So as the 79-year-old President Joe Biden wages his war with Ukrainian proxies against the Russian Federation, the BRICS group, including Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa, now consider signing up Iran. Biden’s hostile relations toward Russia and China have cemented a stronger anti-Western coalition of oil and gas producers, bypassing U.S. and European Union [EU] sanctions. Since taking office Jan. 20, 2021, Biden alienated Russia and China to the point of war, accusing both countries of human rights abuses, saying he could not conduct business-as-usual with either country, despite the long historic ties that have kept the world stable since WW II. Biden boycotted the Beijing Winter Olympics, giving Putin the perfect opening to develop even closer ties with Beijing. When it comes to BRICS adding Iran, it’s the ultimate slap in the face to the aged president.

Biden’s not in control of his foreign policy, using mostly neophytes in positions of power in his Cabinet, like 59-year-old Secretary of State Antony Blinken and 45-year-old National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan. Blinken and Sullivan quickly made a mess of things March 18, 2021 at a get-to-know-you summit with the Chinese in Anchorage, Alaska. Blinken and Sullivan insulted senior Chinese diplomats for committing genocide against Muslim Uyghurs in Xingjiang Western China. Can you imagine in a first meeting what that was like? Only a day before, Biden has said 69-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin was a “soulless killer,” a great way to destroy an essential foreign relationship. So when it comes to Biden’s foreign policy, it’s in shambles not because the age of his underlings but they have zero common sense, leading to today’s dilemma.

Adding Iran to BRICS would be a slap in the face to Biden, who’s been nothing but hostile to Russia and China since taking office. Iran holds the second largest natural gas reserves on the planet, would be a power member to the already formidable energy and economic trading group. Biden’s obsession with Ukraine, paying all of Ukraine’s government salaries, including Zelensky’s and funding the Ukraine War. Letting Iran into BRICS would be another bleak consequences to Biden’s hostile policy toward Russia. Ukraine’s does nothing for U.S. foreign policy, other than spew cheap platitudes about preserving democracy. There’s zero evidence that if Ukraine loses the war, the rest of Europe will eventually fall to the Russian Federation. Ukraine’s 45-year-old President Volodymyr Zelensky makes sensational statements to justify continuing the war against the Russian Federation.

China accounts for 70% of BRICS economic output, with India at 13% and Brazil and Russia at 7% each. Together BRICS accounts for $27.5 before adding Iran, accounting for 40% of the world’s population and 26% of the global economy. Biden’s decision to start a proxy war with the Russian Federation was a bad idea, knowing that having pragmatic relations with Russia has helped the U.S. since the end of WW II. No president in U.S. history since WW II has alienated the Russian Federation or China more than Biden, all because he wants to spew claptrap about human rights. Biden thought he could cripple the Russian Federation’s economy by imposing the strictest Western sanctions in history on the Kremlin. Biden’s found out the hard way that Russia doesn’t need the U.S. and EU to survive economically, though Putin certainly doesn’t like turning away business.

Chinese President Xi Jinping, 69, at a virtual BRICS conference last week, blasted Western officials for abusing international sanctions for the Ukraine War. Xi agrees with Putin that NATO encroachment on the Russian Federation caused Putin to invade Ukraine. Biden tried but failed to get the international community to condemn the Russian Federation for invading Ukraine. Now the war morphed not into a border dispute but into a U.S. proxy war seeking to topple Putin’s government. EU officials don’t know how to respond to how Biden morphed a border dispute into a proxy war against the Kremlin. French President Emmanuel Macron has tried to get the warring factions to the peace table, something Washington and Kiev reject completely. Biden and Zelensky still believe they can defeat the Russian military by keeping the war going into the indefinite future.

Putin sees the Ukraine War as a proxy war to topple his Kremlin government. Biden has gone over the deep end funding the Ukraine government and proxy war against the Russian Federation. No matter what the losses in Ukraine, Biden continues to fund Zelensky to fight the Russia military with the intent to degrading Moscow’s ability to wage war. EU officials sit on the sidelines watching a slow moving train wreck in which, under Biden and Zelensky’s leadership, Ukraine has lost 25% of its sovereign territory, including the entire strategic Black Sea coastline. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said last week that the Ukraine War could take years to reclaim lost Ukrainian territory. Everyday the war goes on, Ukraine loses more citizens, infrastructure and sovereign territory. Biden’s anti-Russia and China foreign policy has wrecked U.S. national security.
