Repeating himself for the past month about an “imminent” Russian invasion of Ukraine, 79-year-old President Joe Biden spoke from the White House before heading to the NBA All Star Game in Cleveland. Biden has wasted every opportunity to resolve the Ukraine crisis, a simple matter that would involve honoring 69-year-old President Vladimir Putin’s request to ban Ukraine or Georgia from joining NATO. But instead of working with Putin to find an acceptable solution, Biden has rejected all of Putin’s requests for security guarantees, especially stopping the indiscriminate arms shipments to Ukraine. ”As of this moment, I’m convinced that he’s made the decision” to send the Russian arming into Eastern Ukraine. “We have reason to believe that,” Biden said. Biden has been saying the same thing every few days over the last month, refusing to cite the sources of his intel.

No U.S. intel agencies, including the National Security Agency [NSA], CIA, or Defense Intelligence Agency [DIA] has released its forecast of what Biden calls an “imminent” invasion. Putin and his 72-year-old Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov have repeatedly said the Russian Federation has no plans to invade Ukraine. Even 43-year-old Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says he’s seen no reliable intel that indicates that Putin will move his army into Ukraine anytime soon, if at all. So where is Biden getting the faulty intel that Putin intends to invade Ukraine? Certainly not from reliable U.S. intel agencies, not willing to put their prestige on the line claiming an invasion was “imminent.” Putin massed over 100,000 troops near the Ukrainian border to send a loud message to Biden that wants U.S. arms shipments to Ukraine to stop at the earliest possible time.

Biden acts clueless about the steps needed to defuse the Ukraine crisis, refusing during a call Saturday, Feb. 12 with Putin to discus the contours of deal to resolve the ongoing standoff. Biden squandered his call with Putin, hurling more threats of economic sanctions, should he move his army across Ukraine’s border. “It’s hard to read his mind,” Biden said at his White House speech today. Biden insists that Putin has concocted a “false flag” operation as an excuse to go ahead with the invasion. Biden’s trying to read Putin’s mind when he should be reading the Kremlin’s response to the U.S. and NATO rejection of all his security guarantees, including preventing Ukraine or Georgia from joining NATO. Putin’s bent over backwards to resolve the Ukraine crisis by engaging in a two-way conversation about what security guarantees he needs to safeguard Russian national security.

Biden’s White House speech today whipped the fake news into a frenzy, insisting that a Ukraine invasion is happening this weekend. Where’s the intel community putting its stamp of approval on Biden’s pronouncements which have gone on for over a month? Daily pronouncements of an “imminent” Russian invasion by Biden’s national security team for weeks, repeat the same talking points about “any day now,” pushing Putin to take actions. So far, Putin hasn’t taken Biden’s bait. Whether he attacks today, tomorrow or the next day isn’t the point. What’s Biden been doing feeding Ukraine lethal weapons when Putin has expressed it’s a “red line” for Russian National Security? Biden said he won’t put boots on the ground in Ukraine but expects, if war breaks out on the Continent, the European Union to send troops to fight the Russian Federation after provoking Putin to act.

U.S. and Foreign media repeat Bidens claptrap, creating hysteria in foreign capitals, especially Kiev. It’s ironic that the Zelensky has said he sees no evidence of an “imminent” Russian invasion yet Biden continues to tell the world what’s going down. If you follow Putin, it’s unlikely that he’ll take Biden’s bait and invade Ukraine, for no other reason, that he won’t give Biden the satisfaction. Whatever cratered with U.S.-Russia and U.S.-Chinese relations, it’s all on Biden’s watch. Since taking office, Biden’s has meddled in Russian and Chinese internal affairs, accusing the Chinese of genocide against Muslim Uyghurs in Western China. Biden demanded that Putin release a known revolutionary 45-year-old Alexi Navalny currently serving a two-year-10-month sentence in a former Soviet gulag. So, now Biden lectures Putin daily, insulting him, insisting that he’s invading Ukraine “anytime soon.”

Instead of going to the bargaining table to hear Putin’s concerns about Ukraine or other hot spots in Eastern Europe, Biden has told Putin to stand down, remove his troops inside Russia near the Ukrainian border. Putin’s troops are designed to get Biden and NATO to the table to talk about the Kremlin’s security concerns. Biden has already caused a sell-off in U.S. and foreign stock markets, fearing what he calls an “imminent” invasion. Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) begged Biden and his war hawk Senate colleagues, to put themselves in Putin’s shoes. Watching the U.S. and NATO arm Ukraine, a country that sits on Russia’s border, for what purpose? Putin can only conclude that with all Ukraine’s Western weapons, Zelensky will try to retake the Crimean Peninsula where Putin has his Sevastopol naval base. If Putin attacks Ukraine, now or in the future, he’ll look to neutralize a growing Ukrainian threat.
