Calling 38-year-old Democrat presidential candidate Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-Ha.) a “Russian asset,” former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton exposed the pernicious nature of the U.S. media. Gabbard, a decorated Afghanistan and Iraq War veteran, fired back, calling Hillary “the queen of warmongers, and personification of the rot that has sickened the Democrat Party for along time…” Hillary did the same thing to 73-year-old President Donald Trump, accusing him during the final presidential debate in Las Vegas of being “a Putin puppet,” Hillary’s label followed Trump for the last three years, prompting former President Barack Obama to order a counterintelligence investigation of Trump and his campaign based only on Hillary’s paid opposition research AKA “the dossier.” Even though the dossier was purely political, former FBI Director James Comey used it as “probable cause” to investigate Trump.

When the media parrots back Hillary’s remarks they become complicit in the kind of Democrat propaganda that has Gabbard up in arms. Hillary called Gabbard a “Russian asset” on Obama’s former campaign manager’s David Plouffe’s podcast. Hillary fingered Gabbard, like Trump, as a “Russian asset,” for opposing the eight-year-old Saudi-funded proxy war against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. Gabbard opposed Hillary’s “regime change” policy, funding-and-supplying-arms to various Syrian rebel groups seeking to topple al-Assad’s Shiite Damascus government. Hillary told Plouffe that Moscow recruited Gabbard to run as a third-party candidate to hand the 2020 presidential election to Trump. Gabbard denied Hillary’s charges, saying Hillary “knows she can’t control me.” Hillary did the same thing to Trump in 2016, leaving voters scratching their heads.

Hillary has many theories why she lost the 2016 presidential election to Trump. While winning nearly 3 million more popular votes, Trump won 304 Electoral Votes to Hillary’s 227, handing him the presidency. Refusing to concede, Hillary’s been blaming her loss on Russian meddling in the 2016 campaign, also pointing at former Peace and Freedom Party candidate Jill Stein, taking 1,457,216 or 1.07% popular vote. Hillary blamed Stein for handing the Oval Office to Trump, though she fingered Russia even more. “She’s the favorite of the Russians, they have a bunch of sites and bots and other ways of supporting her so far, and—that’s assuming Jill Stein will give it up, which she might not, because she is also a Russian asset—yeah, she’s a Russian asset!” Clinton told Plouffe on Oct. 18. Hillary’s outrageous, unfounded statements are parroted back by the press, conspiring in her propaganda.

Gabbard reacted harshly to Hillary because she knows the press will say nothing to challenge her. When you think Trump was investigated by the former FBI Director James Comey for two years because Hillary called him a “Russian asset,” it shows how pernicious propaganda rules the U.S. Press. Hillary often blames Google, Facebook and other Social Media sites for influencing public opinion but they pale in comparison to the mainstream press. Trump found himself investigated by former FBI Director Robert Mueller for 22-months, $30 million, before Mueller released his Final Report March 23, essentially clearing Trump of conspiring with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election. But if you listen to Hillary, you’d think Russia changed votes, handing the election to Trump. Gabbard now knows firsthand what it’s like to have Hillary brand you a “Russian asset.”

When the media reports pernicious propaganda, it becomes complicit with political agendas. Hillary’s had sour grapes for three years since losing to Trump, blaming her defeat on Russia, third part candidates like Stein or former FBI Director James Comey for reopening her email investigation. But whatever the excuses, Hillary doesn’t ’takes personal responsibility for her defeat. Feeding Plouffe more pernicious propaganda, Gabbard becomes the latest victim. Media outlets report Gabbard’s affection for Syrian President Bahsar al-Assad. Gabbard explained she opposes putting American lives at risk for senseless Mideast wars, especially Obama and Hillary’s attempt to topple al-Assad. “I’ve been very clear: I will not be leaving the Democratic Party. I will not be running as an independent or third-party candidate,” Gabbard said, refuting Hillary’s lies.

Gabbard exposed for all to see that Hillary makes up stuff and the media parrots it back to advance a political agenda. “The New York Times and CNN also smeared veterans like myself for calling for an end to this regime change war. Just two days ago, the New York Times put out an article saying that I’m a Russian asset and an Assad apologist and all these other smears,” Gabbard said, showing what Trump calls the “fake news media.” Gabbard was one of the only Democrats in Congress to oppose Obama-Hillary’s proxy war in Syria seeking to topple al-Assad. Yet instead of admitting a failed policy, the Obama White House and fake news media had to justify the proxy war despite slaughtering some 400,000 Syrians, displacing 12 million more to neighboring countries and Europe. “This morning, a CNN commentator said on national television that I’m an asset of Russia,” Gabbard said, continuing the lie.
