Hosted by 80-year-old President Joe Biden before the U.N. General Assembly opens Sept. 19, 45-year-old Ukrainian President Volodymer Zelensky comes to sell the U.S and U.N.. more smoke, supporting his $200 billion war with the Kremlin. Zelensky comes to the U.S. with the same old sales pitch that if Ukraine doesn’t win the war with the Kremlin, 70-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin will takeover all of Europe. Zelensky’s phony sales pitch is echoed by Biden, as both try to sell the world on perpetual war with the Russian Federation. Receiving billions in U.S. cash to pay for the bankrupt Kiev government and war wit the Kremlin, Zelensky promises he’ll oust every Russian soldier, all 200,000 of them, from Ukraine sovreign territory. Retiring Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Mark Miley said Sept. 17 there’s no end in sight for the Ukraine War.
Zelensky’s sales pitch is so fraudlent it’s like a Chase bank robber selling stock in JP Morgan. Zelensky takes as much U.S. and NATO cash as he can get to fund his own salary that that of all his cronies, including all of Kiev’s civil servants. So when Volodynyr tells the U.S. Congress and European Union [EU] that bankrupt and war-torn Ukraine defends European democracy, it’s utter rubbish. It’s one thing for Zelensky to ask the U.S. and EU to fund his bankrupt government and war with Russia, it’s another to spread complete rubbish about his war with the Kremlin. Zelensky wants bankrupt and war-ravaged Ukraine to be the EU’s main contractor to defend European democracy. How can Biden, the U.S. Congress or EU not tell Zelensky to stop spreading his fake narrative while asking the U.S. and EU to fund his bankrupt Kiev government and war with the Kremlin?
Zelensky spends most of his time selling smoke about his plans to vanquish the Russian military. “The United States of America [is] supporting Ukraine financially and I’m grateful for this,” Zelensky told Scott Pelley on CBS “60 Minutes.” “I just think they’re not only supporting Ukraine. If Ukraine fails, Putin will surely go further,” Zelensky said, warning of a Russian takeover of Europe. Zelensky has been denied entry into NATO precisely because he’s at war with Moscow. Yet Zelensky expects the U.S. and EU to believe that NATO has no role in defending EU democracy against the Russian Federation. Surely Biden and EU know that NATO, not bankrupt and war-ravaged Ukraine, defends European democracy. Yet Zelensky comes to the U.S. and U.N. with the same insulting message that Ukraine, not NATO, defends European democracy and protects against WW III.
Zelensky’s new sales pitch to be tried out on Biden, the U.S. Congress and U.N. General Assembly is that Ukraine defends the world against WW III. If Putin wins in Ukraine, it would start WW III, according to Zelensky’s twisted logic. “What will the United States of America do when Putin reaches the Baltic States? When he reaches the Polish border? He will,” Zelensky warned. “This is a lot of money, we have a lot of gratitude. What else must Ukraine do for everyone to measure our huge gratitude? We are dying in this war.” Zelensky thinks he can blow as much smoke as he wants, vacillating between fake gratitude and apocalyptic warnings of a Putin takeover of all of Europe. “Look, if Ukraine fails, what will happen in 10 years? Just think about it. If [the Russians] reach Poland, what’s next? A Third World War/” How can anyone listen to Zelensky’s rubbish?
All of Zelensky’s PR is about selling Ukraine’s failed counteroffensive as a legitimate attempt to vanquish the Russian military, driving 200,000 Russian troops out of Ukraine’s sovereign territory. Zelensky’s narrative, adopted by the U.S., U.K. and EU, for the most part, is that Ukraine won the war because Kiev wasn’t conquered by the Kremlin in the first week of war. After 18 months of fighting, Zelensly lost almost the entire Black Sea coast and all of his strategic ports. Yet, despite public knowledge of Ukraine’s losses, Zelensky and his propaganda machine denies any Ukrainian losses, telling the world that the counteroffensive continues to make steady progress. At the rate it’s going, as Miley said, it will end up perpetual warfare and a blank check for the U.S. Treasury. Yet, Zelensky continues to manufacture more excuses for the war, especially for getting more U.S. cash.
Zelensky has gone over the top condemning Putin, something that resonates with war hawks in the U.S. Congress. But at least some conservative members of Congress don’t buy Zelensky’s outrageous, fake and deceptive sales pitch. “The whole world [has to] decide whether we want to stop Putin or whether we want to start the beginning of world war,” said Zelensky. Biden and Zelensky knows that China, India, South Africa, Brazil and others don’t buy his rubbish that Ukraine defends the world against evil Vladimir Putin. “We can’t change Putin. Russian society has [lost] the respect of the world. They elected him and reelected him and raised a second Hitler. They did this: We cannot go back in time, but we can stop it here,” Zelensky said. Zelensky is the one that needs to be stopped by the U.S. and EU, telling him he must go to the peace table and settle his conflict with Moscow.
