Chinese President Xi Jinping said recently that China needs to “constantly expand the circle of friends,” referring to promoting economic development in Africa and South America. “We do not evaluate our work by how foreigners see us but whether the people in our nation are happy with our work,” Lu said. Lu means that China likes to preach to the choir of like-minded brainwashed citizens echoing Beijing’s propaganda.

Unlike the soft societies of the West, the totalitarian world understands that only brutality works in the world, brutality in terms of stomping on anyone that gets in the way of advancing a worldwide communist state. Unlike China, the West values truth most of the time, except where politics interferes with science. Chan admitted she felt blaming China for creating the virus was racist because of Trump called it the “China virus.” Lu admitted that China’s propaganda battle against the West stems from former Chinese General Secretary Deng Xiaoping’s mandate to “achieve something.” Chinese official want to “achieve something” buy denying that the deadly novel coronavirus was engineered in a WIV lab causing the world widespread damage.
