Former President Donald Trump, 77, finds himself back in the government meat grinder, accused of violating the arcane 1917 Espionage Act by Democrat Special Counsel Jack Smith. Every anti-Trump news outlet has already violated Trump presumption of innocence, second-guessing the judge and jury to try-and-convict Trump in the media. U.S. press outlets find a vast array of like-minded anti-Trump legal experts to all say Trump is going to jail for violating the Espionage Act, President Records Act and every known rule about the retention and storage of classified documents. Every conceivable technicality has already been discussed by the anti-Trump press, fitting the former president for shackles when the case finally goes to a judge-and-jury. Not one liberal legal analysis offers exculpatory evidence that undermines the government’s case, including violating Department of Justice policies-and-procedures.
No U.S. or foreign news outlet talks about the years of fake news stories about Trump’s ties to the Kremlin. That went by the boards when 78-year-old former Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s case against Trump fizzled. What happened to all the liberal writers at the nations most prestigious newspapers and broadcast hosts that swore on a stack of bibles that Trump was a Russian asset? Where’s the comeuppance for all the print and broadcast journalists that spoke and wrote convincing stories about Trump’s ties to Moscow? Now the same voices have tried-and-convicted Trump over the airwaves, preaching to the anti-Trump choir. Trump pled not guilty on his 77th birthday June 14 to all the government’s sordid charges in Mimi District Court, making him look like Ethel and Julius Rosemberg, convicted March 29, 1951 of treason, eventually frying in Sing Sing’s electric char June 19, 1953,
Special Counsel Jack Smith said in his June 14, 2013 49-page 37-count indictment [Trump] ”could put at risk national security of the United States.” Smith’s claptrap shows unmistakable bias, knowing that, of all things, Trump kept the nation out of costly foreign wars during his presidency. Imagine that, Trump’s worthless classified documents “could” put the national at risk packed in boxes and stored in various rooms at his Mar-a-Lago estate. When it comes to real risks to U.S. national security, it isn’t Trump but 80-year-old impaired President Joe Biden and all his neophytes that started a multibillion-dollar proxy war with the Russian Federation. It’s Biden, not Trump, that poses the greatest risk to U.S. national security, launching a war against the Kremlin and threatening war against Communist China all to protect the Republic of China [ROC] in Taiwan from a Beijing invasion.
Smith can’t just stick to the facts he must hype his case as a national security threat. What more rubbish does the American public need to hear about the substantive grounds for prosecuting former President Donald Trump? “They are not coming after me,” Trump told supporters June 14 at his gold resort in Bedminister, New Jersey. “They are coming after you. I just happen to be stand in their way, and I will never be moving,” Trump said defiantly, despite the media already convicting him of espionage and obstruction of justice. Smith said nothing about the years of DOJ and FBI witch hunts against Trump, with 62-year-old former FBI Director James Comey using the power of his of the agency to sabotage Trump’s 2016 campaign. When accused of spying on Trump April 11, 2019 by 72-year-old former Atty. Gen. Bill Barr, Comey acted clueless, saying he didn’t know what Barr was talking about.
Rep. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio), Chairman of the House Ethics Committee, had his run in with Democrat-biased CNN host Dana Bash June 11, telling Bash that Trump had every right to his documents and rubbish packed in boxes at Mar-a-Lago. Bash couldn’t fathom that not everyone agrees with Smith or CNN on Trump’s guilt-or-innocence. Bash showed no comprehension of the alternative view of Trump’s classified docs’ case. Bash had Trump tried-and-convicted on national TV. Jordan reminded her that not everyone thinks like Democrat-run CNN. Bash and CNN doesn’t get that it’s not about whether Trump had the authority to declassify docs contained in boxes at Mar-a-Lago. It’s about Smith preposterous argument that Trump threatened U.S. national security by housing worthless documents. Bash and her handlers at CNN brainwash the audience to think Trump committed treason.
Smith has a real problem with his classified documents case against Trump because he can only use technicalities to convict the former president. No one thinks, other than Atty. Gen. Merrick Garland and Smith that anything found in boxes at Mar-a-Lago threatens U.S. national security. Has Garland and Smith listened to Biden calling 70-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin as “soulless killer?” Has Garland and Smith listened to Biden violate the 1979 Taiwan Relations Act, telling Communist China he would commit U.S. troops to defend Taiwan? Where’s Garland and Smith’s logic about prosecuting Trump for worthless docs found at Mar-a-Lago? Garland and Smith have real problems with the DOJ and FBI, already accused by Inspector General Michael Horowitz and Special Counsel John Durham (R-Conn.) of violating policies-and-procedures investigating Trump.
