LOS ANGELES.–Showing what a difference a day makes, Russia’s 74-year-old ambassador to the United Nations Gennady Gatilov said Russia was open to talks to end the Ukraine as long as they’re brokered by 78-year-old President-elect Donald Trump. Gatilov’s statements is bound to cause shockwaves in liberal press that’s accused Trump for years of Russian collusion. While all debunked, it’s still a popular Democrat canard, used by 60-year-old Vice President Kamala Harris and other campaign surrogates to smear Trump as having an inappropriate relationship with 72-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin. Only yesterday, 45-yearold former Biden press secretary MSNBC host Jen Psaki said the Trump has a hidden relationship with Putin, citing examples of keeping press out of private conversations with Putin. Psaki continues the Russian hoax conspiracy theory.

Psaki and other on the left don’t talk about how 81-year-old President Joe Biden and Kamala drove U.S.-Russian relations into the ground over the last four years. Before the ink dried on Inauguration Day, Biden called Putin a “murderous dictator,” signaling that he would single-handedly destroy generations of U.S.-Russian relations since the end of WW II. Biden leaves office Jan. 20, 2025 as the only U.S. president to go to war against the Kremlin in U.S. history. Trump is charged with repairing the damage done to U.S.-Russian relations by Biden and Harris over the last four years. Since the election, CNN and MSNBC, both vehemently anti-Trump cable networks, have been spreading unfounded rumors about Trump holding a secret conversation with Putin. Putin called to congratulate Trump over the dramatic, unprecedented win over Kamala.

Psaki insists that Trump keeps his conversation with Putin secret because he has some nefarious motive, the same mentality former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton who insisted Trump was a “Putin puppet” and “Russian asset.” When it comes to U.S.-Russian relations, Biden and Kamala did more damage than any administration in U.S. history. Trump must delicately mending fences starting with peace talks that settle the conflict by stating to Ukraine’s 46-year-old President Volodymyr Zelensky that he will not fund more war with the Kremlin. Zelensky has insisted that Putin pull all Russian forces out of Russia before any peace talks begin. But Trump must let Zelensky know that he’s no longer calling the shots and must do what’s best for world peace. Zelensky opted for war with the Kremlin Feb. 24, 2022 and now must accept the consequences.

Zelensky knows Trump’s stated position on the Ukraine War, that he would settle the conflict in 24 hours, meaning Zelensky would be required to attend peace talks where negotiation and compromise end the conflict. “Trump promised to settle the conflict overnight. OK, let him try. But we are realistic people of course we understand that this will never happen,” said Russia’s U.N. Amb. Gennady Gatilov. Gatilov’s statements admit that the process of ending the war has already begun, just like Trump said. Putin wants to give Trump the chance to reverse the destructive Biden-Harris policy that left the two countries at war in Ukraine. Putin has said he’s ready to end the war just not on Zelensky’s unrealistic terms. Trump won’t stand for Zelensky getting in the way of a settlement because it involves the U.S. Statement restoring normal relations with the Kremlin.

Biden never really addressed how he planned to restore normal diplomatic relations with Russian when he funds proxy war against the Kremlin. Biden was the first and only U.S. president since WW II to go to war against the Kremlin, all because he claims Putin’s Feb. 24, 2022 invasion was a naked land grab. Putin asked Biden, months before the invasion, for months to work on new security arrangements for Ukraine. Zelensky had been pushing for NATO membership, a red line for Putin, something he would never accept. Trump now can settle the conflict by freezing the war, removing Ukrainian troops from Russia’s Kursk border region, and accepting Russian sovereignty over Crimea and independence of Donetsk, Luhansk and other territories in the Donbas region. Zelensky insisted that Putn must pull all Russian troops out of Ukraine, something that won’t happen.

Zelensky knows that his “victory plan” is dead on arrival, with his only way out to trade land for peace, something he could have done on Feb. 24, 2022, the day Putin moved 200,000 Russian troops into Ukraine. U.S. and Kiev propagandists insist that Putin wants to take over more countries in the EU. Putin has made clear to every foreign journalist, including 55-year-old former Fox News journalist Tucker Carlson, that he wanted the U.S. to stop supplying Ukraine with lethal weapons to battle the Kremlin. Zelensky keeps gaslighting the U.S. and EU that Putin wants to grab more countries in the EU. “The U.S. political elites regardless of domestic political shifts [Washington] consistently pursues a stance of containing Moscow and this orientation is deeply rooted unfortunately and the change of administration does little to alter it,” Gatilov said. But Putin knows Trump is different.
