PLOS ANGELES.–ushed into an economic, military and strategic alliance with Communist China, Russia announced it was aligned with China to defend each other’s countries against U.S. encroachment in Eastern Europe and Indo-China. President Joe Biden, 81, and his 59-year-old Vice President Kamala Harris succeeded in less than four years of destroying U.S.-Russian and U.S.-Chinese relations, now opening up the very real possibility of WW III where both Russia and China would be aligned against the United States. All the decades of diplomacy, détente and arms control have been trashed by Biden-Harris, all because of a the reckless Ukraine War, where Kamala said at last night’s ABC News debate that she would continue to defend Ukraine’s right to democracy, even though Ukraine has never been a democracy, currently under martial law while it prosecutes its war with the Kremlin.

Biden said he’s close to letting Ukraine use U.S. weapons, including long-range ballistic missiles, to hit deep inside Russia’s homeland in a major escalation of the war. Russian President Vladimir Putin, 71, and his 74-year-old Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov have warned the U.S. that more Ukrainian attacks on Russia’s homeland would trigger Russia’s first-strike nuclear doctrine, permitting the Kremlin to order a nuclear strike on Kiev. “I would like to remind you that Moscow and Beijing will respond to ‘double containment’ by the United States with ‘double counteraction,’” said Kremlin Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova, responding to a U.S. plan to station ballistic missiles in Japan. Zakharova has been warning Biden that the U.S. has started to cross red lines in Ukraine, especially any decision to allow U.S. long-range ballistic missiles to strike deep inside the Russian Federation.

Last night’s ABC News debate covered nothing about current foreign policy developments that push the world to the brink of WW III. When you consider that Russia and China are now in a economic, military and strategic alliance, it shows for all to see the failure of the Biden-Harris administration to engage in diplomacy. Harris insisted last night the Putin’s intent was to take over Ukraine, then Poland and next the rest of Europe. Listening to her baseless claptrap is precisely why the Biden White House and destroyed U.S. foreign policy and national security with U.S. adversaries. No one on the debate stage asked Kamala to provide any proof of her wild speculation about Putin’s motives. Every journalist covering the Ukraine War knows that Putin is open to settling the conflict, just not on Zelensky’s terms. Putin wants to end the conflict preserving Russian national security.

On a recent trip to Beijing, 62-year-old Secretary of State Antony Blinken asked high-ranking senior Chinese diplomat Wang Yi to restore dialogue between U.S. and Chinese military chiefs. When the request was granted, Blinken found out that China was non-negotiable on maintaining the independence of Taiwan, claiming the Island of Formosa as part of Mainland China. Biden told 71-year-old President Xi Jinping that if Beijing moves to invade Taiwan, he would commit U.S. troops to stop them. Well, now that Russia is part of any Chinese military coalition, it’s a whole new ballgame for the U.S. Biden violated the 1979 Taiwan Relations Act where the U.S. agreed to recognize only one China, the one in Beijing, and to end the 1954 Sin-American Mutual defense treaty. So whatever happens in Eastern Europe or in the Indo-Pacific, the U.S. now faces Russia and China together.

Zakharova put the U.S. on notice that any threat to Russia or China is a threat to each other, no longer going it on their own. “It is clear that both Russia and China will react to the emergence of additional and very significant missile threats, and their reaction will be far from being political, which has also been repeatedly conformed by the two countries,” Zakharova said. So, it U.S. missile began hitting deep inside Russia, China considers it a threat on its alliance with the Kremlin. Biden’s decision to loosen rules of engagement for Kiev could backfire by triggering a joint response from Russia and China. “Our relations are no directed against their countries. . . . and double counteraction does not contradict this. This is a defensive position, this is not an initiative to target other countries,” Zakharov said but warning the U.S. and NATO to not start firing long-range missiles into Russia.

Only months before Biden leaves office, he’s exposing the U.S. to more reckless provocation with Russia and China. If something goes awry, it could result in a retaliatory strike on U.S. or allied targets coming from Russia and China. Biden and Harris have left the country in the most dangerous foreign policy and national security state since WW II. Gone are the days of global cooperation, finding common ground with U.S. adversaries. Biden’s belligerent foreign policy has been continued by Harris that vows to keep the weapons coming to Kiev. Ukraine’s 46-year-old President Volodymyr Zelensky said today that he has a new plan to assure Ukraine wins the battle with the Kremlin. He wants more weapons from the U.S. and NATO and wants to end any restriction on their use inside the Russian Federation. Zelensky wants to start hitting strategic targets deep inside Russia.
