Making his case for a “frozen war” or stalemate, 45-year-old Ukrainian President Volodymer Zelensky continues to buffalo the West over his counteroffensive, refusing to admit it’s been a failure. Zelensky coyly tells the press that the counteroffensive hasn’t begin yet, all because the progress made has been minimal, showing, as 64-year-old retiring Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Miley said, that its doubtful Kiev would oust Russian forces this year. Seeking to keep billions in U.S. government largess flowing to Kiev, Zelensky’s major objective is to placate U.S. and NATO military officials. If Zelensky admits the counteroffensive has been going since early Spring, he’d face a torrent of criticism, pushing the conflict to the peace table. Only 80-year-old President Joe Biden gives Zelensky a blank check to pretend he’s making progress against the Russian Federation.
Zelensky went another step beyond refusing to acknowledge the counteroffensive hasn’t gone his way. “If Ukraine would lose, if Russia would occupy Ukraine, Russia will continue going toward the Baltic countries, Poland, etcetera,” Zelensky told NBC, disseminating more propaganda and disinformation. Zelensky has been telling Kiev-friendly press that the war with the Kremlin defends European democracy, pretending that the war-ravaged Ukraine protects the European Union and NATO. Nothing could be more absurd telling the U.S. and foreign press that bankrupt and war-torn Ukraine protects European democracy. Zelensky knows that NATO’s job is to protect European democracy, not Ukraine. Now Zelensky tells NBC that without the war, Russia would seize former Soviet satellites. Ukraine’s war doesn’t protect the European Continent, it threatens a lasting peace.
Biden and Zelensky have relentlessly demonized 70-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin, now telling NBC that without the war, the Baltic States would fall to the Kremlin. All three Baltic states, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, are NATO members, prompting Article 5 to defend any NATO country. Zelensky provoked Putin into his “special military operation” by seeking fast-track NATO membership. NATO’s 64-year-old Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg has demurred on inviting Kiev for membership. Stotenberg told Zelensky that NATO membership must be unanimous, something that could take years. Stoltenberg has no intent of embroiling NATO into a frozen war with the Russian Federation. Stotenberg knows that Kiev does not meet financial requirements for NATO membership. U.S. and NATO officials are careful not to publicly rejects Kiev’s fast-track application.
Zelensky’s messaging to U.S. and foreign press is all designed to perpetuate the Ukraine conflict to continue receiving billions in foreign aid. Without U.S. government largess, Kiev would be forced to settle the conflict with the Kremlin. Zelensky thinks with unlimited U.S. weapons-and-cash he can keep the war going indefinitely. If Biden is reelected, the U.S. faces an unending hemorrhage to the U.S. treasury and perpetual war. What military experts see on the battlefield today, is precisely what would go on into the indefinite future. Zelensky doesn’t tell the truth when he says the Ukraine War protects European democracy. “And they will start a war with one of the NATO countries, and at this moment, the U.S. could have to choose the collapse of NATO or go to war,” Zelensky said. No one in White House or U.S. press challenges Zelensky’s twisted logic.
Zelensky fears that growing numbers of Republicans are no longer willing to give him a blank check to fight the Kremlin. Not only has the U.S. under Biden wrecked U.S.-Russian relations but the U.S. Treasury has an unsustainable military obligation that weakens U.S. national security. Zelensky tells NBC News that without an indefinite U.S. commitment to the war, NATO would collapse. Zelensky’s nonsense attempts to convince skeptical U.S. lawmakers to continue pouring unending cash-and-weapons into Ukraine. Russia had troops in Ukraine before the Feb. 24, 2022 invasion and will no doubt have troops in Ukraine after the war ends. Zelensky pretends Russia had no troops in Ukraine before the conflict started, something plainly false. Putin offered to settle the conflict in March 2022 if the U.S. and Kiev would recognize the independence of Donetsk, Luhansk and Crimean Peninsula.
Warning NBC News that without the Ukraine War NATO would collapse and the U.S. would be embroiled into a wider conflict, Zelensky hopes to continue his billions in funding indefinitely. Refusing to admit Kiev’s counteroffensive hasn’t gone according to plan, Zelensky refuses to admit the current stalemate, not likely to change anytime soon. Biden has sold the American public a bill of goods about Ukraine, knowing he embroiled the U.S. in another costly foreign war. While Special Counsel Jack Smith talks the danger of boxed classified docs at Mar-a-Lago, the real threat to U.S. national security is Bdien’s failed war against the Kremlin. Biden has threatened U.S. national security by turning Russia and China into global enemies. Four more years of Biden would threaten world peace and the global economy. Only Zelensky says anything to keep the U.S. tax dollars flowing into Kiev.
