LOS ANGELES.–Senior New York Times reporter Maggie Haberman thinks the Dec. 19 Colorado Supreme Court ruling barring 77-year-old former President Donald Trump from the 2024 ballot helps rally Trump’s backers heading into the GOP primaries. Haberman is the most vehement anti-Trump reporter at the New York Times, having written endless front-page stories about Trump’s alleged ties with the Kremlin. Haberman almost singlehandedly advance the fake media narrative that Trump’s beat former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton in 2016 because of ties to a monstrous Russian disinformation campaign led by 71-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin. Haberman leveraged her position at the New York Times to spread propaganda and disinformation about Trump’s bogus ties to the Kremlin. Haberman has clout in the anti-Trump crowd in Democrat and GOP circles.
Since writing numerous fake stories about Trump’s ties to the Kremlin, Haberman refused to acknowledge that Hillary’s bogus Steele Dossier was all fabricated propaganda to help her discredit Trump in the 2016 presidential campaign. New York Times used Haberman to bolster its fake claims that Trump was a Russian asset, largely to defend the Obama administration’s weaponization of the Justice Department, FBI, CIA and intel agencies to help undermine Trump campaign, and, once president, his four years in office. Haberman led the media’s campaign to demonize Trump all to protect the New York Times from a conspiracy with the Obama White House to get Hillary elected in 2016. Hillary gave the late Sen. John McCaiin (R-Az.) her dossier to hand it to former CIA Director John Brennan. Brennan then gave it to former FBI Director James Comey.
Before getting fired by Trump May 8, 2017, Comey opened up a counterintelligence investigation into Trump and his 2016 campaign, alleging ties to the Kremlin, all based on Hillary’s fake dossier. At the upper echelon of the FBI, a conspiracy existed with the Obama White House to undermine Trump’s campaign to get Hillary elected. Haberman played a integral role in the conspiracy violating every known journalistic principle to write fake stories about Trump’s ties to the Kremlin all based on Hillary fake Steele dossier. Yet Haberman and the New York Times never paid any price for eviscerating the First Amendment’s mandate to disseminate only facts , not push a Democrat political agenda. Now Haberman opines about how the Trump campaign views the latest legal abortion in Colorado to prevent Trump from running for president in 2024.
Haberman said that Trump World, a pejorative used by Maggie to denote his supporters, actually likes the Colorado Supreme Court ruling because it energizes the base. “They gererally see it . . . as a gift,” said Haberman on CNN. “I mean, Trump is not happy about any of these cases, particularly cases that tie him to a charge of insurrection. But they see the way that they anticipate this will play out,” referring to the growing chance that the U.S. Supreme Court will overturn the Colorado High Court’s ruling. Colorado’s Supreme Court used an arcane part of the 14th Amendment, Section 3, saying that anyone engaged in insurrection is not eligible to run for public office. Whatever the technicality, the Colorado Supreme Court jumped the gun on convicting Trump for insurrection when, in fact, he was acquitted by the U.S. Senate Feb. 13, 2021 in his second impeachment trial for “incitement of insurrection.”
Haberman continues her Trump-bashing role on CNN, a fake news network controlled by the Democrat Party. CNN has tried-and-convicted Trump many times over in its 24/7 programming, denying Trump any due process as he faces 91 felonies for a wide swath of fabricated crimes. Trump was first indicted by Manhattan District Atty. Alvin Bragg for hush money payments to adult film star Stormy Daniels. Trump also faces charges of business fraud by New York Atty. Gen. Letitia James for cooking the organization’s books. In Washington, D.C., Trump faces two cases from Special Counsel Jack Smith, alleging that Trump participated in the Jan. 6, 2021 insurrection and another case involving classified documents found at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate. Another case looms in Georgia by District Atty. Fanni Willis alleging interference in the 2020 election.
In all of Trump’s legal cases, Haberman leads the charge in pushing for guilt-and-convictions on all counts. Haberman hides her ties to government agencies, routinely feeding them through carefully placed leaks pro-Democrats propaganda and disinformation. If you ask Haberman, Trump’s guilty on all charges, should be banned from running for president. Haberman supports the Democrat Party platform and ticket, backing the failed Ukraine War and pushing another possible war with Communist China. Haberman is a high-placed Democrat confederate at the New York Times, whose mission is pushing the party’s woke agenda, no matter how outrageous the lies for the single-minded purpose of advancing the Democrat agenda. “But somehow, every time Donald Trump gets a piece of legal news that in normal times could be problematic, it has had a rally effect on his supporters,
said Haberman,
