LOS ANGELES.–Democrats and the press act shocked that 60-year-old Vice President Kamala Harris didn’t win the 2024 presidential election but instead it wasn’t even close, with Trump winning the popular vote with and Electoral College landslide. When analyzing why Trump beat Kamala so decisively, the fake news says Kamala could not separate her from 81-year-old President Joe Biden who, over the last four years, ran a 40% approval ratings with only Kamala having worse ratings at 36%. Only after Democrats got rid of 81-year-old President Joe Biden July 21, did Kamala’s approval ratings rise to 42% when Democrats put all their eggs into her basket during the Democratic National Convention in Chicago. Kamala’s history was known to all because she ran against Biden in 2019, barely scratching out any voters, eventually dropping out before the Iowa Caucuses.

So, when 84-year-old House Speaker Nancy Pelsosi (D-Calif.) and 63-year-old former President Barack Obama went to Biden and said he needed to drop out and turn the 2024 campaign over to Kamala, what were they thinking? They knew Kamala had limited appeal in the 2019-2020 Democrat primaries, so why would they think she could be reconstructed as a party superstar? Democrats groping to analyze yesterday’s results want to blame Kamala’s defeat on statements made to ABC’s “The View” saying, in effect, she wouldn’t do things differently than the last four years. Kamala tried desperately to avoid anything critical of Biden but instead let voters know that she would continue the Biden policy if elected president. “There is not a thing that comes to mind,” Harris told “The View,” handing the GOP some new talking points for the campaign.

But Democrat analysts are kidding themselves thinking that one or two gaffes on the campaign trail made any difference, other than making her look inept. Kamala followed the script given of her by former Obama strategist David Plouffe. Plouffe told Kamala to follow the scorched earth strategy of repeating all the old Democrat defamations against Trump, that he was criminal, unhinged, unfit, disqualified from office, a fascist, dictator and menace to the U.S. Constitution. Kamal built her entire campaign around attacking Trump, not laying out any real plans to deal with inflation, the economy and unending foreign wars, costing the U.S. Treasury billions all in the name of saving European democracy. Kamala had little to say during her 107 day campaign about the economy or foreign wars, instead kept telling voters she would protect their civil rights, gender rights and women’s reproductive rights.

Voters grew more wary of Kamala’s capacity to deal with the major issue confronting the country, especially the economy and open border. “Costs are still too high,” Kamala said at a campaign stop in North Carolina. “And on a deeper level, for too many people, no matter how hard they work, it fees so hard to be able to just get ahead,” Kamala said, essentially admitting that the inflation she and Joe started hurt ordinary people. Democrats and the press refuse to see the role the fake news played in working with the Democrat party to gaslight voters into voting against Trump. Once voters got wind of the media actively gaslighting voters, it created backlash realizing the there’s no real free press left in America to trust. So every time the fake news reported on a story, it became painfully obvious that it was concocted for the purpose of helping Kamala get elected.

Voters realized that under Harris and the fake news there would be no justice left in the country with any citizen investigated or prosecuted for fake crimes, all with manufactured evidence, something that eviscerates the U.S. Constitution. Kamala knew she could make a lot of mistakes but would be covered by the press that worked feverishly to get her elected. No one mainstream media outlet, broadcast or print, was for Trump, working day-and-night to see him defeated. Kamala avoided any real press interviews, except ones where she had the questions in advance. When she debated Trump Sept. 27, ABC News fed her question right up her alley, all about civil rights, gender rights and women’s reproductive rights. When it came to the economy and foreign policy, ABC News moderators David Muir and Linsey Davis kept the questions on Kamala’s favorite topics like climate change.

Analysts in the media want to continue the cover-up that they held egregious political bias against the Trump campaign. Everything the Trump campaign did or didn’t do was reported as a major gaffe by the fake news. When a comedian said something defamatory about Puerto Rico at Trump rally at Madison Square Garden, calling a it a “floating island of garbage,” Democrats said it was “disqualifying.” Well, Trump didn’t say it, it was a comedian at the campaign event. Then Biden called Trump supporters “garbage,” fueling another attempt by the media to redact in White House transcripts Biden’s remarks. But Kamala’s campaign failed because voters had no confidence in her to fix any of the major problems facing the country in 2024. Kamala liked to slam Trump but didn’t like explain what she would do differently give another four years.
