Claiming that 76-year-old former President Donald was under Justice Department subpoena to produce more sensitive documents removed from the White House, Democrats and the press make a strong case that Trump deserved the raid of his Palm Beach Mar-a-Lago residence. Atty. Gen. Merrick Garland read a teleprompter today, taking no questions, defending the DOJ search-and-seizure, using the FBI to removed all relevant material from Trump’s Miar-a-Lago home. Garland’s statement said that Trump’s attorney was given a copy of the search warrant signed off by local federal magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart. Garland defended the DOJ and FBI’s handling of the search warrant and raid on Trump’s personal residence, something unprecedented in U.S. history. Garland said the DOJ would try to get a federal judge to release the search warrant and inventory list.

Garland said almost nothing about the raid on Mar-a-Lago, other than he approved it. He didn’t tell the public who, among his lieutenants, led the effort to obtain a search-and-seizure warrant from Reinhart. Garland didn’t say whether he was cognizant of the raid on Trump’s residence only that he approved it. Pulling the strings behind the scenes is former Obama administration DOJ employee, 54-year-old Deputy Atty. Gen. Lisa Monaco. Garland wasn’t asked nor would he admit that Monaco was instrumental in the 2016 Crossfire Hurricane counterintelligence investigation of Trump, conducted by 62-year-old former FBI Director James Comey. Monaco worked hand-in-hand with Comey to use former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s opposition research AKA the Steele dossier, to allege that Trump was a Russian asset, a danger to U.S. national security.

Parallels between Crossfire Hurricane and Garland’s search-and-seizure of documents at Mar-a-Lago are astounding, especially because Monaco has her fingerprints all over the Aug. 9 raid on Trump’s residence. While the press doesn’t know the contents of the search warrant, they know that Justice Department was concerned about classified documents falling into the wrong hands. When Trump turned over 15 boxes of material to the National Archives Feb. 7, DOJ officials didn’t think it was a complete accounting of all classified documents in Trump’s possession. Democrats and the media were ecstatic over the raid on Trump’s residence, prompting former Hillary chief legal counsel Mark Elias to chime in. Elias said it was the biggest blockbuster political event imaginable. Elias couldn’t contain his glee saying that any charges would make Trump’s 2024 run next to impossible.

So, that gets to the big picture of what the raid on Mar-a-Lago represents for Democrats and the press. Monaco’s Crossfire Hurricane tried to tie Trump to the Kremlin in the 2016 presidential election. When Trump beat Hillary Nov. 3, 2016, it was a catastrophic failure for the DOJ and FBI that worked in overdrive to stop Trump from becoming president. Elias said that the raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago residence, even if it doesn’t result in any charges, still makes running for president more difficult. When Garland says he resents any criticism of the DOJ and FBI, he ignores in egregious history of corruption going after Trump in the 2016 campaign and presidency, using fake probable cause to dupe the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act [FISA] court to wiretap former Trump campaign officials. Garland’s brief teleprompter statement shows he’s all in with Monaco’s latest witch-hunt.

Garland shows no impartiality when it comes to Lisa Monaco’s Crossfire Hurricane counterintelligence investigation into Trump, resulting in the appointment by her former DOJ colleague Rod Rosenstein May 17, 2017 of Robert Mueller as Special Counsel to investigate Trump and his 2016. Mueller spent nearly two years and over $40 million investigating Trump, to eventually conclude March 23, 2019 that there was no evidence that Trump conspired with the Russian government to win the 2016 presidential campaign. But even after Mueller made his final report, that didn’t stop Democrats and the media from continuing the Russian hoax for the duration of Trump’s presidency. Garland vouches for the integrity of the DOJ and FBI but why was James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Lisa Page, Peter Strzo and others fired from the FBI? Garland knows the history but choose to ignore it.

Democrats and the press would lead you to believe that Trump’s a hazard to U.S. national security, violation the Espionage Act, Presidential Records Act or Title 18, Section 2071 of the U.S. Code pertaining to managing government records. But was all that relevant when Monaco and Comey used Hillary’s bogus dossier to build a fake counterintelligence investigation against Trump, leading to the Mueller Special Counsel investigation? As far as Democrats and media are concerned, the government should throw the book at Trump, just like they did with Crossfire Hurricane. Listening to former Hilary chief legal counsel Mark Elias bloviate about how the DOJ and FBI’s latest actions make it impossible for Trump to run for president, shows it’s another political hit job. House Democrats and media, floundering on the Jan. 6 hearings, are well into Plan B to prevent Trump from running for president.
