Releasing a Department of Justice [DOJ] memo pertaining to former President Donald Trump obstructing justice in the May 17, 2017 Robert Mueller Special Counsel probe, the memo showed that the DOJ did not think they evidence to convict Trump under obstruction of justice statutes. Democrats and the media at the time screamed obstruction of justice when Trump fired FBI Director James Comey.. Can you imagine, Trump was subject to an illegal FBI counterintelligence investigation based on former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s paid opposition research. AKA the Steele dossier. When Trump fired Comey May 8, 2017, Democrats and the media screamed obstruction of justice, more fake charges against Trump. How could Trump have obstructed justice by firing James Comey? Deputy Atty. Gen. Rod Rosenstein acquiesced to the Democrat and media mob to appoint Mueller Special Counsel.
Releasing the nine-page memo prepared by Asst. Atty. Gen. Steven Engel and Principal Associated Deputy Atty. Gen. El O’Callaghan, both concluded that Trump did not meet the obstruction of justice statute to file any charges. So, Rosenstein thought because Trump fired Comey, he had probable cause of obstruction, even through Rosenstein knew Comey was fired for cause. Comey has been leaking fake stories about Trump’s alleged Russian ties to the media since before Trump became president. What did Rosentein think Trump should do with a rogue federal cop that used bogus probable cause from the Steele dossier to build an obstruction case against Trump? “We conclude that the evidence described in Volume II of the Report is not, in our judgment, sufficient to support a conclusion beyond a reasonable doubt that the President violated the obstruction of justice statutes,” said the DOJ memo.
When it comes to obstruction of justice, it was Democrats and the press that tried and convict Trump of obstruction of justice without cause, simply because he fired Comey. Comey’s firing was long overdue, after spending months wiretapping Trump campaign officials, going to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act [FISA] court with fake probable cause from the Steele dossier. But the real point about accusing Trump of obstruction came from Democrat mob and the press, pressuring Rosenstein to appoint Bob Mueller. Democrats were so convinced that Mueller hasd such integrity that he’d wind up convicting Trump of obstruction, because they pressed the DOJ to take action based on Hillary’s fake dossier. Comey was fired by Trump, not to obstruct justice, but to stop him from leaking dialing to the press with fake news about Trump’s alleged Russian ties.
Democrats and the press have never admitted that they pressured Rosenstein to appoint Special Robert Mueller to investigate Trump and his 2016. Mueller knew at the time he Comey’s counterintelligence investigation of Trump AKA Crossfire Hurricane, was based on Hillary’ Steele dossier, a worthless compendium of lies about Trump’s alleged ties with the Kremlin. Yet knowing this, Mueller went ahead spending 22-months and $40 million all to conclude that there were no Trump ties to the Kremlin in the 2016 presidential campaign or any other time. So, when the DOJ releases a memo saying there was no case against Trump for obstruction, it should come as no surprise. Democrats and the press spent five years promoting Hillary’s fake dossier, all to discredit Trump during his campaign and presidency. DOJ officials need to admit they unfairly targeted Trump because the Democrat and media horde was out for his head, whether all lies or not.
When it came to Crossfire Hurricane, no one in the DOJ, FBI, CIA or National Security Agency [NSA] were ever prosecuted for their conspiracy against Trump and his 2016 campaign. Rosenstein should have know when he appointed Mueller that Comey had a baseless case against Trump, all built off of Hillary paid opposition research. Not only didn’t Trump obstructive justice, he didn’t do anything to warrant and FBI counterintelligence operation. When it came to the Aug. 4 raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence, the same DOJ official, Deputy Atty. Gen.; Lisa Monaco, that created Crossfire Hurricane, organized the raid on Trump’s residence to collect classified documents removed from the White House. Talking about low-hanging fruit, what could have been easier than raiding Trump’s home to recover missing documents? Whether the missing docs have any real national security significance is anyone’s guess. When it comes to national security, 79-year-old President Joe Biden has much to explain.
Today’s revelation about a DOJ memo stating there was insufficient evidence to charge Trump with obstruction of justice should surprise no one, other than the most partisan zealots and the media. Firing Comey was entirely justified based on his constant leaking fake information to the New York Times and Washington Post. Yet Rosenstein used Comey’s May 8, 2017 firing to justify appointing former FBI Director Robert Mueller as Special Counsel. If Mueller has any integrity he would have known that the probable cause for Russian collusion against Trump was based off Hilllary’s fake Steele dossier. When it comes to obstruction of justice or, more recently, Trump’s misuse of government documents, they all pale in comparison of Biden’s proxy war against the Russian Federation and provocations with Communist China, both damaging U.S. national security.
