LOS ANGELES.–President Joe Biden, 81, stepped on stage today in Upper Marboro, Md., in the most bizarre situation imaginable after his 59-year-old Vice President Kamala Harris forced him out of the 2024 campaign. Kamala praised Biden up one side and down the other, saying he was the greatest U.S. president ever. “The most extraordinary human being, and America and leader,” Kamala called Biden, touting his many accomplishments as president. “I could speak all afternoon about the person that I’m standing on stage with,” Harris told the crowd, looking emotional. So what’s all the gushing over Biden about when, before he withdrew from the race, Democrat party bosses were in a pitched battle with Biden over whether he should continue as the nominee. It took nearly four weeks for backroom wrangling for former President Barack Obama to convince Biden to drop out of the race.
Why did Democrats force Biden out of the race if they think he’s such a wonderful president and nominee? Once Biden looked incoherent at the June 27 CNN presidential debate, Democrats decided to remove him from the race. But the hypocrisy makes Democrats look authoritarian, not letting the 18 million primary voters that voted for Biden to call the shots. No, former President Barack Obama and former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and many other party officials hounded Biden until he called it quits. Even recently, Biden said he dropped out for the good the country and the Democrat Party. But why would Joe agree to drop out if there’s nothing wrong with him as Kamala and Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) said. Both vouched for Joe being sharp as a tack, showing no signs of the cognitive impairments that hobbled his performance at the June 27 debate.
Speaking to partisan crowd, Biden blasted Trump, saying Kamala would beat him like a drum in the Nov. 5 election. “They we’re running against, what’s his name?” Biden asked the crowd. “Let me tell you what our Project 2025 is,” Biden told the crowd. “Beat the hell out of them!” Kamala couldn’t stop praising Biden at the Prince George’s County gymnasium, making the event all the more bizarre. Democrats spent nearly a month pushing back on Biden’s decision to move ahead with the race. Sanders said July 20, one day before Joe dropped out, that Democrats should stop “bickering” and accept the fact that Joe would be the Democrat Party’s nominee. Well how did that work out? Democrats worked behind closed doors to undermine Joe’s nomination, replacing him with Kamala. Kamala should have nothing but guilt knowing how Joe was robbed of the 2024 nomination.
If Kamala had nothing but praise for Biden, why did she agree with party bosses to oust Joe and takeover the party’s nomination? How democratic is that process when Joe won 18 million primary votes to seal the Democrat Party nomination? Kamala had no problem usurping Joe’s nomination and naming Minnesota Gov. Tim Walsh as her running mate. Biden can only look on in disbelief as he knows what his party did to him. Kamala can heap all the praise on Joe she wants but knows what the Party did to him to remove him from the 2024 presidential race. Democrats are all in on the Kamala nomination, knowing that Biden can no longer embarrass the party and hurt the House and Senate. But no one in the party sets the record straight that Joe is no longer fit because of his memory and cognitive issues to run for president. Biden has denied there’s anything wrong with him.
No one denies other than Democrats that Joe isn’t fit for president, let alone running for a second term. Joe joked about his age to new crowd of Kamala backers. “ I served in the Senate for 270 years,” Biden joked to the crowd. “I know I only look 40, but I’m only little bit older. For the longest time, I was too damn young because I was only 29 when I got elected, now I’m too damn old,” Biden said, half-joking but knowing he did the right thing by calling it quits. But with Joe due to speak on Night One of the DNC convention, the party knows the controversy of forcing Joe out of the campaign. Kamala and other Democrat politicians refuse to say Joe has memory and cognitive problems because they want him to continue his term in office. But truth be told, Joe shouldn’t finish out the remainder of his term because he lacks the judgment and decision making for commander-in-chief.
Whatever the Democrat Party did to get rid of Joe, it was certainly not democratic but an organized conspiracy to undermine his 2024 campaign. No Democrat has leveled in public about Joe’s memory or cognitive state because they don’t want Republicans in the House and Senate to call for his immediate removal. When Joe gives domestic or foreign policy advice, it must be taken with a grain of salt. Seventy-million American saw for themselves Joe’s true cognitive state June 27 at the CNN debate in Atlanta. Former President Donald Trump didn’t have to do much to other than watch Joe implode on national TV. Joe embarrassed his party and the country but he’s been doing it for years. Trump said in 2020 that Biden was impaired and shouldn’t run for president. Trump turned out to be right watching the economy in runaway inflation and the world set ablaze with foreign wars.
