LOS ANGELES.–President Joe Biden, 81, fresh off a fundraiser in San Francisco ripping Russian President Vladimir Putin as a “crazy SOB,” met with deceased Russian dissident Alexi Navalny’s wife and daughter, expressing his condolences. Biden heard that Navalny’s wife, Yulina Navalnya, takes over the head of her late husband’s pro-democracy movement, now part of the Biden campaign to show his solidarity with the goal of toppling Putin’s authoritarian government. Biden told Yulia that her husbaand’s “courage and the legacy of fight against corruption and for a free and democratic Russia in which the rule of law applies equally to everyone,” said a White House statement. Why Biden has gone overboard denouncing Putin after Navalny’s Feb. 16 death in an Acrtic Circle penal colony announced today of natural causes looks political. Biden said the Putin murdered Navalny in prison.
Biden’s disparaging remarks about Putin and praise of Yulia indicates that there’s something more to the relationship of the late Russian dissident’s relationship to the U.S. No one in the State Department or anywhere else has admitted that Navlny was on the CIA payroll, as the foreign spy group to topple Putin;s Russian government. No Russian leader ever congratulated a known subversive or insurrectionist as a national hero. Can you imagine Putin praising Eric Snowden who stole government secrets and posted them on the Internet to humiliate the U.S. government. Snowden currently lives in Moscow where he avoids extradition back to the U.S. for trial. Snowden fled the U.S. from Hawaii in 2013 to seek political asylum in the Russian Federation. Snowden never apologized to the U.S. government, proclaiming his innocence by exposing U.S, government spying on its own citizens.
Hosting a meeting with Navalny’s widow and daughter in San Francisco shows that she’s on the government payroll and has now been used by Biden’s reelection campaign to show his support of dissident causes. Snowden was regarded as hero in some circles and a ruthless traitor in others with former President Barack Obama promising to prosecute him to the fullest extent of the law. Biden’s outrageous meeting with Yulia and her daughter calling Putin a “crazy SOB” sends U.S.-Russian relations to rock bottom, if that’s possible. Meeting with Yulia and endorsing her subversive activities are the equivalent of Putin publicly meeting with Proud Boys founder Gavin McInnes, currently doing time in federal prison for his role in the Jan. 6, 2022 Captiol insurrection. Praising a know insurrectionist, subversive Alexi Navalny slaps Putin in the face.
Meeting with Yulia suggests that Navalny was more than an anti-corruption and democracy advocate activist in Russia, but most likely a paid CIA operative. Why else would Biden slap Putin with more sanctions, creating even more hostile relations than currently exists? Biden keeps pushing the limits of all-out war with the Russian Federation, claiming he’s not sending troops to Ukraine to prevent WW III. But the degree of Biden’s insulting public remarks about Putin indicates he’s willing to go much further in another term. Biden no doubt plans to bring Yulia to the State-of-Union Speech in another attempt to smear Putin, inflame the situation in Ukraine. Biden uses Yulia to brow beat Congress into giving Ukraine another $60 billion, promising, if he’s president, to continue the war in Ukraine. Biden has no plan to restored U.S.-Russian relations.
Biden already said that Putin was responsible for Navalny’s death, despite today’s autopsy that concluded that he died of natural causes. Biden has made Navalny a cause célèbre for his Ukraine War. Biden’s war hawks in Congress are ready to escalate the war further to morph the conflict into WW III or nuclear war. Biden is the first and only U.S. president since WW II to fund proxy war against the Kremlin, saying he’s stopping Putin from taking over Europe. No one in the European Union [EU] believes that Putin wants to take over Europe. If Biden really believed there was a threat to Europe, he would have consensus to send U.S. and NATO troops to Ukraine to oust Russia. So, when it comes to Biden meeting with Yulia in San Francisco, you can rest assured, he’ll use her as a publicity stunt at the State-of-the Union Speech.
Slapping Russia with more sanctions shows the desperate way the White House tries to sell the public on giving Ukraine another $60 billion to battle the Kremlin. Gone are the days under Biden for cooperative U.S.-Russian relations to deal with arms control. Only days ago, the press was panicked about reports that Putin plans to deploy a nuclear weapon in space. But without cooperative diplomatic relations, Biden now flies alone in U.S. foreign policy. What happened to the importance of arms control with generations of presidents making it a high priority for every administration since WW II? Meeting with Yulia and most likely inviting her as a publicity stunt at the State-of-the-Union, only kicks sand in Putin’s face. Biden’s inability engage in normal diplomacy and continue provoking the Russian federation doesn’t look good if given four more years.
