So when the U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. acquitted former Hillary campaign attorney Michael Sussmann of lying for feeding the FBI fake information about Trump’s ties to Russia’s Alfa Bank, the U.S. media jumped for joy, celebrating another blow to Durham’s inquiry into the Russian hoax. No in mainstream media thinks the Russian hoax, as former President Donald Trump liked to call it, was a monstrous conspiracy by the Obama administration and Hilllary campaign. How curious that the mainstream press wants no part of any investigation into the Russian hoax, spending years writing fake stories tying Trump to the Kremlin. Can you imagine, the U.S. press takes sides against the truth, but, more importantly, the worst government abuse in U.S. history? Former President Barack Obama worked closely with former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton to sabotage Trump’s 2016 campaign.
Durham thought he caught a relatively big fish with Sussmann, former Deputy Atty. Gen. who worked for Perkins Cole, the law firm led by Mark Elias, Hillary campaign lawyer. Can you imagine, Sussmann said, despite working for the Hillary campaign, he went to former FBI senior Counsel James Baker on his own, as a private citizens? But whatever Durham presented at Sussmann’s trial, getting a perjury conviction was next to impossible. But the celebrations in the mainstream press speaks volumes about their hatred of Trump, but, more importantly, that they want no part of truth when it comes to the Russian hoax. As far as the press is concerned, they gladly falsely accused Trump for his campaign and four years in office of Russian collusion, Media euphoria was evident after Sussmann’s acquittal Sussmann was a small piece of the Russian hoax conspiracy.
Getting an acquittal on lying to the FBI, Sussmann’s attorney’s used the best defense, that there was no attempt to deceive anyone. There’s no question that Sussmann went to the FBI as a Hillary operative, to add to the fake narrative that Trump was a Russian asset, a key provision of Hillary fake Steele dossier. Steele’s dossier was used exclusively by former CIA Director James Clapper and FBI Director James Comey, both opening up a counterintelligence investigation into Trump’s campaign and his presidency. Durham knows you win some and you lose some, especially when it comes to perjury. Sussmann’s attorney made just enough arguments to convince the jury that he didn’t try to deceive Baker. Remember, Baker testified that he was 100% certain that Sussmann told him he represented no client, when, in fact, he worked for Perkins Cole and the Hillary campaign
Ask yourself why the U.S. press was so ecstatic at Sussmann’s acquittal.? It’s obvious that the press has an ax to grind proving that Trump was in fact a Russian asset. Sussmann’s conviction would have told the media that they all conspired against the Trump campaign to get Hillary elected. Sussmann’s acquittal resulted in commentary that Durham’s Special Counsel investigation was caput, over, discredited, when it was one case of perjury. Durham is armed with the big picture that Comey used the fake Steele dossier to justify its counterintelligence investigation, actually exploiting the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act [FISA] court to wiretap Trump campaign officials. Durham already caught Atty. Kevin Clinesmith for altering an email saying the former Trump campaign aid Carter Page worked for the CIA. FISA Court said had they known that, they would not have issued the warrant.
All the media’s celebration stems from the fact that for years they disseminated fake information about Trump’s Russian ties. House Democrats, led by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calkf.) and House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) did everything possible to promote the Russian hoax. Even after Special Counsel Robert Mueller concluded March 23, 2019 that Trump had no ties to Russia, the same rubbish was pushed by the U.S. press and Democrats in Congress. Trump took Sussmann’s acquittal pretty harshly, showing he no longer has the stomach for today’s politics. Durham has more work to do to uncover the origin of the FBI counterintelligence investigation into Trump’s 2016 campaign. Only the media celebrates prematurely because they’re guilty of conspiring against Trump to frame him for his alleged Kremlin ties.
Durham has lost one perjury-type case, something difficult to prove beyond a reasonable doubt to a jury. Durham knows all of the Russian hoax files prepared by former Atty. Gen. Bill Barr who once said April 11, 2019 the former FBI Director James Comey spied on Trump and his campaign. Comey was dumfounded because he thought that he could spy on anyone if he had appropriate probable cause. Imagine that, Comey had all the probable cause he needed with the fake Steele dossier to wiretap former Trump campaign officials. Contrary to the media’s celebrations, Durham hasn’t completed his task of uncovering the conspiracy in the Obama White House, FBI, CIA, NSA and DOJ, all coordinated in a massive conspiracy to sabotage Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. While the media celebrates, Durham goes about his business quietly to complete his job.
