Pulling out the big guns to push back against China’s growing in liability in the coronvirus AKA SARS CoV-2 or Covid-19 global pandemic with 3,208,506 cases and 227,549 deaths, 57-year-old Executive Vice Foreign Minister Le Yucheng gave China’s full-throated defense. Speaking to anti-Trump NBC News to advance Chinese Communist Party [CCP] propaganda, China spouts Democrat Party talking points that 73-year-old President Donald Trump was slow to respond to the coronavirus outbreak. Watching a U.S. media outlet advance CCP propaganda hits a new low for American journalism It’s obvious that 66-year-old Chinese President Xi Jinping wants to silence calls for lawsuits against China. NBC News mentioned nothing about Foreign Ministry Spokesman Zhao Lijian who said March 13 that the U.S. military planted the virus in Wuhan, sometime in October 2019.
Yucheng makes the strongest case that 55-year-old World Health Organization Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus lied about China’s spiraling coronaviurs epidemic. Remember Tedros said Jan. 14 that there was no “human-to-human transmission” of coronvirus in Wuhan, China, according to Chinese authorities. “On Jan. 23 when Wuhan went under lockdown, the Unites States reported only one confirmed case, but on March 13 when President Trump announced a national emergency, the United States reported over 1,600 confirmed cases,” Le said. Yucheng forgot that Trump banned flights to-and-from China Jan.31, prompting Tedros to hold a Feb. 3 Geneva press conference. At that time, well after Yucheng said Wuhan was locked down, Tedros said it wasn’t right to interfere with a country’s “trade and travel,” referring to Trump’s China travel ban.
Yet NBC acts like Le is making the Democrat Party’s argument why Trump has done a bad job managing the SARS CoV-2 crisis. It’s clear Yucheng is covering China’s tracks. How can China lockdown on Jan. 23 when Tedros insisted there was no “human-to-human transmission” Jan. 14? Xi worked hard to get Tedros the WHO job in 2018, knowing he had a loyal servant, indebted to China’s for work in Ethiopia. Yucheng confirmed China locked down because of months of widespread death in Wuhan, leaving crematoriums running 24/7 trying to dispose of all the corpses. British and U.S. intelligence estimate that China’s actual cases and deaths from the SARS CoV-2 outbreak was some 50 times the numbers reported by China. Yet NBC sees fit to use a CCP official to bolster their political case against Trump. Yucheng wants to make it look like Trump took no action to combat the epidemic.
Banning all flights from China Jan. 31 and Europe and Ireland March 14, Trump took plenty of steps to shut the U.S. off from the Wuhan epidemic. Forget about how the virus originated or was spread to the Wuhan population, China made clear it takes no responsibility for anything. Yucheng calls the virus a natural occurrence when most reports indicate it leaked from Wuhan’s Institute of Virology where the government experiments on lab animals with dangerous viruses like SARS and MERS. “In the interval of 50 days, what was the U.S. government doing? Where have those 50 days gone,” Le said, blaming Trump for a sluggish response. But the record clearly shows that WHO didn’t declare a global pandemic until March 11, six weeks after Yucheng claims that Wuhan was locked down. Trump issued “social distancing guidelines” March 16, when Yucheng insists the White House did nothing. Trump extended the guidelines March 30 to May 1.
China has learned in their totalitarian state that they can tell any lie and the hapless population either believes it or, if they question the government, their sent to thought reform camps or vaporized. Le won’t say what happened to Wuhan physician Dr. Li Wienliang who posted his concerns on his Website about a dangerous viral outbreak in Wuhan back in Dec. 2019. Wienliang died of the virus and his Website was taken down. But the idea pushed by Yucheng and backed by NBC News that China was upfront about the SARS CoV-2 epidemic is outrageous. “I want to say China has not covered anything up. We did not cause any delay,” Yucheng said, after admitting Jan. 23 that Wuhan was locked down. Yucheng can’t account for why WHO said Jan. 14 that there was no “human-to-human transmission” in Wuhan. But to Yucheng China was upfront about what happened in Dec. 2019 or January.
Yucheng’s PR offensive is aimed at reducing Chinese liability for the global coronaviurs pandemic that’s killed 228,194 world citizens, 61,656 deaths in the United States. Had Tedros done his job and alerted U.N.-members states about the spiraling SARS CoV-2 epidemic in Wuhan in December, the world could have locked down, preventing China from spreading the highly contagious coronvirus to Europe, the United States and around the world. Yucheng said China was “upfront” sending millions of its infected citizens to the United States, Europe and elsewhere over the 2019 holidays or 2020 Chinese New Year. Yucheng’s idea of “upfront” is sending infected Chinese citizens to vacation around the globe. “There is no international law that supports blaming a country for simply being the first to report a disease,” Le said, refusing to discuss where-and-when the coronavirus originated.
