Responding to Ukrainian and U.S. propaganda about the Ukraine War, 69-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin laid out his case against the United State for perpetuating the conflict with Ukraine. Putin explained that President Joe Biden has supplied Ukraine abundant lethal weapons on the Russian border, something viewed by the Kremlin as a national security threat. Before the Feb. 24 war, Biden refused to discuss new security arrangements, telling Putin they were all “non-starters.” Putin warned Biden Dec. 23, 2021 that if new security arrangements were not made, Moscow would take “military technical measures” to defend Russian national security. Speaking at a security conference, Putin said the U.S. wants to create a “unipolar” world where the U.S. dominated global foreign policy. Biden insists that the Feb. 24 invasion was “unprovoked and unjustified.”

Biden’s argument about supplying Ukraine offensive and defensive weapons was all about helping Ukraine maintain its sovereignty and territorial integrity. But Biden was arming Ukraine for months before the invasion, all to supply Ukraine win sufficient offensive and defensive weapons to defend their land. Biden doesn’t admit that arming a U.S. ally on Russia’s border was not an acceptable move to the Kremlin. Putin could not accept a puppet U.S. state on his border. When you look at the U.S. paying all Kiev’s government salaries and the war effort, it’s clear that Ukraine is not independent of the U.S. “They need conflicts to retain their hegemony,” Putin said, hardly sounding, according to Ukraine intelligence, like a man on his last legs. Ukrainian and U.S. officials have said for months that Putin suffers from a terminal illness, something reflecting pure propaganda from Washington and Kiev.

Putin’s wanted to state for the record that the Ukraine conflict could have ended long ago but Biden wants to keep it going by fighting a proxy war against the Russian Federation. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, 69, stated the U.S. mission in Ukraine, when he said April 26 the U.S. could degrade the Russian military to the point it can no longer wage war. If that’s not a declaration of war, then what is? “That why they have turned the Ukrainian people into cannon fodder. The situation in Ukraine shows that the United States is trying to drag the conflict out, and it acts in exactly the same way trying to fuel conflicts in Asia, Africa and Latin American,” Putin said a mouthful. Anyone seeing Putin’s point of view is the West is called a Russian sympathizer, much like former President Donald was branded by Democrats and the press as a Russian asset for his four years in office.

Putin’s analysis about Ukraine reflects the fact that Kiev and Washington think they can vanquish the Russian military, rather than begin the hard task of ceasefire and peace negotiations. If you listen to Ukraine’s 44-year-old President Volodymyr Zelensky, he’s prepared to battle the Russian Federation until the end of time, as long at the U.S. foots all of Ukraine’s bills. Biden has bought into the madness of perpetual warfare, knowing, that since the war started, Kiev has lost some 25% of its sovereign territory, including the entire Black Sea coast and all its strategic ports. But if you listen to Zelensky, he’s always on the verge of turning the war around. All indications show that Zelensky has lost a massive amount of sovereign territory to Moscow, because he refused from the Feb. 24 beginning to acknowledge the independence of Donestk, Luhansk and Russian sovereignty of the Crimean Peninsula.

Before the Feb. 24 war started, Kiev has no control over Donessk and Luhansk, yet Zelensky was willing to fight the Russian Federation at the expense of Ukraine to regain sovereign control. “The American adventure in Taiwan wasn’t just a trip by an irresponsible politician. It was part of a deliberate and conscious U.S. strategy intended to destabilize the situation and create chaos in the region and the entire world, a blatant demonstration of disrespect for another country’ sovereignty and its own international obligations,” Putin.said. Putin and Chinese President Xi Jinping are on the same page when it comes to U.S. interference in Ukraine and Taiwan. Biden acts like he can fund the Ukraine war indefinitely, and, if necessary go to war to defend Taiwan against Communist China. Putin points out that U.S. foreign policy has gone off the rails in Ukraine and Taiwan.

Putin’s asking Biden to sit down and discus the situation in Ukraine because with the current U.S. policy of funding Ukraine there’s no end in sight. Putin talks about ending a “unipolar world” where the U.S. calls the shots in Eastern Europe and in Asia. “The era of the unipolar world order is nearing its end,” Putin, hoping Biden would sit down and discuss and end to the Ukraine conflict. Russia’s Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said he’s well aware of the U.S. supplying Ukraine intelligence and technical know-how to use advanced long-range missile systems, making the war more about the United States than Ukraine. Shoigu confirmed that Russia has no intent of using chemical or nuclear weapons to complete the mission in Ukraine. Shoigu said that Washington and Kiev propaganda about Russia using chemical, biologic or nuclear weapons were preposterous, largely because the conventional strategy works.
