LOS ANGELES.–Appearing on CNN’s “State of the Union” today with 55-year-old host Jake Tapper, 69-year-old Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), Tapper refuted Graham’s statements on the border, hoping that59-year-old Vice President Kamala Harris visit yesterday to the border reassures skeptical voters. Tapper fights an uphill battle using his fake journalism to discredit and obvious facts about Kamala and the border: She’s done virtually nothing over the last four years. Tapper—and other Democrat apologists—want to rehab Kamala’s abysmal performance on the border during her time in office. She’s trying to blame Trump for torpedoing a Senate immigration bill, encouraging GOP senators to reject the bipartisan plan. How much the bill would have helped the porous border is anyone’s guess. What known with 100% certainty is that 81-year-old President Joe Biden and Kamala reversed Trump’s policies.

Estimates of around 20 million illegal immigrant border crossing have been made over the last four years under Biden-Harris policies. Voters remember well the fights Trump had with former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y) over building the border wall. Pelosi and Schumer said over their dead bodies would they give Trump anything to build his border wall. But after hundreds of miles of border wall were eventually built, Biden and Harris cancelled the remaining wall slated for construction. Tapper wants voters to think that Kamala has changed her positions on the border war now that she’s in a close race with Trump for president. Tapper knows that Kamala has changed nothing other than her rhetoric in the final month of the 2024 campaign. Voters see the border as an important issue heading into Nov. 5.

Tapper wanted Graham to comment on Trump calling Kamala “mentally impaired” for her management of the border over the last four years. Graham said Trump was talking about how crazy liberal Kamala’s positions were on the border and other issues. Graham said Border Patrol stats indicate that 16,000 rapists, 13,000 murders and 400,000 others were released under the last four years. Tapper disputed that stats saying the criminals released into the U.S. go back over decades. “That statistic is actually over decades . . . and some of them are in prison. Not ICE prisons but federal prisons,” Tapper told Graham. Tapper gets his fact checking from fake news CNN who’s 100% against Trump’s presidency, working 24/7 to get Kamala elected. “I’ll tell you this: The man who killed Laken Riley in Georgia was released by the Biden-Harris administration,” Graham said, refuting Tapper.

Whatever voters don’t like about Trump, they know he was tougher on the border than Biden and Harris. So, when Tapper tries to defend Kamala, it’s a losing proposition. Trump talks of Kamala “mental problems” over the way she’s managed the border. Trump can’t believe that Biden and Harris didn’t take the border more seriously, when it clearly has implications for ordinary American citizens. Voters worry how the government can pay all the subsidized federal health care and other benefits for illegal aliens, putting undue stress on the Medicaid system, health care aid to the poor, leaving ordinary American without benefits, or reducing the time the federal entitlement programs, including Medicare and Social Security, can survive. Kamala says it’s inhumane to deny health care to illegal aliens. Federal law already requires hospitals to treat illness regardless of insurance status.

Trump’s rallies pull no punches when it comes to Harris. Graham and other Republicans urged Trump to stick to the issues but, as Trump sees it, they’re entwined with Kamala’s fake campaign, flip-flopping on all major issues, except women’s reproductive rights. Her campaign hit some headwinds recently because of her reluctance to address urgent economic and foreign policy issues affecting voters. When she held her press conference in Washington with Zelensky two days ago, she committed to funding the Ukraine proxy war into the indefinite future. Kamala makes disparaging comments about Putin, calling him as a brutal dictator and murderer, much like Biden his done since taking office Jan. 20, 2021. Kamala denigrates Trump for trying to move the conflict to the peace table, vowing she would not accept any deal where Ukraine ceded territory to Russia.

Kamala has boxed herself into a corner with untenable positions of key issues for voters. She proposes the biggest take hike on business in years, proposing to raise the 21% corporate tax rate to 33%, something that could crash the stock market. Billionaire investor, hedge fund manager John Paulston said Sept. 27 that he would pull all his cash out of the markets if Kamala gets elected. That’s not the kind to thing you want to hear before a major presidential election. When it comes to Ukraine, Kamala rubber stamps the Biden policy of giving Ukraine a blank check to fund proxy war. How’s Kamala ever going to return to normal diplomatic relations with the Kremlin when she funds proxy war? Voters find out daily that Kamala hasn’t thought through key 2024 positions. Trump lets voters know exactly what he plans to do, like “drill baby drill” and end the Ukraine War.
