Special Counsel John Durham, 72, inched closer to a conviction of Atty. Michael Sussmann for his role in the Russia hoax on former President Donald Trump today with former FBI General Counsel James Baker admitting under oath that Sussmann told him her represented no client when he snitched on Trump’s alleged ties to a Russian bank. Sussmann worked for the 2016 Hillary campaign when he went unsolicited to Baker to tell him about Trump’s alleged ties in a secret server to Russia’s Alfa Ban. FBI found Sussmann’s allegation to lack any factual basis. But Sussmann, a Democrat political operative, who worked covertly for the 2016 Hillary Clinton campaign, lied to Baker about not working for any client. Sussmann, in fact, worked for Perkins Cole the law firm representing the 2016 Hillary campaign. Durham has with Sussman’s perjury confirmation of the Russian hoax conspiracy.
Before 72-year-old former Atty. Gen. Bill Barr ended his term in Dec. 2020, he appointed former U.S. Atty. John Durham (R-Conn.) to get to the bottom of the FBI’s illegal counterintelligence investigation into former President Trump. Democrats and the entire U.S. media establishment spent Trump’s four years in office trying, convicting and sentencing Trump of Russian collusion. Even after 77-year-old former Special Counsel cleared Trump of Russian collusion in 1019, Democrats and the press continued the fake narrative of Trump as a Russian asset. After Muller reached his conclusion March 23, 2019 that Trump had no ties to Russia, 61-year-old House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) insisted he had evidence of Trump Russian ties. Schiff, of course, never produced any proof of anything, showing the extent of the Democrat and media’s conspiracy to frame Trump.
Questioning Baker under oath in federal court today, Baker said that Sussmann told him he represented no client, when he told him Trump had a secret server to Russia’s Alfa Bank. Durham has the tip of the iceberg with Sussmann, catching a former Justice Department attorney in a political lie to help Hillary’s 2016 presidential campaign. Sussmann’s former employer, Perkins Cole, hired opposition research firm FusionGPS concocted a dossier against Trump with the help of fraudster Christopher Steele. Steele has admitted under oath that he had no underlying data to support any of his claims in the Steele dossier. Steele admitted he deleted all his underlying sources, meaning he probably fabricated the entire dossier. Yet that fake dossier, ordered by Hillary, and developed by Steele for Glenn Simpson’s FusionGPS under order from Perkins Cole, shows the extent of the conspiracy against Trump.
Today’s testimony by 42-year-old former Hillary Campaign Manager Robby Mook validated that Hillary authorized the use of Steele’s dossier, a compendium of fake but salacious allegations against Trump. “Jim—it’s Michael Sussmann. I have something time-sensitive [and sensitive] I need to discuss. Do you have availability for a short meeting tomorrow? I’m coming on my own—not on behalf of a client or company—want to help the Bureau. Thanks,” Sussman told Baker in an email the day before they met in person. Sussmanm’s perjury charge is about the fact he was working for Perkins Cole and the Hillary campaign when he gave Baker the dirt on Trump. Of course, 62-year-old FBI Director James Comey was already using the fake Steele dossier to open up a counterintelligence investigation on Trump, alleging wild tales of Trump with prostitutes in Moscow in 2013.
Sussmann had security clearance when he visited the FBI and met with Baker over Trump’s alleged ties to a secret server to Alfa Bank. Sussamnn’s attorneys argued today in court that Sussmann went to Baker as a “concerned citizen,” the most improbable, unlikely and concocted story imaginable. Former Hillary and Perkins Cole lawyers Mark Elias, said Perkins Cole would not have wanted Sussmann to talk to Baker about Trump’s alleged ties to Alfa Bank. No jury can possibly believe that Sussman went to Baker over altruistic concerns for U.S. national security. Sussmann was well aware to the Steele dossier used by Comey to open up a counterintelligence investigation on Trump, suggesting he had compromising ties to Russia. Steele’s fake dossier was designed by Glen Sumpson to discredit Trump in an “October Surprise” before the 2016 presidential election.
Sussmann has been caught red handed in his subterfuge for the Hillary campaign, thinking he could leak fake information to the FBI for the purpose of discrediting Trump’s 2016 campaign. Sussmann not only perjured himself saying he represented no client, he filed a false FBI report, punishable in itself. No one can go to any police agency in the country with a false criminal complaint without consequences. Durham knows if he can convict Sussmann, he has the first in a long line of conspirators pushing the Russian hoax and Comey’s illegal spying operation on Trump. When Barr told Comey that the FBI spied on Trump’s 2016 campaign, Comey acted dumfounded. But if Durham gets Sussmann’s conviction, he could start moving up the chain to Comey and former CIA Director John Brennan. Brennan brought the Steele dossier to the late Sen. John McCain, who, in turn, gave it to Comey.
