Atty. Gen. William Barr, 69, said yesterday that 58-year-old former President Barack Obama and 77-year-old former Vice President Joe Biden were not subject of a criminal probe at this time related to the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign, including entrapment of Trump’s 62-year-old former National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn. Expressing some surprise, 73-year-old President Donald Trump said he would leave it with Barr how to proceed with Obama and Biden. Barr’s statement that there was no “criminal probe” of Obama and Biden, left the very real possibility that his chief investigator 70-year-old U.S. Atty. John Durham (R-Conn.) was looking into whatever role Obama and Biden played. Durham has his sights set on former law enforcement officials from the Department of Justice [DOJ], FBI, CIA and National Security Agency [NSA].

Trump thinks from the beginning days of his campaign Obama and Biden were involved, at least with knowledge and approval, with 59-year-old former FBI Director James Comey’s counterintelligence investigation into Trump and his campaign, opened in July 2016. Comey was given former Hillary Rodham Clinton’s opposition research against Trump AKA the “Steele Dossier” by the late Sen. John McCain (R-Az.), paid for by Hillary and the Democratic National Committee, using opposition research firm FusionGPS, who, in turn, used former British MI6 con-artist Christopher Steele to fabricate pure lies and Russian disinformation. McCain knew when he handed the dossier to Comey that it was pure rubbish, yet did it anyway to get back at Trump for a petty campaign squabble. Comey knew at the time that the “Steele Dossier,” lacked any credibility and was not “probable cause.”

Comey used the “Steele Dossier” to “predicate” his counterintelligence investigation of Trump and his campaign, all designed undermine his campaign and help Hillary get elected. “I think Obama and Biden knew about it [FBI probe]. They were participants, but, so I’m a little surprised by that statement,” Trump told ABC News chief White House correspondent Jonathan Karl. Trump was referring to AG Barr saying that Obama and Biden were not currently under criminal investigation. “I don’t know about being disappointed or not,” Trump, said after asked about it by Karl. “But I have no doubt that they were involved in this hoax. One of the worst things ever to befall this country, in terms of political scandal . . “ Trump said. Karl, who’s been part of the pro-Russian hoax crowd for the last three-and-a-half-years, has changed his tune now that Barr gets closer to indictments.

Journalists from the major news networks, cable news stations, print and broadcast outlets, all jumped on the Democrat-led Russian hoax fueled by Hillary’s bogus dossier. Now that it’s about to be uncovered as a colossal fraud, responsible journalists and some Democrats have backed off their three-year-plus witch hunt. Recently declassified documents show that Obama and Biden were fully informed at a Jan. 5, 2017 Oval Office meetings with Comey, former CIA Director John Brennan, former Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch, former national Security Advisor [NSA] Susan Rice, former U.S. Amb. Samatha Power and former Deputy Atty. Gen. Sally Yates, all of whom discussed secretly “unmasked” phone calls between Flynn and 69-year-old former Russian Amb. Sergey Kislyak. If the FBI intended to set Flynn up, Obama and Biden were fully apprised about their plan.

Barr knows that to establish criminal intent he’d have to show that Obama and Biden ordered Operations Crossfire Hurricane and Crossfire Razor, the FBI investigations into the 2016 Trump campaign and Flynn. “I have absolutely no doubt that Obama and Biden were involved and, as to whether or not it was criminal, I would think it would be very serious. Very, very serious. It was a takedown of a president, regardless of me—it happened to me. And in my opinion, it was an illegal takedown,” Trump told Karl. Trump’s no attorney or judge but he knows what it’s like to be falsely accused of Russian collusion, something akin to treason. Many Democrats, like House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) threw the treason word out more than once describing Trump’s alleged ties with Russia.

Barr said yesterday that some of the actions taken by the DOJ, FBI, CIA and NSA are being investigated by Durham for “potential crimes.” After leaving the Obama White House, former CIA Director John Brennan and former NSA James Clapper became paid CNN contributors, routinely validating the allegations that Trump conspired with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election. When queried under oath, Brennan and Clapper admitted they’ve seen no evidence tying Trump or his campaign to Russia. When it comes to Comey, he said under oath that he did nothing wrong opening up an FBI counterintelligence investigation into Trump’s 2016. When asked whether or not he spied on the Trump campaign “I have never thought of that as spying,” Comey said April 11, 2019, after Barr said the FBI spied on Trump. Comey thought it was his right to open up a counterintelligence investigation against Trump. Guess he’ll find out soon.
