LOS ANGELES.–Ukraine’s 45-year-old smoking blowing President Volodymyr Zelensky insists in a year-end press conference that Ukraine has met its objectives in its war with the Kremlin. What more rubbish the public needs to hear, especially the U.S. Congress where Zelensky wants $61 billion to pay for his bankrupt Kiev government and war with Moscow. Zelensky promised with more cash-and-weapons he would drive Moscow out of Ukraine. Whatever Zelensky hears from his underlings, it certainly shows a disconnect from facts on the ground. New York Times reported from the 1,000-kilomteter battlefield that Ukraine has not made any progress east of the Dniper River as touted by Zelensky. Soldiers report as suicide mission, enduring heavy casualties, something Zelensky and his junta must hide from the public. All objective measures show that the Ukraine War is a frozen conflict.
Hidden from the U.S. press is the fact that Zelensky has his detractors in Ukraine, especially 2014 Maiden Revolution leader Kiev Mayor Vitali Klitschko. Klitsckho reported recently that chief Ukrainian Gen. Valery Zaluznhy says the Ukraine was is a stalemate. That message runs counter to Zelensky’s fake narrative that he’s beating the Russian Federation. Since Zelensky opted for war against the Kremlin after the Feb. 24, 2022 invasion, he lost some 25% of Ukraine’s sovereign territory. He’s been furiously trying to reclaim lost sovereign land, touting his counteroffensive that’s bogged down along a 1,000 kilometer front, with progress stymied by Russian forces. Putin is more dug in to Ukraine than ever, with little prospects of getting dislodged anytime soon. Yet Zelensky tells a year-end news conference that he’s winning the war with the Kremlin.
Zelensky and his leadership junta are all about one thing: Getting as much cash as possible from the U.S. and EU to fund Kiev’s bankrupt government and prosecute an unending war with the Kremlin. Biden bought into Zelensky’s madness that he’d vanquish the Russian military, a dream of anti-communist war hawks like Biden. Now Biden embroiled the U.S. into an unending war with Russia, wrecking decades of cooperative relations with the Kremlin. U.S. presidents until Biden worked on improving U.S.-Russian relations. Russia now sees the U.S. as its mortal enemy, all because Biden tries to sell the idea that Putin wants to take over Europe. Biden has National Security Spokesman John Kirby as his chief salesman, pressure Congress to cough up $61 billion to pay for Ukraine’s bankrupt government and keep the war going indefinitely.
Zelensky found out the hard way that NATO wants no part of Ukraine, unimpressed with Zelensky’s sales job that Ukraine defends European democracy. No one but the most gullible could believe Zelensky’s rubbish. But guest what? Biden believes it, often repeating Zelensky’s feeble talking point about Ukraine defending European democracy. “NATO is the most powerful option for use. But we’re not invited to NATO yet,” Zelensky said.”All these signals about our membership so far are nonsense. We don’t receive a solid offer, not from a single partner or ours. It’s hard to imagine at this point, how this can happen,” Zelensky said, rambling in front of the press. NATO rejects Ukraine’s members because it’s bankrupt and currently at war. NATO wants no part of fighting Ukraine’s battles with the Kremlin, now or in the foreseeable future. Zelensky acts clueless.
Can you imagine Zelensky vacillating from telling the EU Ukraine defends European democracy to admitting that NATO is the “most powerful option.” Zelensky has been called out for deceiving the Ukrainian public by Klitschko for denying that the war cannot be won on the battlefield. Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Miley told Biden that there’s no military solution in Ukraine. Klitschko said at some point Zelensky has to accept the consequences of all his decisions. Zelensky’s wife Olena told Klitschko to minds his own business. Unlike Zelensky, Klitschko is a straight shooter who tells it like it is. Klitschko sees the war with the Kremlin as hurting Ukrainian interests. For Klitschko, more dialogue and less war produces actual results that benefits both warring sides. Zelensky wants his $61 billion to continue the war.
President Biden has pandered to Zelensky for too long, throwing good money after bad, without any prospects of ridding Ukraine of the Russian Federation. Biden too has reelection on his mind and doesn’t want to admit failure to the American public. Biden must pretend that everything’s going to plan, except when anyone asks him what the U.S. is doing in Ukraine. At a recent debate in Miami before he dropped out, Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) said he agreed with Biden’s attempt to degrade the Russian military in Ukraine. Scott admitted on national TV his top secret military briefing. Anyone paying attention should note that defeating the Russian military is a preposterous goal. Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin confirmed Scott’s disclosure for public view. Putin said recently that Russia is well-positioned to complete its objectives in Ukraine: What he called de-Nazification or demilitarization. Biden shows zero interest in facing reality during an Election Year.
