Closing ranks with Democrats on the House Intelligence Committee, the mainstream press showed egregious bias in the Russian collusion investigation against 71-year-old President Donald Trump. Reporting, today, that the Justice Department warned GOP members of the House Intelligence Committee to not release its secret memo detailing criminal abuses at the FBI, Justice Department and National Security Agency, the press showed their bias. If the Justice Department believed the contents of the memo were pure fabrication as suggested by the anti-Trump press, they wouldn’t warn the committee about releasing its memo. Justice Department officials, with knowledge of the contents, believe it would compromise U.S. national security. If the contents, as Democrats’ suggest, were fake, the Justice Department wouldn’t caution the House Intel Committee.
When the press wants to discredit recent revelations about abuses at Obama’s Justice Department, FBI and National Security Agency, they cite only Democrat members of the House Intel Committee, including its chief smoke blower, Co-Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif). “We believe it would be extraordinarily reckless for the Committee to disclose such information publicly without giving the Department and the FBI and opportunity to review the memorandum and to advise [the committee] of the risk of harm to national security and ongoing investigations that could come from the public release,” said the Justice Department letter. Justice Department officials believe that the abuses at the Justice Department, FBI and National Security Agency require privacy. Justice Department officials know what happened in the 2016 campaign, including abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance [FISA] Act.
When former National Security Advisor Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn was fired Feb. 15, 2017, it was over his contacts with former Russian Amb. Sergey Kislyak during the campaign. Flynn denied such contacts but the FBI had picked up so-called “incidential” wiretapped conversations with Kislyak during the campaign and transition period ending Jan. 20, 2017, Inauguration Day. Under the FISA Act it’s legal to wiretap conversations for foreign nationals, including diplomats. It’s not legal to unmask the names of U.S. citizens without a FISA court warrant. Surveillance started of Trump campaign officials in July 2016 when Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) turned over former Hillary Rodham Clinton’s paid opposition research, the so-called “dossier,” to former FBI Director James Comey. Fusion GPS owner snd dossier-creatot Glenn Sumpson told his story to Congress Jan. 8.
Testifying before Senate Judiciary Committee, Simpson said he created the dossier out of concern during the 2016 campaign that Trump was compromised by the Russians, as outlined by former MI6 Agent Christopher Steele in the dossier. Simpson told Congress he had no reason to doubt the dossier’s contents. Simpson took cash from the Hillary campaign to discredit the Trump candidacy. While the most partisan Democrats, like Schiff, know the dossier was paid opposition research, they’ve been caught with their friends in the anti-Trump media, defending the dossier. So too has the Justice Department, FBI and National Security Agency been compromised for using the dossier as probable cause to seeks warrants in FISA Court to wiretap Trump campaign officials. Former FBI Director James Comey used the dossier to get warrants to investigate Trump from the FISA Court.
Assembled by former House Intelligence Committee Co- Chairman Devin Nunez (R-Calif.), the Justice Department fears public exposure to the biggest abuse for political purposes of the nation’s intelligence agencies. Calling the memo “profoundly misleading set of talking points drafted by Republican staff attacking the FBI and its handling of the investigation [into Trump collusion],” Schiff showed why he’s Democrats’ chief smoke blower. If the Justice Department believed the memo were only GOP propaganda, it wouldn’t be so concerned about its contents. Schiff and the mainstream press won’t admit the memo shows undeniable abuses of the FISA court by the Obama administration to sabotage Trump’s campaign. Recent uncovered emails and text messages from Special Counsel’s lead investigator Peter Strzok shows his political bias against Trump.
Coordinated Democratic and media press attacks against Trump show not only media corruption but a concerted attempt to cover up maybe greatest abuse of the nation’s intel apparatus in the U.S. history. If the FBI under Comey, Justice Department under former Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch and National Security Advisor Susan Rice approved FISA Court warrants to wiretap Hillary’s rival, Trump, then corruption exists at the highest levels of the U.S. government, including Obama’s presidency. If Deputy Atty. Gen Stephen Boyd warns House Intelligence Co-Chairman Devin Nunez about damaging U.S. national security by releasing his secret memo, then Schiff’s playing pure politics. If you listen to Schiff, there’s only fabricated GOP talking points. If the GOP memo shows intolerble corruption of coveted U.S. institutions, then it’s time to clean house.
