ABC’s 60-year-old Democrat political hack-turned TV journalist George Stephanopoulos interviewed former MI6 agent Christopher Steele for “Good Morning America.” Stephanopoulos, who worked as press secretary for former President Bill Clinton, morphed after leaving the White House into a broadcast journalist, something that tells the real story behind today’s fake news industry. Placing Democrat hacks in network and cable news does untold damage to American journalism, now so controlled by the Democrat Party that it bears now resemblance to anything other than partisan advocacy. Stephanopoulos is one of broadcast journalism’s worst offenders, working feverishly for five years to help defeat former President Donald Trump’s 2020 bid for a second term. Stephanopoulos is no different than the political hacks on CNN, MSNBC or other liberal news outlets.
Stephanoupolos now plans to air his interview with Steele who infamously supplied former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton with the now infamous Steele Dossier. Paid by the Clinton campaign and Washington’s Perkins and Cole law firm, Steele supplied his fabrications to Glen Simpson’s FusionGPS opposition research firm to help Hillary get elected in 2020. But beyond a tool to help Hillary discredit Trump, the Steele Dossier was used by 61-year old former FBI Director James Comey to justify a counterintelligence investigation on 75-year-old former President Donald Trump and his campaign. Comey relied heavily on the Steele Dossier to justify lying to the Federal Intelligence Surveillance Court [FISA] to wiretap former Trump campaign officials, like Carter Page, all designed to implicate Trump and his campaign into a conspiracy with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election.
Stephanopoulos wants to interview Steele to provide cover to former Obama administration officials currently in Special Counsel John Durham’s crosshairs, looking to indict more officials from the Obama White House, FBI, CIA and National Security Agency [NSA] in a monstrous conspiracy to prevent Trump from becoming president in 2016 or winning a second term. Steele’s dossier has been completely discredited yet ABC News and Stephanopoulos plans to rehab his fallen image and discredited dossier. Speculation that Trump considers another run for president in 2024 or help Democrats hold onto the House and Senate has prompted Stephanopoulos to rehabilitate Steele, all to further demonize Trump after 76-year-old former Special Counsel Robert Mueller cleared Trump and his campaign of any wrongdoing with Russia March 23, 2019.
Stephanopoulos hopes to rehab not only Steele but 61-year-old House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), who staked his creditability and reputation on Mueller’s Special Counsel investigation that spent 22-months and $40 million and his campaign. Even after Mueller cleared Trump and his campaign of any wrongdoing with Russia, Schiff insisted that he had personal evidence of his own that Trump worked with the Russians to win the 2016 presidential election. Schiff never produced a scintilla of evidence for his claims but must, like the Democrat Party, insist that Trump was guilty of Russian collusion. Steele was an integral piece of the FBI’s evidence used to investigate Trump and his campaign. Comey and Mueller knew from Day One there was no real evidence to investigate Trump, despite using the fabricated Steele Dossier.
Steele’s fabrications were exposed in a lawsuit by two Russian billionaires Petr Aven and Mikrail Fridman, where a U.K. judge ordered Steele to pay Aven and Fridman $23,000 pounds for alleging they paid Russian President Vladimir Putin bribes while he was deputy St. Petersburg mayor. Under oath, Steele admitted that he had no underlying sources to his Dossier, claiming he deleted all the files on which the wild allegations about Trump and others were made. Once Steele admitted that he had no evidence to back up any of his wild claims, it was clear that he fabricated the Dossier for Perkins and Cole, Hillary’s 2016 campaign and the Democrat National Committee [DNC] all to help Hillary beat Trump in the 2016 presidential election. Yet the Obama White House, FBI, CIA and NSA all used Steele’s Dossier as if it were valid probable cause for a criminal complain against Trump.
Stephanopoulis hopes to help salvage Steele’s decimated reputation and credibility all to help the Democrat Party retain the House and Senate in 2022 and prevent Trump from running again for president. Stephanopoulos knows that rehabbing Steele helps the Democrat Party regain credibility heading into the 2020 Midterm elections. With hacks like Schiff still insisting that they have all the goods on Trump, getting Steele to admit he once had all the underlying evidence before he deleted his files hopes to salvage Democrats’ credibility. Stephanopoulos will get Steele to say that his Dossier was based on factual evidence, despite the fact his testimony under oath proves it was all fake. ABC News wants ratings but they also want to help the Democrat Party hold onto the House and Senate in 2021. Schiff said today the Party must do everything possible to prevent House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (D-Calif) from becoming House Speaker.
