Calling U.S. statements about the origin of the novel coronvirus AKA SARS CoV-2 or Covid-19 global pandemic “preposterous allegations,” the Chinese Foreign Ministry works 24/7 manufacturing the same lies told to its people. When a society has no free speech, and in today’s world no access to the Internet, it speaks volumes about who’s telling lies or the truth. While the “truth is out there,” it’s not in Communist China where since the 1949 Maoist Revolution, every word of state is designed to dupe the hapless people serving at the head of China’s revolutionary spear. Now China’s Foreign Ministry thinks it can write a 30-page document to convince the world it’s innocent of unleashing the novel coronvirus from its Institute of Virology Laboratory sometime in October or November 2019. If China wishes to get the facts out about the virus, it needs to have international inspectors go to Wuhan.

China’s content, like a good political campaign, to stick to the message that advances its agenda, in this case denying any liability for unleashing the virus, causing 4,149,779 infections and 282,438 deaths today, plunging the global economy into a Great Recession, possibly depression. But no, China continues to spew unending propaganda to defend itself for the avalanche of lawsuits to follow. “As Lincoln said, you can fool some of the people all the time and fool all the people some of the time, but you cannot fool all the people all of the time,” quoting, no less, President Abraham Lincoln., the 16th U.S. president. “Fooling all of the people all the time,” is precisely what the Chinese Communist government does to its people, robbed of a free press and punished harshly for telling the truth. China punished 34-year-old Dr. Li Wenliang in December 2019 for exposing the novel coronavirus outbreak.

Quoting Abraham Lincoln, a symbol of American Democracy, sinks the current stalemate over the coronvirus to new lows. China doesn’t permit a free press to control the Communist Party narrative that the Foreign Ministry seeks to advance. Take Foreign Ministry Spokesman Zhao Lijian, for example, who blamed the U.S. Army March 14 for infecting Wuhan with the virus. Does that fit with China’s new theory that the virus originated “naturally?” When that didn’t fly, take Vice Foreign Minister Le Yucheng who blamed April 29 73-year-old President Donald Trump for a slow response. Yucheng said China locked down Wuhan Jan. 23, nine days after World Health Organization [WHO] Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said Jan. 14 there was no “human-to-human” transmission of coronavirus in Wuhan. Yet today’s Foreign Ministry missive cites the WHO as proof of China’s claims.

White House officials have a big problem with WHO for failing to inform the world at the end of December 2019 about the deadly, spiraling novel coronvirus epidemic in Wuhan, China. Tedros kept Chinese President Xi Jinping’s dirty secret that Wuhan was dealing with a spiraling SARS-like outbreak that could jump international borders. Instead of notifying U.N. member-states in December 2019, Tedros didn’t declare a global pandemic until March 11. Trump at least banned China’s flights to-and-from the U.S. Jan. 31, prompting Tedros to rebuke the U.S. at a Feb. 3 Geneva press conference. China’s Foreign Ministry propaganda makes a special point that the novel coronvirus was not “man-made” in a Chinese lab. That’s never been the U.S. contention: It was leaked from the Wuhan Institute of virology. China denies a 2018 State Department cable warning about biosecurity at Wuhan’s virology labs.

Chinese Foreign Ministry mentions nothing about Xi’s Feb. 22 promise to “protect the people” by tightening biosecurity at China’s microbiology labs. Xi’s remarks were followed the same day with China’s Ministry of Science and Technology implementing new procedures at microbiology labs that deal with coronaviruses and other dangerous viruses. No, that’s not mentioned, even though its part of the record, proving that Xi and the Ministry of Science and Technology knew exactly where the novel coronavirus came from: Wuhan’s Institute of Virology. No one claims that the virus was “man-made,” only that lax biosecurity at China’s virology labs infected Wuhan’s population. China wants the world to believe it was “open and transparent” about the coronavirus outbreak when, it did everything possible with WHO to conceal the deadly outbreak in Wuhan.

Spending its time on unending propaganda, the world can’t expect China to suddenly change its stripes, come clean at what happened in Wuhan in October and November 2019. As Lucheng admitted, Wuhan was locked down Jan. 23, after Chinese authorities couldn’t stop the novel coronvirus from decimating its population. U.S. and British intel estimates that China had 50-times the number of coronavirus cases and deaths than what’s reported to world health authorities. Trump shut China out Jan. 31, then banning flights from Europe, U.K. and Ireland March 14, three days after WHO declared a global pandemic March 11. By that time millions of infected Chinese tourists traveled to the United States, Europe and beyond over the 2019 holidays, spreading the deadly coronvirus around the world. China and WHO could have stopped all travel in December 2019 but they chose to do nothing.
