LOS ANGELES.–Democrats, led by 83-year-old Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.), accused mega-billionaire Elon Musk for playing president, controlling the Republican Party, all because he tweeted his opposition to Democrats continuing budget resolution.  Democrats new fake narrative has Musk running the country with 78-year-old President-elect Donald Trump as his puppet.  Democrats made their outrageous pitch about “Trump the fascist” during the 2024 election and it was obviously rejected by voters.  But since Vice President Kamala Harris, 60, lost the Nov. 5 vote by a landslide, Democrats already have their new narrative that Trump is controlled by the world’s richest man. “The U.S. Congress this week came to an agreement to fund our government,” Bernie said, blasting Elon Musk for meddling with the U.S. Congress, now suggesting that he’s controlling Trump.

Sanders and Democrats like to promote the most pernicious propaganda thinking that they still have people listening.  But it’s obvious that voters no longer pay much attention to Bernie or the Democrat Party’s hyperbole.  “Elon Musk, who became $200 BILLION richer since Trump was elected, objected.  Are Republicans beholden to the American people?  Or President Musk?  This is oligarchy at work,” Sanders said, giving the new Democrat narrative about Musk and the Trump administration.  If Musk quiets down his profile, left-wing propagandists like Bernie would not get so much bait.  Musk has been pictured in recent weeks following Trump around or appearing at events at Mar-a-Lago giving propagandists like Bernie the perfect target to attack in the anti-Trump media.  Much has no real clout with Trump other than giving him an opinion or two about various current events.

Since the stop-gap funding bill was in the headlines, Musk threw it his two cents but it had no bearing on what Republicans accepted or didn’t accept in the budget negotiations.  Musk was appointed by Trump to head up a government efficiency commission with former GOP candidate biotech entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy.  Democrats are threatened by Musk exposing the egregious waste, fraud and mismanagement in government, knowing it could shed light on government corruption.  “Elon Musk, the richest man in the world, is threatening to unseat elected officials if they do not follow his orders to shut down the government during the holidays,” Bernie said in post. “Are we still a democracy or have we already moved to oligarchy and authoritarianism?” Bernie asked. If Democrat oligarchs like Bill Gates express opinions on legislation, Bernie has no objections.

Musk isn’t ordering anyone to vote a certain way or threatening elected leaders who don’t vote a certain way with backing candidates that have better views.  Since when is it oligarchy for a leader in any industry, like JPMoragan’s CEO Jamie Dimon, to express their opinions about certain pieces of legislation or elected leaders for that matter?  Only when Bernie says someone like Musk is an oligarch does it become an affront to American democracy.  Bernie’s old enough to recall U.S. history with various bankers and industrialist like Andrew Carnegie, Commodore Vanderbilt, John D. Rokefeller, J. Paul Ghetty, etc. influencing American politics or elected officials. Singling out Musk is a convenient target for Bernie because he’s pictured himself with Trump over the last view months.  Kamala had all her rich celebrity endorsements but Bernie had no objections.

Bernie likes to forget the long history of industry, always filled with rich industrialists that contributed mightily to the American dream or way of life.  “Never before in American history have so few billionaires, so few people has so much wealth and so much power,” Bernie said.  “Well, we’ve got an oligarchy here too,” comparing the U.S. to Russia where after the Soviet breakup in 1991 sold off its industries to various wealthy Russia citizens.  “We can’t go around he world saying, ‘Oh well, you know in Russia, Putin has an oligarchy,” Sanders said.  “Well, we’ve got an oligarchy here too,” expressing the obvious but ignoring the history of Democrat oligarchy wielding influence in Biden and Obama’s administrations.  Bernie seems to object only to Republican-type oligarchs because they don’t back his democratic socialism model, taxing the wealthy and middle class into servitude.
