President Joe Biden’s 80-year-old chief medical officer Dr. Anthony Fauci continues to whip up panic over the new South African-originated Omicron variant, now sweeping through South African states. Fauci, of course, has no real knowledge of what will happen with the Omicron virus, certainly nothing about spreading around the world like the Delta virus. While it’s possible that Omicron will surpass Delta as the world’s most dominant strain, it’s also possible it might fizzle out in South Africa, or do no real damage in the U.S. or European Union. [EU]. All the panic on Wall Street Friday, Nov. 26, could spark a rally Monday, Nov. 29, when markets open. Fauci likes to use his position to coerce the public into taking vaccines, saying that pandemic today is one of the unvaccinated, when he knows that there are plenty of vaccinated citizens getting Covid-19 in the U.S. and EU.
No one knows how long the mRNA or adenovirus [J&J] vaccines last before boosters are necessary to maintain neutralizing antibodies. It’s pure speculation to know how long fully vaccinated people last before needing boosters. When it comes to the Omicron variant, new reports from South African indicate the symptoms are milder than the Delta variant, causing fatigue for one to two days before going away. Fauci has the entire world on edge believing Omicron would be more contagious and potentially deadly than the current dominant Delta strain. Dr. Angelique Coetzee, head of South African Medical Assn., said the Omicron symptoms were “very mild.” “Most of them are seeing very, very mild symptoms and some of them so far none of them have been admitted to surgeries. We have been able to treat these patients conservatively at home,” Coetzee said, dismissing World Health Organizatin [WHO] panic.
Fauci told the gullible press today that the U.S. must do “anything and everything,” including possible lockdowns and more mandates. Judging by reports from South Africa, the Omicron variant is a lot of hype, used now to get more people vaccinated or to take boosters. While Fauci admits it’s “to early to say” whether more lockdowns or mandates are needed, he’s apparently not listening to reports coming from South Africa indicating the symptoms are more mild than the Delta variant. Coetzee says the Omicron seems to be hitting unvaccinated persons under 40-years-of-age. “The most predominant clinical complaint is severe fatigue for one or two days. With the headache and the body aches and pain,” sounding no different than mild flu symptoms without any respiratory complications. Fauci continued hype over the new Omicron variants spreads panic in the public.
Anyone reading the tea leaves about Omicron will find markets bouncing back on Monday, as the panic subsides. If Coetzee is correct that Omicron only produces mild symptoms, then financial markets should make a full recovery. Telling the public that new lockdowns or mandates may be necessary, Fauci sows unnecessary panic when he should be calming things down. If Omicron spreads to replace the Delta strain it spells the end of the Covid-19 syndrome, with its Sudden Acute Respiratory [SARS] syndrome. Without extreme respiratory ailments, SARS CoV-2 becomes no different than any other flu with mild symptoms that resolve in a few days. All the talk about Omicron being resistant to today’s Covid-19 vaccines may also be hype, since Omicron produces such mild symptoms to infected patients. “You want to be prepared to do anything and everything,” Fauci said, whipping up panic.
Managing the Covid-19 pandemic has been as much psychological and physical, with Fauci coercing the public into taking vaccines, wearing masks and social distancing.. When Biden’s lead medical person spreads fear in the public it isn’t a good thing, especially if Omicron turns out to be largely hype. Saying “anything and everything” must be done to contain the new virus, Fauci raises the specter of more government lockdowns, something entirely unnecessary in reports out of South Africa about Omicron turn out to be correct. Whatever happens with Omicron, Fauci must own up to his role in funding dangerous “gain-of-function” research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology [WIV], where a growing body of scientists believe the deadly novel coronavirus was engineered in a bioweapons lab. Favui insists the virus occurred naturally in a wet or seafood market but he has no evidence to back up his claims.
When it comes to credibility at this point, Fauci doesn’t have much left, spending the better part of two years denigrating the lab-leak theory, suggesting that WIV “batwoman” Shi Zhengli created the deadly novel coronavirus with the help of U.S. and foreign scientists. It’s clear from the record, as presented by Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), that Fauci’s National Institutes of Health [NIH] helped fund Zhengli’s WIV bioweapons lab. So when Fauci warns about Omicron, telling the public the government has to do “anything and everything,” he’s creating unnecessary panic, not knowing whether the South African strain will wind up a lot of hype. Fauci lost much of his credibility refusing to acknowledge the very real possibility that the deadly novel coronavirus was engineered in a WIV lab with NIH funding approved by him. Getting hysterical about Omicron only makes a bad situation worse.
