Since leaving the Justice Department Dec. 23, 2020, 72-year-old former Atty. Gen. Bill Barr has been a favorite on the liberal media, slamming former President Donald Trump at every occasion. Barr and Trump had their falling out Dec. 1, 2020 when Barr went public saying he see didn’t see any significant election fraud, infuriating Trump, leading to the current feud. Trump’s former associates usually take out the knives after many falling outs with former president, who, doesn’t hesitate to slam his former colleagues. Barr, of all former Trump officials, gets a lot of attention from the press, seeking his opinions, especially about the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection, fake elector slates and the FBI Mar-a-Lago documents raid. On all issues, Barr thinks Trump has a good chance of getting indicted by 70-year-old Atty. Gen. Merrick Garland. Democrats and press like when former officials betray Trump.

Trump finds himself on thin ice with legal problems piling up, with Democrats and the press pushing for his indictment to stop him for running in 2014. If Trump would just announce he’s no longer running, he find many of his legal problems going away. So many of Trump’s legal issues are based on Democrats and the press preventing him from running in 2024. When it comes to pending possible charges, Garland has the best shot charging Trump for removing classified documents and storing them in Mar-a-Lago’s locked basement. “Bill Barr has been a real law and order kind of guy and has been strongly proactive of national security interests and Department of Justice interests,” said George Washington Univ. Prof. Alan Morrison. Morrison doesn’t know the extent of Barr’s vendetta against Trump, having nothing to do with Barr’s interests in law and order or anything else.

Barr tried but failed to investigate the Russian hoax perpetrated against Trump for five years, starting with 62-year-old former FBI Director, James Comey. Barr appointed Dec. 1, 2020 Special Counsel John Durham (R-Conn.) to get to the bottom of Comey’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation against Trump. Barr knew full well that Comey used former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s paid opposition research AKA the Steele dossier, as probable cause to go to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act [FISA] court to wiretap Trump campaign officials. Yet all of Trump’s critics, many of whom participated in the Russian hoax, say nothing about all the fake news stories in the New York Times and Washington Post about Trump’s alleged ties to the Kremlin. Barr had sympathy for Trump then, but after he told Trump that he saw no significant evidence of election fraud things changed.

Trump’s been barking up the wrong tree trying to uncover election fraud when the outcome of the Nov. 3, 2020 election was clear. Democrats and the press had demonized Trump for blowing the Covid-19 crisis, white supremacy and racism after George Floyd’s May 25, 2020 death and many lies about his ties to dictators around the planet. Trump did everything possible to gain control of the worst global pandemic since the 1918 H1Ni1 Spanish flu. Trump pushed hard for vaccines makers like Pfizer and Modern to produce live-saving vaccines. President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris, while running for president, said they would never take a vaccine developed under Trump. Both said the vaccines would not be ready anytime soon, yet the vaccines’ release was timed cleverly to one week after the Nov. 3, 2020 election. But perceptions matter to voters, not reality.

Was Trump really responsible for George Floyd’s death? Democrats and the press treated Trump like he was responsible for the reprehensible Minneapolis police killing. Because Trump complained about rioting, looting and arson that went on for months, Democrats and the press associated Trump with racism and white supremacy. So, by the time the election rolled around, Trump was the personification of evil for Democrats and the press. With Democrats enjoying a 20% registration advantage to Republicans, universal mail-in ballots did in Trump’s bid for a second term. Trump’s fixation on voter fraud stems from the fact that he couldn’t fathom the idea of losing to “Sleep Joe” Biden. But when the post-election analysis was complete, it was clear that a sizable majority of voters found Trump an onerous candidate. Republicans did a poor job of countering Democrats and the press.

When it came to Barr, he knew that things changed after the election, especially telling Trump Dec. 1, 2020 that he found no significant evidence of election fraud. Barr knew that the Obama Justice Department, under Loretta Lynch, took liberties with the FBI, CIA and National Security Agency [NSA] to go after Trump to help Hillary get elected. When all those efforts failed and Trump won the 2016 election, the same Obama officials did everything possible to make Trump’s presidency intolerable. Comey ordered disgraced, discredited and fired FBI agents Peter Strzok and Joe Peintka to entrap former National Security Adviser Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn at the White House only days after the inauguration. So, Barr watched all the Obama White House abuse of the Justice Department for pure politics, to prevent Trump from becoming president, get Hillary elected president.
