With the Hamas War in Gaza heating up, 80-year-old President Joe Biden watched his planned visit with 87-year-old Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas canceled in Amman, Jordan with King Hussein. Biden met with Israeli President Benjamic Netanyahu to remind Israel and the world that U.S. has Israel’s back. At the same time, the propaganda war heated up as past Hamas wars with the terrorist group accusing Israel for bombing a Gaza hospital, all pure disinformation. Military experts think Islamic Jihad or Hamas fired a stray rocket hitting the hospital. But the real issue is the unending flow of anti-Semitic propaganda circulating at a furious pace, breeding the kind of hatred that could lead of terrorist attacks at U.S, Israel and elsewhere. Biden committed himself to Israel, prompting Hamas to tell Abbas that if he met the U.S. president his life would be in danger.

Don’t forget what happened to Palestine Liberation Organization [PLO] Chairman Yasser Arafat Nov. 11, 2004 when he was most likely poisoned by Hamas. One year later, Israeli President Ariel Sharon pulled out of the Gaza Strip Sept. 22, 2005, withdrawing all Israeli forces. Taken over by the Palestinian Authority, it didn’t take long for Hamas to seize Gaza by force June 14, 2007, letting the viral anti-Semitic terror group in power. Founded by Sheikh Ahmed Nassin in 1987, Hamas was chartered to destroy Israel, but, more importantly, to continue Hitler’s Final Solution to kill all Jews. Ramping up the bombing campaign in Gaza was bound to create more anti-Semitic and anti-Israeli sentiment all over the world. Hamas has learned well how to control the anti-Israel narrative, especially after Hamas terrorists engaged in genocide Oct. 7 against a music festival and Kibbutzes near the Gaza border.

Netanyahu wasted no time declaring war against Hamas, saying the Jewish people would not tolerate another Nazi-like Holocaust. But that’s exactly what Hamas did, with a Nazi/ISIS-like slaughter, killing men, women and Israeli children, a sickening reminder that the gas chambers and crematoria are not far from Hamas and its Iranian backers. To the Islamic world they see the Hamas massacre as now different than past suicide bombings, mass killings and stabbings, not understanding how up-close-and-personal its savage-like slaughter reminds Jews of what they lived with in the Holocaust. To Hamas and Iran, it’s an honor to carry out Hitler’s Final Solution, killing Jews with a kind of blood-lust not seen since Hitler’s Third Reich. Biden was deeply moved by the “barbarity” of Hamas attacks, forgetting that the kind of savagery was seen daily by ISIS in Iraq and Syria.

When Israel starts its ground offensive in Gaza, there’s no telling how many Hamas suicide bombers will be unleashed in Israel and spread to the U.S. and its allies. Biden made clear that he would not tolerate the genocide in Israel, giving Netanayhu the green light to do whatever it takes to eliminate Hamas. Abbas was told that if he meets with Biden, he would face the same fate as Arafat. U.S. Homeland Security should ratchet up its terror alert level because Islamic radicals, hiding in the shadows, could come out soon to attack Americans, where they’re found. Iran’s Ayatollah Ali Khamenei congratulated Hamas terrorists for the carnage in Israel. He has warned the U.S. and Israel about a wider conflict using his vast network of proxy jihadist groups waiting for the signal to attack U.S. and Israel. Whether Iran spreads a wider war or not is anyone’s guess.

Whatever Biden’s foreign policy toward Iran, he must now knows not to let up on Iranian sanctions for Iran’s support of Hamas or other terrorist groups. When Iran is called the world’s biggest state sponsor of terror, experts aren’t kidding. Just ask 38-year-old Saudi Crown Prince Mohamed Bin Salman who’s been fighting Iran’s proxies for eight years with Yemen’s Iranian-backed Houthi rebels attacking the Kingdom. Iran’s Foreign Minister has been threatening for days to sick Iranian-backed proxies on Israel and the U.S. U.S. national security officials must take Iran’s threats seriously, not just about widening the war to a regional war but for terrorism to start spreading on the seas, in the air and on the ground. Islamic radicals take Iran’s call for jihad seriously, knowing that Iran will not attack on its own. Iran disguises its terror, letting its proxies do the dirty work.

U.S. Homeland Security must immediately ratchet up the terrorist warning system knowing that the Israeli-Hamas war is just beginning. Biden hoped to discourage malign actors, like Iran, Lebanon’s Hezbollah, Iraq’s Popular Fronts, ISIS, Al-Qaeda and other fringe groups from launching jibad against the U.S. and Israel. When you look at pro-Hamas demonstrations in Time Square and it college campuses around the country, it shows that demonstrators have their own opinions. When it comes to the current low-level terrorism alert level, it’s time for Homeland Security to take the Hamas-Israeli conflict more seriously. Americans have grown complacent since Al Qaeda and ISIS no longer pose the same threat they once did. But with the new Hamas-Israeli conflict, it’s time for Homeland Security to warn Americans to stay vigilant, especially with threats coming from Iran and other radical groups.
