Continuing the federal trail of former Perkins Cole partner Michael Sussmann, 72-year-old former U.S. Atty. John Durham pieces his jigsaw puzzle over the Russian hoax investigation that hounded former President Trump during his presidency. House Democrats and the fake press all look bad as Durham shows how Sussmann lied in 2016, during the height of the presidential election campaign between Trump and 74-year-old former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton. Durham was tasked as Special Counsel by 72-year-old Atty. Gen. Bill Barr in Dec. 2020 before resigning. Barr knew for years that something stunk in the Obama administration Justice Department and FBI, primarily related to Trump’s campaign. Durham’s stuck in the trenches prosecuting Sussmann and can’t begin to fathom the monstrous conspiracy involving Obama, his DOJ and FBI to sabotage Trump.
Sussmann’s attorneys claim the poor boy [Sussmann] is innocent of lying to former FBI chief counsel James Backer about the fact that he did not represent a client at the time he filed a fake police-type report to Baker alleging that Trump has a secret server to Russia’s Alpha Bank. What’s come out in the trial is that FBI investigators evaluated Sussmann’s claims and found them rubbish. But rank-and-file FBI analysts weren’t heeded by 62-year-old former FBI Director James Comey or 66-year-old former CIA Director John Brennan, both worked with the federal law enforcement and national security apparatus to frame Trump with Russian collusion to sabotage his 2016 campaign. Durham’s trial exposes the dirty underbelly of the how the Department of Justice and FBI operated under former President Barack Obama. Durham hopes to convict Susmann of perjury.
Durham showed in Sussmann’s trial that FBI agent Scott Hellman reviewed Sussmann’s claims about Trump’s alleged server to Russia’s Alfa bank. Reviewing email threads, Durham found an email form Agent Joe Pientka, who ran the Crossfire Hurricane Investigation in Trump’s alleged ties to Russia, to Agent Curtis Heide, who ran the Alfa Bank investigation in Chicago. Pientka said FBI brass was enthusiastic about the investigation based on Sussmann’s allegations. “People on the 7th floor to include Director [Comey] are fired up about his server,” Pientka wrote Heide. Pientka was one of two FBI agents with former Dept. Asst. Director Andrew McCabe that set up former National Security Adviser Michael at the White House. All the dirty agents used to sabotage Trump’s campaign were led by Comey, who’s gotten off Scott-free for his criminal enterprise at the FBI.
Comey took his orders from someone above on Operation Crossfire Hurricane. Former CIA Director John Brennan, closely tied to the Hillary campaign, forwarded the fake Steele dossier to the late Sen. John McCain (R-Az.), one of Trump biggest haters, who intern gave it to Comey. Comey used the fake Steele Dossier to justify illegal wiretaps and a counterintelligence investigation into Trump’s 2016 campaign. Sussmann, wasn’t getting his fake evidence from the Steele dossier but made up even more rubbish up about Trump’s alleged Russian server to Alpha Bank. Agent Pientka was the same person with McC who set a perjury trap for Michael Flynn after the Jan. 20, 2017 inauguration.. Agent Ryan Gaynor said that Sussmann name was kept a secret by FBI brass. Sussmann’s ties to Perkins Cole and the Hillary campaign were known by FBI brass.
Getting Sussmann’s conviction would open a can of worms for former FBI brass under the last days of the Obama administration. Convciting Sussmann would give Durham the legal precedent to go after Comey and Brennan, two of the most guilty parties in perpetrating the Russian Hoax. Comey knew that the Steele dossier was fake but, more than that, were politically motivated opposition research against Trump, designed to undermine his campaign. If Durham really wants to get to the bottom of the FBI’s illegal investigation into Trump 2016 campaign he needs to get his hooks into Comey and Brennan. Both have been unscathed in the whole sordid affair where the nation’s national security apparatus was used to sabotage Trump. Hillary did everything humanly possible to beat Trump in 2016. But there’s no excuse for Comey and Brennan to violate the law.
Revelations from Sussmann’s perjury trial opens the door to the origin of the Russian Hoax investigation, going from Democrat halls of Congress to the nation’s most prestigious newspapers and broadcast outlets. Elected officials like House Intel Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) used all the fake Steele dossier info he could find to discredit Trump, accusing him of everything from grand larceny to treason. Schiff and other Democrat colleagues, including 82-year-ol;d House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) leaked constantly during Trump’s four years in office to the fake news. All told was a monstrous conspiracy all to wreck Trump’s campaign and presidency. Durham’s on the threshold of fingering Sussmann, a minor player in the Russian Hoax, before moving up the chain to Comey and Brennan. Durham should stop until he brings all the scoundrels to justice.
