LOS ANGELES.–Lt. Col. Tulsi Gabbard has served in the U.S. Army Reserves since 2003 in the prestigious Psychological Operations Command, simultaneously while representing Hawaii [2013-2021], yet has been accused by her detractors as a Russian asset. If Gabbard had any hint of treason as suggested by Sen. Tami Duckworth (D-Il.), she would not be a member in good standing with the Army Reserves. How ironic that Duckworth, a native to Thailand, would accuse Gabbard to repeating Russian propaganda when she retired from the Army Reserves as Lt. Colonel in 2014. Gabbard faces Democrat detractors like Duckworth who claims that anyone with an opinion that differs from the Obama or Biden administration must be traitor or Russian asset. Gabbard cut her teeth in the U.S. House when 63-yyear-old former President Barack Obama funded proxy war against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.

Obama and his Vice President Joe Biden spent billions in U.S. tax dollars waging proxy war in Syria, joining Turkish efforts to topple Syrian President Bashar al-Assad from power. Gabbard, who was a Democrat congresswoman from Hawaii, watched over 500,000 Syrians massacred by various terror groups, exiling some 15 million others to neighboring Turkey and Europe over a three years period. Gabbard saw the hypocrisy of Obama and Biden funding proxy war against al-Assad when they were trying at the same time to contain the most vicious terror group of them all, ISIS, seizing parts of Iraq and Syria. Obama and Biden funded various Syrian rebels groups with actual ties to al-Qaida and ISIS, all promising to topple Bashar al-Assad’s Damascus government. Gabbard watched millions of Syrians flood Europe, creating massive dislocation to the European Union.

Obama and Biden’s proxy war against al-Assad was foiled when 72-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin joined the fight to defend al-Assad. By the time Obama left office Jan. 20, 2017, his Syrian War policy practically broke up the European Union. U.K. voters passed Brexit to leave the EU precisely because of the influx in the U.K. of Syrian and other Mideast refugees. Countries like Hungary and the Czech Republic threatened to break off ties to the EU if they kept getting pressured to take more Syrian refugees. Obama and Biden left the mess to 78-year-old President Donald Trump who worked to improve ties with U.K. in the wake of Brexit. Obama and Biden’s proxy war cost the EU $4 trillion in GDP when the U.K. completed their exit from the EU. Gabbard’s watched all the death and destruction from Obama and Biden’s proxy war strategy in Syria.

So now Gabbard, who seeks a more peaceful world, dared to criticize the Obama-Biden proxy war strategy in Syria. For that, Duckworth now says she a Russian asset because she thought the proxy war created only death and destruction in Syria and massive problems for the EU absorbing millions of Syrian refugees. Former Germany Chancellor Angela Merkel opted to take over one million Syrians, pushing other EU countries to take their share of refugees. Merkel’s policies practically upended her center-right Christian Democrat coalition. Yet Duckworth thinks that Gabbard was supposed to rubber stamp the highly destructive Obama-Biden proxy war strategy that cost over 500,000 lives, exiled 15 million, but did little to contain ISIS running wild in Syria and Iraq, exporting its deadly brand of Islamic terrorism to the EU and United States.

Duckworth likes to spew the same anti-Trump rhetoric to other independent thinking members or former members of Congress like Gabbard. “I think she’s compromised,” Duckworth told Trump-hating CNN’s “State of the Union.” Duckworth traveled to Syria to speak with Bashar al-Assad in 2017 to help stop the madness in Syria, resulting in only death and destruction. “The U.S. intelligence community has identified her as having troubling relationships with America’s foes. And so my worry is that she couldn’t pass a background check,” Duckworth said, knowing that Gabbard is an active Lt. Colonel in the U.S. Army Reserves. Gabbard was a decorated war veteran serving tours in Iraq and Kuwait for participating in combat operations. Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.), another Trump-hating Democrat, said Gabbard was a “Russian asset,” the same thing she said about 78-year-old President-elect Donald Trump.

Gabbard eventually left the Democrat Party and Congress after watching Obama-Biden’s destructive foreign policy in Syria. Tulsi joined the Republican Party Oct. 11, 2022 strongly disagreeing with Biden’s proxy war in Ukraine, costing thousands of military and civilian deaths, destroying Ukraine’s infrastructure and bankrupting the Kiev government, all because 46-year-old Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky decided to go to war with Kremlin. Gabbard agreed with Trump that the Ukraine War must end to spare more death and destruction, to restore U.S.-Russian relations, something destroyed by Biden’s foreign policy. Sen. Eric Schmidt (R-Mo.) said it was “totally ridiculous” that Gabbard was labeled a Russian asset for disagreeing with Biden’s proxy war in Ukraine with the Kremlin. “It’s insulting. It’s a slur, quite frankly,” Schmidt said of Duckworth and other Gabbard critics.
