Interviewed on CBS’ “Face the Nation” June 6, 66-year-old former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said that U.S. officials and the media were too quick to dismiss the lab-leak theory about the origin of the deadly novel coronavirus.”There was too much of tendency, early on, to dismiss the possibility of a laboratory leak and I think the press bears some responsibility for this,” Rice said, understating the real problems with fake news. Fake news was manufactured for years to discredit and destroy the presidency of former President Donald Trump. Rice knows that her boss, 74-year-old former President George W. Bush, despised Trump, worked for four years with the never-Trump crowd—AKA The Lincoln Project led by conservative Bill Kristol—to make sure Trump was never reelected. Rice also knows that Trump said April 30, 2020 that the deadly virus leaked from a Wuhan lab.
When Rice talks about the media promoting Chinese Communist Party propaganda, the same disinformation promoted by the Geneva-based World Health Organization, the media opposed Trump’s narrative because they did everything possible to discredit him during the 2020 campaign. Democrat strategists used the Covid-19 global pandemic to destroy Trump’s approval ratings and credibility. Part of that strategy was using 80-year-old NIH Chief of Allegy and Infectious Disease Dr. Anthony Fauci as a covert Democrat operative. Trump recognized what Fauci was doing and sidelined him as much as possible, but Fauci became part of the 2020 campaign story. Fauci appeared on countless radio and TV shows to answer question all of which designed to discredit Trump’s reelection campaign. No one hurt Trump’s chances of reelection more that Dr. Anthony Fauci.
No one in their wildest dreams imagined that the diminutive grandpa-liked federal health bureaucrat would be the one that funded “gain-of-function” research at the Wuhan Institute of Virology [WIV]. Fauci granted $3.4 million to New York-based EcoHealth Alliance of Peter Daszak, who, in turn, gave hundreds-of-thousands of dollar to WIV chief virologists Shi Shengli AKA “bat woman” for her work transforming harmless bat-coronviruses into highly contagious human pathogens. Shengli’s work with microbiologists Dr. Ralph Baric, Univ. of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, injected the bat-coronaviruses with Angiotensin II [ACE-2] converting enzymen, changing the coronavirus spike protein to easily infect humans. Shengli’s work clearly violated the 1975 Biological Weapons Convention. But more importantly, Fauci was responsible for funding the “gain-function” research.
Rice pointed out some incriminating events giving credibility to the lab-leak theory. Rice pointed out that a 2018 State Department cable expressed concern about inadequate training and precautions in handling deadly coronviruses at the Wuhan Institute of Virology, not to mention a recent Wall Street Journal report that at least three WIV lab workers fell ill with Covid-19-like sicknesses in Nov. 19, 2020, a month before the first novel coronaviruses cases started emerging in Wuhan and around the planet. With corpses stacking up in Wuhan streets and the city’s 14 crematoriums running 24/7, 56-year-old World Health Organization [WHO] Director-General Tedros Abhanom declared at a Geneva press conference Jan. 14 that there was no “human-to-human” transmission in Wuhan, China. Tedros waited almost two months to declare a global pandemic March 11, 2020.
Rice pointed out the U.S. and foreign press were buffaloed by the WHO, dismissing the lab-leak hypothesis as a spurious conspiracy theory. “We perhaps did say enough about the problems about the WHO going in and allowing the Chinese to control the territory while there were trying to investigate,” Rice said, giving the WHO the benefit of doubt. All indications point to a closely coordinated cover-up on the deadly novel coronavirus by the Chinese government and WHO. Trump called the WHO “China-centric” before he pulled the funding May 20, 2020 on the WHO prompting screams from Democrats, the U.S. press and numerous scientists that Trump spread unfounded rumors about China and the WHO. Turns out Democrats, the U.S. media and otherwise reputable scientists, like Dr. Fauci, used the Covid-19 crisis to undermine Trump’s reelection campaign.
Rice says nothing new about what’s happened with the evolving lab-leak scenario that’s no longer a “theory” but an undeniable fact. China can’t get their Black PR messaging straight, saying, on the one hand, that the virus occurred naturally in Wuhan, while, simultaneously, saying the U.S. created the deadly novel coronavirus and planted in in Wuhan. Turns out that Fauci was involved in funding “gain-of-function” research with bat-coronaviruses for may years, now suddenly denies knowing what was happening in the WIV bio-weapons labs. Condoleezza Rice was part of the Bush White House’s response to the first SARS 2002-2004 outbreak in China and around the world. By the time the SARS outbreak ended, there were about 8,000 cases and 700 deaths worldwide, a tiny fraction of the over 173 million and 3.7 million deaths from SARS CoV-2. No natural selection could account for the difference.
