Ten days before 74-year-old former President Donald Trump is supposed be tried in the U.S. Senate for his second impeachment, a new book “American Kompromat” claims the Russia’s KGB [currently FSB] security service groomed Trump as a Russian asset, according to author Yuri Shvets. Journalist Craid Unger detailed Trump’s ties o Russia, including attempt to build a Trump Tower in Moscow. Sound familiar? Sounds a lot like former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s paid opposition research AKA “The Steele dossier,” a pile of rubbish compiled by former British MI6 agent Christopher Steele. Hillary used the fabrications to discredit Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign, serving as the probable cause for 60-year-old former FBI Director James Comey’s illegal counterintelligence investigation AKA “Crossfire Hurricane,” a spying operation against Trump and his campaign.
Shvet’s new book was based on interviews with U.S. and Russian intel operatives, detailing the KGB attempts to recruit American millionaires into their spy network in the 1980s, a time when Trump was building his brand and skyscrapers in Manhattan. When you consider the spurious nature of the information, it’s preposterous that the media gives it any credibility, something 65-year-old former CIA Director John Brennan shared with the late Sen. John McCain (R-Az.). McCain despised Trump for suggesting five-years as a prisoner of war North Vietnam’s Hanoi Hilton was not evidence of heroism since McCain was captive during the war. Brennan shared Hillary’s fake dossier with Brennan who, in turn, gave it to Comey to open up a counterintelligence investigation into Trump and his 2016 campaign. Shvet doesn’t know whether or not Trump was ever a Russian asset now or then.
Hillary told a national debate audience Oct. 19, 2016 in Las Vegas that Trump was a “Putin puppet,” sparking the first time nationally that she exposed the public to her rubbish. McCain, Brennan and Comey knew that Steele’s wild allegations were pure rubbish but used it anyway as probable cause to open up the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation, something that dogged Trump through much of his presidency. When Trump figured out that Comey was leaking his garbage to the New York Times and Washington Post, Trump fired him May 8, 2017, prompting Democrats to cry obstruction of justice. With 74-year-od former Atty. Gen. Jeff Sessions recusing himself from the Russian hoax investigation, he allowed 56-year-old former Deputy Atty. Gen. Rod Rosenstein to appoint 76-year-old former FBI Agent Robert Mueller as Special Counsel to investigate Trump.
Mueller, who was touted by Democrats as a professional beyond reproach, knew that the probable caused used by Rosenstein to open up a Special Counsel investigation on the president was spurious. Yet he wasted 22 months and about $40 million investigating something that never took place, namely, Trump’s collusion with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election. Now Shvet’s new book dredges up the same wild speculation about Trump cultivated by the KGB as a Russian asset for more than 40 years. “This is an ex ample where people were recruited when they were just students and then they rose to important positions, something like that was happening with Trump,” Trump told Business Insider. Shvet claims Trump became a target when it married his first wife Czech model Ivana Zeinckova. Shvet engages in wild speculation like it was a set of facts.
Shvet’s books is time perfectly as Trump faces impeachment for the second time, this time on “incitement of insurrection,” the charge made by 80-year-old House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, insisting Trump is a dangerous threat to U.S. national security. “He was an asset. It was not this grand, ingenius plan that we’re going to develop this guy and 40 years later he’ll be president,” journalist Craid Unger told the U.K.’s Guardian newspaper. Unger’s speculation, wrapped in conjecture, shows the extremes to which the fakes news goes to finger Trump as a Russian asset. Forget about Mueller acquitting Trump March 23, 2019 of any Russian wrongdoing, hoping to end the wild speculation. But even after Mueller reported his findings, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) insisted he had proof Trump was a Russian asset. Schiff never produced proof of anything when it came to Trump’s Russian ties.
It’s no accident that Shvet’s book comes out less than two weeks before Trump’s second impeachment trial. Forty-five GOP Senators said they wanted the impeachment trial called off, falling on deaf ears to Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.). Democrats are in a quandary how to proceed since the outcome of any impeachment trial is not in doubt: Trump will be acquitted like last impeachment trial Feb. 5, 2020 because Democrats won’t get 17 Republicans to go along with Pelosi’s madness. Whatever happened Jan. 6, there was no “insurrection,” only a riot and mob scene that stormed the Capitol. “He was an asset. It was no this grand, ingenious plan that we’re going to develop this guy and 40 years later he’ll be president,” Unger told the Guradian tabloid. Timed perfectly to sway Senators to convict Trump, Republicans recognize more garbage when the see it.
