Federal Prosecutor Glenn Kirschner said Friday on the “Stephanie Miller Show,” that 40-year-old Ivanka Trump incriminated her 75-year-old father former President Donald Trump in a hearing by the Jan. 6 Select Committee. Kirschner thinks that Ivanka told the committee that she tried to get the president to call back the riot and mayhem at the Capitol Jan. 6, 2021. “Ivanka tried and failed, so we sent her back into the Oval Office a second time because she can be pretty tenacious, and she couldn’t get her father to stop the attack,” Kirschner told Miller. If Trump were really the mastermind of the attack, as Democrats on the Jan. 6 committee says, he could have snapped his fingers and called off the Capitol riots. Former National Security adviser Keith Kellogg said that Trump refused to call off the rioters, often referred to in the press and the J-6 committee as Trump supporters.
Showing unmitigated Democrat bias against the former president, 74-year-old Rep. Bernie Thomson (D-Miss.) leaps to wild conclusions of what Trump knew and what did he do about it. If you ask Thomson, Trump orchestrated the Capitol Hill attack in order to disrupt Congress from certifying the Nov. 3, 2020 Electoral College vote. “That is a president in a very real way, waging war against the United States,” Kirschner said, not knowing whether Trump has anything to do with the Jan. 6 Capitol riots. Trump was acquitted by the U.S. Senate Feb. 13, 2020 on a second impeachment charge of “inciting an insurrection.” Yet Kirschner’s 100% convinced, without evidence, that Trump orchestrated the “insurrection” and refused to call it off. Kirschner shows exactly why the J-6 committee is another Democrat witch-hunt against Trump. Trump can’t get a fair hearing in the politically-charged Democrat House.
Where does Kirschner and Kellogg, former government officials, get off assuming facts that are not in evidence? Because Ivanka—or anyone else—couldn’t get Trump to call off the Jan. 6 riots proves that Trump had nothing to do with the rabble rousers. “Even his own daughter couldn’t stop him. That is deeply incriminating information. Presumbably, it’s been provided by Ivanka under oath to the J-6 committee, and if I were prosecuting the case, she would be one of the very early witnesses I called,” Kirschner said. Kirschner has no idea if Trump were involved in planning, directing and orchestrating the Jan. 6 Capitol riot. All that anyone knows is that a riot took place Jan. 6, House Speaker Nancy Pelosis (D-Calif.), 82, insists Jan. 6 was an attempt to overthrow the U.S. government. Pelosi’s openly admitted that she’d do anything to convict Trump of “inciting an insurrection.”
When you consider that Thomson and the entire J-6 committee are all biased against Trump, they’re looking for anything to tie the former president to the riots. Whether or not Iranka—or anyone one else at the White House, including former Press Secretayr Kaleight McEnany or former Chief of State Mark Measdws—tried to stop her father from calling off the riots doesn’t mean that Trump has any control of the rabble rousers creating mayhem at the Captitol. In fact, Trump diden’t “call off” the riot because he had nothing to do with it, contrary to constant Democrats and media reports, the rioters were not “Trump supporters,” they were criminals involved in trespassing and malicious mischief. How any professional or member of Congress has concluded that Trump orchestrated the riot on Jan. 6 is preposterous. Thomson should be ashamed o himself leaping to unwarranted conclusions.
When the U.S. Senate acquitted Trump Feb. 13, 2020, Pelosi was determined to put Trump in double jeopardy if Democrats controlled the House in Senate. When Biden won the 2020 election, creating the Democrat-biased J-6 Committee was the top priority. Getting Ivanka’s testimony shows how low the committee will go to link Trump to the Jan. 6 Capitol riots. But the very fact that Trump did nothing on Jan. 6 proves that he had nothing to do with the planning and criminals responsible for breaching the Capitol and destroying government property. How anyone on the J-6 Committee thinks that statements by Trump’s underlings about him not stopping the Jan. 6 Capitol riot proves anything is beyond comprehension. Kirscher thinks Ivanka’s testimony is a smoking gun when it actually proves that Trump had nothing to do with the riots and has zero control over the crowd.
Trump was acquitted Feb. 23, 2020 by the U.S. Senate on impeachment charges of “inciting and insurrection.” Democrats couldn’t prove their case then and they can’t prove it now because there’s zero evidence that Trump had anything to do with the Jan. 76 mayhem. How would Trump stop anything if he had nothing to do with planning and orchestrating the riots? Democrat and their star witnesses want to force square pegs-into-round-holes against, but, like the Senate Impeachment trial, there’s a just no facts to support their wild allegation against Trump. “I mean, you not in broad chatty terms, but she’s answering questions,” Thomson told reporters about Ivanka’s testimony. Nothing Ivanka or any other witness said confirms anything about what Trump was capable of doing on Jan. 6, 2021 to stop the riot. All facts show that Trump had zero to do with the Jan. 6, Capitol riot.
