But Biden rejected Putin’s offer to avoid military confrontation, instead continued arming Ukraine. So, when the drone attack occurred over the Kremlin, Putin considers it an attack by the United States. Kremlin officials don’t need any proof of anything at this point.

Congress and the U.S. press must ask more questions of Biden about the Ukraine War. Relations with the Kremlin have deteriorated to the point now that any attack on Russian soil or in Ukraine is viewed as an attack by the United States. Peskov said that Russia reserved the right to retaliate for the drone attack on its own timetable. Former Russian President Dmitri Medvedev said after the attempted Kremlin drone attack that Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelensky is a legitimate target for the Russian Federation, saying he should be “physically eliminated.” Congress must decide how far the U.S. is willing to go with its Ukraine War, now that it’s seen as a war between Washington and the Kremlin. Listening to Blinken disparage the idea of U.S. involvement only makes matters worse. White House officials need to pull back the Ukraine War from the brink.

Where’s Congress and the U.S. press in asking questions of Biden for embroiling the U.S. into a conflict with the Kremlin? Denying that the U.S. ordered an attack on the Kremlin doesn’t absolve the U.S. from responsibility, knowing that it’s supplying Ukraine all kinds of lethal weapons. However used by Kiev, it’s clear that Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov sees any part of Russia as a legitimate target for Kiev. It’s not enough for White House officials to say that the weapons supplied are limited to attacks inside Ukraine’s borders. Why should Kiev’s officials abide by arbitrary restrictions on the use of U.S. weapons? White House National Security Spokesman John Kirby said the attempted Kremlin drone strike was not ordered by Washington. Whoever authorized the drone strike, it’s clear that the Ukraine War is spiraling out-of-control and needs to end.
