Showing that the major TV networks have no shame, CBS News put convicted felon, former President Donald Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen on “Face The Nation,” disgracing the once popular Sunday morning national news show. Putting Cohen on the show shows CBS desperation for ratings, listening to Cohen’s rubbish, a man convicted of income tax evasion among other felonies that sent him to federal prison. Democrats and media pretend the Cohen went to prison for paying off Stormy Daniels, the porn star alleging a past sexual relationship with Trump. But the fact that a major news networks used Cohen as content for its shows proves what Trump said about fake news. Networks seek anything to boost ratings, even where it’s not news at all, only worthless gossip used as political talking points. President Joe Biden’s approval ratings are so low, Democrats can’t figure out how to turn things around.
Democrats and the fake news think the only thing that rallies their base are fake news about Trump, now putting Cohen on the national news show. “The greatest grift in U.S. history,” Cohen called Trump’s ongoing fundraising efforts, as he considers the feasibility of running against Biden or whomever in 2024. Cohen told “Face the Nation” host Margaret Brennan today that Trump’s still trying to overturn the 2020 election, something so preposterous, only Cohen, who’s spent the better part of two years in prison, can come up with such nonsense. Yet Brenna laps it up because CBS is a wing of the Democrat Party looking for any traction to pull Democrats out of the economic and Covid tailspin that could wreck their plans in the 2022 Midterm elections. Cohen thinks Trump only hints at running again in 2024 to keep the cash flowing in order to overturn the 2020 election.
How Brennan can keep a straight face talking to a convicted felon, who’s been out to get Trump for years is anyone’s guess. Brennan’s a pawn in the Democrat playbook hoping to pull Biden up from the abyss, knowing that the his aggregate approval ratings are 41.7%, lower that Trump’s when he left office Jan. 20. Biden’s abysmal approval ratings relate to his mismanagement of domestic and foreign policy, fashioning trillions of dollars in relief bills while federal budget deficits and the national debt go through the roof. Many respected economist like Jeremy Grantham predict a major stock market meltdown that would derail the U.S. Gross Domestic Product, plunging the economy into recession. With consumers spending more at the pump, they’re not happy with Biden’s economy. Recent reports about inflation hitting 31-year-old high at 5.8% have also hurt Biden’s approval ratings.
With all the important news going over the wires, including the potentially devastating new Omicron Covid variant, CBS prefers to use its airtime on a low -ife like Cohen. “Yeah, so this should become a documentary, and it should be called the greatest grift in U.S history. Donald Trump has made it very clear that he is grifting off the American people, these supporters, these individuals that are just sending money to him at record levels,” Cohen said, insisting that anything Trump does is a scam. Cohen doesn’t believe that Trump will run again in 2024 because he doesn’t want to be a two-time loser. Whatever Trump does to fundraise for GOP causes, including his new social network is entirely his business and legal. Cohen gives the fake news everything they want calling Trump’s fundraising grifting off the American public. Cohen has nothing new to report other than salacious gossip.
Democrats and their media friends like to talk about the “big lie,” that Trump had the 2020 election stolen from him due to fraud. Whether Trump actually believes that or not is anyone’s guess. What’s known for sure is that Democrats and the media successfully defined Trump as botching the Covid-19 pandemic, as well has labeling him a racist and white supremacist. In the wale pf George Floyd’s death May 25, 2020, it was easy for Democrats and the press to paint Trump as a racist and white supremacist. By the time the public opened their universal mail-in ballots, Trump was so thoroughly discredited by the fake news, the Democrat registration advantage did him in Nov. 9, 2020. What Trump calls as voter fraud was the fact the Democrats had a real registration advantage with universal mail-in ballots. Winning by seven million votes, Bdien’s victory was guaranteed on Election Day.
Watching Trump’s former personal attorney squeal on him on fake news shows reveals how low the networks go to get ratings. Cohen has zero credibility just like former CNN pundit former Stormy Daniels Atty. Michael Avenatti. CNN used Avenatti until he was convicted of blackmailing Nike Inc. and plundering his clients trust accounts. Yet CNN would put Aevenatti back in a heartbeat, just like CBS did with Michael Cohen. “One of the things Donald Trump has done is grift off of the big lie, that the election was stolen from him in 2020. It was not stolen from him,” Cohen told Brennen, explaining the obvious. But keeping Trump in the news is Democrat and the media’s prayer that they can somehow take the public’s attention off Biden’s horrific domestic and foreign policy. At no time in recent history has the U.S. economy and foreign policy been more threatened.
