Doing their work quietly investigating the origin of FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane probe, the counterintelligence investigation into the 2016 Trump campaign, 70-year-old Atty. Gen. William Barr and 70-year-old U.S. Atty. John Durham (R-Conn.) landed their first guilty plea of former Obama administration officials. Pleading guilty, former FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith admitted to altering email omitting that Carter Page formerly worked for the CIA, a material fact in the FISA Court’s renewal application in 2017 to wiretap the former Trump foreign policy aid. Found by 57-year-old Department of Justice [DOJ] Inspector General Michael Horowitz and listed in his Dec. 9. 2919 IG Report, Barr admitted Aug. 13 that it was one small step in getting to the bottom of 60-year-old former FBI Directory Jame’s Comey’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation into Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.

Clinesmith’s guilty plea could be the beginning of indictments to come from the three-and-a-half years Russian hoax investigation, begun on a hot summer’s day in 2016 when the late Sen. John McCain (R-Az.) handed Comey former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s paid opposition research AKA “the Steele Dossier.” Comey used the Steele Dossier to justify “probable cause” to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act [FISA] Court to investigate salacious charges of Trump alleged Russian ties. Hillary used the “Steele Dossier” to accuse Trump of being a Russian asset, essentially working with 67-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin. Comey and McCain knew that the contents of the dossier were fabricated by Steele to discredit Trump before the 2016 presidential election. Besides altering a material fact to get a warrant from the FISA court to wiretap Page, Clinesmith also disparaged Trump.

Clinesmith’s plea deal raises disturbing questions about the Crossfire Hurricane probe, especially in light of declassified emails and texts by 50-year-old former FBI Agent Peter Strzok and his 39-year-old former FBI attorney girlfriend also talking about sabotaging Trump’s campaign. Horowitz didn’t find a political motive behind Crossfire Hurricane, largely because he didn’t look for one. Barr and Durham disagreed with Horowitz on the issue of political motive or bias to Crossfire Hurricane. Horowitz didn’t investigate Comey’s “probable cause” in opening up a counterintelligence investigation into Trump’s 2016 campaign. “Kevin deeply regrets having altered the email,” said Justin Shur, a lawyer representing Clinesmith. But Clinesmith hasn’t answered the question who asked him to alter the email. It’s likely that any plea deal would require Clinesmith to reveal who ordered him to alter the document.

Democrats spent months discrediting Barr as a puppet of 74-year-old President Donald Trump, hoping to attribute his findings to election years politics. But Democrats and the their friends in the media didn’t play election years politics when, for the last three-and-a-half years, they accused Trump of Russian collusion in the 2016 campaign. House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) said he had proof that Trump conspired with Russia in the 2016 election. Yet after Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s 22-month, $40 million investigation, concluding March 23, 2019 that Trump or his campaign did not collude with Russia, Schiff produced nothing. While Schiff and his Democrat colleagues touted Mueller’s investigation as final, once Mueller concluded no Russian collusion, Schiff continued to accuse Trump of working with the Russians to win the 2016 election.

Former FBI Director James Comey knew from Day One that Hillary’s Steele Dossier was pure fabrication, utter rubbish, not suitable to predicate a counterintelligence investigation. When Trump fired Comey May 9. 2017 for spying on his campaign, conduction an illegal investigation and leaking to the New York Times and Washington Post, Democrats screamed “obstruction of justice.” Eight Days later Democrats hounded former Deputy Atty. Gen. Rod Rosenstein to appoint Mueller Special Counsel May 17. 2017. Mueller also knew the Steele Dossier was garbage but continued his Special Counsel investigation only to find March 23, 2019 no Russian collusion. Democrats and their friends in the press scream politics now because they’re close to getting fully exposed in what Trump calls the “crime of the century,” spying on his 2016 campaign and presidency.

Clinesmith pleading guilty opens up a can of worms for the Obama White House, FBI, Department of Justice, CIA, and National Security Agency. Clinesmith is the first chink the armor that shows a wider conspiracy inside the Obama administration to use the nation’s federal law enforcement agency and national security apparatus to spy on a presidential campaign to help Hillary get elected in 2016. Clinesmith wrote disparaging texts about Trump’s campaign, similar to Strzok and Page. “The fact is they spied on my campaign and they got caught. And you’ll be hearing more,” Trump said, insinuating that Barr and Durham aren’t done with other major players in Comey’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation. Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), 65, Chairman of the Judiciary Committee, has recently declassified evidence showing that the FBI knew in 2017 that the Steele Dossier was pure political rubbish.
