Showing that he’s unfit as commander-in-chief in Ukraine, 45-year-old President Volodymyr Zelensky vowed to retaliate against 70-year-old Russian President Vladimir Putin. Zelensky opted for war against the Kremlin shortly after Putin invaded Ukraine Feb. 24, 2022. Instead of negotiating the best settlement possible, Zelensky decided on war with the Russian Federation, a far larger, more sophisticated military, battle-tested over the last 70 years with some of the fiercest militaries on the planet. Yet Zelensky decided with U.S. funding from 80-year-old President Joe Biden to battle the Russian Federation with the intent of vanquishing the Russian military and driving Putin from power. Zelesky’s decisions have been a disaster for Ukraine destroying much of his country’s infrastructure, killing thousands of civilians and troops and bankrupting his Kiev government.

Zelensky relies 100% on U.S. and NATO military and financial support to run his Kiev government and prosecute the war against the Kremlin. Zelensky has taken a beating at the hands of Putin for the last 19 months. Nothing has changed with all his threats and promises about a vaunted counteroffensive with U.S. and NATO lethal weapons. Progress in some 25% of occupied Ukraine has failed to gain momentum because Russian troops are dug into captured Ukrainian territories. Had Zelensky negotiated with Putin in March 2022, he would have lost less than 10% of Ukraine’s sovereign territory. Over a year-and-a-half of war, Zelensky plays catch up trying to reclaim some 25% of Ukraine’s lost sovereign territory. Western officials, especially in Washington, like to hear Zelensky rant about Putin but it does nothing to reclaim lost sovereign territory.

Zelensky and his military junta have lied about progress in fighting the war against the Kremlin from the beginning. Zelensky didn’t want to admit the start to the counteroffensive because he was making so little progress to show his Western benefactors a loss of funding from the U.S. and NATO. Zelensky promised he would drive every Russian soldier out of Ukraine by year’s end, now revising his forecast. “Everywhere our warriors retaliate against the occupiers terror. There’s not a single day when Russian evil does not get our completely fair retaliation,” Zelensky said in a Sunday statement. How many more statements do Western officials need to hear to realize Zelensky is not fit as commander-in-chief? His military calculations have all failed leaving Ukraine far worse than it was had he taken negotiations with Putin seriously in March 22.

Hitting Kherson with a new missile strike killing seven civilians, Zelensky against promised retaliation, knowing his promises fall on deaf ears. Zelensky tasked his military with defeating the Russian Federation, the most unrealistic objective imaginable, supported by Biden. Biden has a vendetta with Putin dating back to his failed proxy war in Syria while serving as Vice President under former President Barack Obama. Obama and Biden spend billions of eight years funding a proxy war against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. After 500,000 dead, 14 million Syrians exiled into refugee camps and Europe, Obama and Biden practically broke the European Union, driving “Brexit” from the EU. Putin intervened in Syria in 2015 to defend al-Assad, spoiling Obama and Biden’s promises to topple the Damacus government with a variety a rebel groups including al-Qaeda affiliates.

Biden’s decision to join Ukraine’s war against the Kremlin was the biggest blunder in U.S. history. Biden single-handedly trashed 70 years of diplomacy and détente with the Soviet Union and, after 1991, the Russian Federation, all because he wanted to topple Putin. Biden told the world in Warsaw, Poland March 26, 2022 that Putin should be removed from power. One month later, his 70-year-old Defense Secretary Gen. Lloyd Austic told an audience Aprile 26, 2020 in Ramstein, Germany that the aim of the U.S. proxy war was to degrade the Russian military to the point it could no longer wage war. With Biden and Austin setting the tone, Zelensky naturally thought he could drive Russian from Ukraine by year’s end. Months later the U.S. and Ukraine have failed.. All peace proposals coming from several countries have all been rejected by Biden and Zelensky.

Biden and Zelensky have failed in their bid to drive Russia out of Ukrainebut, more importantly, to vanquish the Russian Federation. All objective measures show the U.S. and Ukraine losing the war, costing the U.S. Treasury untold billions, upwards of $100 billion, with Zelensky asking for more weapons and cash. U.S. lawmakers have played along, vowing to defeat Putin, not accept Biden’s colossal failure in Ukraine. Zelensky’s past threats of retaliation have gotten Ukraine nothing other than more lost sovereign territory. Biden uses Ukraine as a pawn to get reelected in 2024, losing a crumbling bipartisan coalition. All signs point to Congress waking up sometime soon. “This in the only way we can create the conditions for this whole of Ukrane to become free and safe again,” Zelensky said, opting for a failed war over the real hope of ceasefire and peace talks.
