Threatening a “crushing blow” if 74-year-old President Donald Trump bombs Iran’s Natanz nuclear facility, Ian warned the U.S. not to bomb its uranium enrichment and storage facility. “Any action against the Iranian nation would certainly face a crushing response,” said spokesman Ali Rabei on the official government website. Tensions have been boiling over between the U.S. and Iran since Trump ordered the Jan. 3 drone strike outside the Baghdad airport killing 63-year-old Iranian Revolutionary Guard Leader Qasem Solemani. Iran retaliated Jan. 8 for Solemani’s assassination shooting dozens of Cruise missiles at Ayan al-Assad Air Base, injuring over 100 U.S. troops with concussive injuries. Since Solemani’s death, the U.S. and Iran have been dangerously close to military action. Trump warned Tehran that any attack on U.S. assets would be met with a 100-fold attack.

More anonymously sourced reports call into question the accuracy of press reports over the latest developments. “Both countries are run by immature leaders who have been screaming about the need for war with Iran for so long it’s possible they really believe that a Biden administration will be followed by an Iranian nuclear attack,” said an unnamed source making zero sense. There’s nothing immature about either Trump or Iran’s 82-year-old Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Trump, for his part, has been very measured in his military responses over the last four years, including not responding in-kind to Iran’s Jan. 8 attack on U.S. troops. Trump said he reserved the right to respond at a time of his choosing but did not overreact to Iran’s missile strikes on Baghdad’s Ayan al-Assad Air Base. Reports from European intelligence raise concerns about U.S. escalation.

Unnamed European intelligence officials think that Saudi Arabia and Israel want to attack Iran. Without formal recognition, Saudi Arabia’s Defense Minister Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has developed a close behind-the-scenes relationship with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Bin Salman and Netanyahu want to sabotage any attempt by the incoming Biden administration to sign back on to the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action [JCPOA] AKA Iranian Nuke Deal. “We are concerned about the instincts of President Trump to force a major confrontation as he leaves office that might tie Biden’s hands,” said the anonymous European official. Whoever the so-called anonymous security official, he obviously don’t have any clue about Trump’s reluctance for military intervention in the Mideast. Appearing in U.S. newspapers, stories about Trump’s desire to confront Iran are pure smoke.

Neither Saudi Arabia nor Israel have any incentive whatever to attack Iran, especially with Bin Salman and Netanyahu dealing with the novel coronavirus global pandemic. Apart from a juicy news story, there’s zero truth to any imminent attack on Iran coming from the U.S., Saudi Arabia or Israel. “I’m afraid the Saudis might see a sympathetic ear leaving the White House and a hostile one arriving and think that perhaps this will make a confrontation inevitable,” said a second unnamed defense official, making zero sense. Since when does U.S., Saudi or Israeli officials threaten other countries with military intervention? “Both countries are run by immature leaders who have been screaming about the need for war with Iran for so long it’s possible they really believe that a Biden administration will be followed by an Iranian nuclear attack,” said the second official just making things up.

When you look at the proximity of a possible confrontation between the U.S. and Iran, it was closed Jan. 8 when Iran attacked U.S. soldiers with missiles at Iraq’s Ayan al-Assad airbase. If Trump didn’t attack shortly after Jan. 8, it wasn’t going to happen. It’s obvious the pro-Democrat media wants to paint Trump as a warmonger, when he’s exactly the opposite. History has shown clearly that Obama, Biden and Hillary were far more inclined to use the U.S. military than Trump. Trump boasted about building up the Pentagon’s $721.5 billion annual budget but emphasized he hoped never to use the sophisticated weapons systems other than for deterrence. Trump’s foreign policy has been one of influence-through-strength but avoiding the use of the military to resolve disputes around the globe. Unlike Trump, Russia’s 68-year-old President Vladimir Putin has no problem using military force.

All the media hubbub about Trump considering bombing Iran’s Natanz uranium stockpile is yet another smokescreen to pressure Trump to concede the election. When Trump decides to leave the White House, he’s unlikely to concede the 2020 presidential election because his lawyers and consultants believe Democrat in key battleground states committed fraud. “I doubt they’d be this foolish after waiting all years to see if Biden would win,” said a third unnamed European official, meaning that Iran has waited too long to strike the U.S. or its allies. What the third official fears is that Saudi Arabia or Israel could be emboldened to attack Iran. Calling the U.S. and Israeli leaders “immature” gives away how fake the story citing real threats to Iran from the U.S., Saudi Arabia and Israel. Whether you like or hate Trump or Netanyahu, they’re hardly “immature,” revealing another fake news story.
