While 73-year-old President Donald Trump signed his Phase 1 trade deal with China Jan. 15. 2020, an evil genie was let out of the bottle, months before in the capital of Wuhan, Hubei Province. Less than two miles from Wuhan’s open-air fish market, Wuhan’s Virology Lab breached security protocols, leaking SARS CoV-2 AKA coronvirus and the ensuing flu called Covid-19 on China’s population. It took months for Chinese President Xi Jinping or the ruling politburo to figure out what to do with a growing SARS CoV-2 epidemic, killing thousands of Chinese citizens, while the world whistled Dixie, celebrating the Phase 1 trade deal. Little did anyone know, certainly not Wall Street, that China’s new plague would spread across borders of 100 countries, totaling today 105,946 cases with a total of 3,569 deaths, if you believe Chinese authorities claiming 80,652 cases and 3,070 deaths.
Judging by China’s secrecy while the SARS CoV-2 spread to epidemic proportions in China, its data grossly underestimates Covid-19 cases and actual body counts. Reliable reports from Hong Kong indicate that Wuhan’s 14 crematoria, with over 300 ovens, work round-the-clock, incinerating bodies at an alarming rate. On Jan. 28 Hubei authorities announced they’d offer free cremations to anyone losing loved-one in SARS CoV-2 epidemic, rapidly engulfing the region. Beijing ordered its national police force to maintain order around the region, but, more importantly, to prosecute anyone suspected of disseminating factual information about the growing epidemic. Quietly declaring a national emergency, China did everything possible hide its spiraling SARS CoV-2 epidemic from the world. Hubei authorities have now banned funerals, disposing of corpses only by cremation..
On Feb. 22, Xi declared that his government would implement strict new policies to prevent epidemics in the future. Xi promised to implement better biosecurity “to protect the peoples health,” something so Orwellian, so detached from reality, that it can’t pass unnoticed. Nowhere has Xi or any Chinese official admitted that they unleashed the latest viral plague on China and the world. Following Xi’s public remarks, China’s Ministry of Science and Technology released a new directive for public consumption. “Instructions on strengthening biosecurity management in microbiology labs that handle advance viruses like the novel coronavirus.” Given the chemical and biological warfare bans signed by Xi, what’s China doing experimenting with dangerous viruses in any laboratory? China’s Ministry of Science and Technology gives the real story if anyone’s paying attention.
China’s Ministry of Science and Technology administered its new edict because lax procedures at Wuhan’s Institute of Virology resulted in the breach that infected China’s population. China’s National Biosafey Laboratory in Wuhan’s Virology Institute is the epicenter of the SARS CoV-2 outbreak. Xi mentioned nothing about dispatching the Peoples Liberation Army [PLA] Maj. Gen. Chen Wei to Wuhan to help stop the mushrooming epidemic. Wei is China’s foremost virus expert, spending the last 17 years studying the first SARS epidemic resulting in 8,098 cases, 774 deaths, a small fraction of SARS CoV-2, now at 105,946 cases, 3,569 deaths. Just by comparison, the 1918 Spanish Flu pandemic AKA H1N1 Flu, infected 500 million worldwide, killing between 17 to 50 million. What’s different about China’s SARS CoV-2 epidemic is that it was totally preventable with responsible management.
China’s Virology Laboratory in Wuhan is one of the two bioweapons’ laboratories in China. While no one knows how long the SARS CoV-2 epidemic will run its course, it costs the world economy trillions in wealth, watching stock markets around the planet meltdown. Xi can command Maj. Gen. Chen Wei to stop the epidemic but its already too late, with over 100 countries affected. When Wei does her homework, she’ll find that researchers at the Wuhan Virology Lab like to sell infected laboratory animals into the open market, with some brokers making millions off civets and pangolins, small ant and termite-eating rodents whose meat and skins command mythical healing properties to Chinese witch doctors. Proper protocol from the Virology Lab requires experimental animals to be incinerated, not sold for consumption in Chinese markets or kitchens.
China unleashed SARS CoV-2 AKA cornoavirus epidemic on its population and the world through either gross negligence at Wuhan’s Virology Lab or deliberate attempt to complete unfinished business to reduce its unsustainable population. China’s one-child policy induced its totalitarian government to impose mandatory sterilizations or forced abortions on women violating the policy. While that’s certainly debatable, what’s not in dispute is that the virus came from Wuhan’s Virology Lab, most likely from infected workers or laboratory animals sold into China’s open market. China tried to blame Wuhan’s seafood market but there’s zero evidence that anyone was infected there. Most likely, Wuhan’s hungry population consumed infected animals, passing the contagious virus to humans. Xi can talk about public safety all he wants but selling infected lab animals is outrageous.
