President Joe Biden, 79, embarrassed the U.S. over his month-long prediction of a Russian invasion in Ukraine, prompting the Kremlin to call Biden’s false flag operation “hysteria” and “madness.” Biden’s Ukraine strategy was much more that “hysteria” and “madness” but a carefully orchestrated propaganda and disinformation strategy led by chief smoke blower 45-year-old National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan. Sullivan has been the White House media point-man, spreading wild tales about an “imminent” Russian invasion in Ukraine, while 43-year-old Ukrainian President Volodyrmr Zelensky said he sees zero evidence of that happening. Not one respected intel agency confirmed the White House propaganda that Russia was close to invading Ukraine “any day,” as Biden, his 59-year-old Secretary of State Anton Blinken and Sullivan told the world almost daily.

Blinken and Sullivan kept telling Zelensky that American has “Ukraine’s back,” coming to the rescue of the Black Sea country that has one thing in common with the White House, the hate of Russian President Vladimir Putin. Since Biden took office Jan. 20, 2021, he’s been bashing Putin, once calling him March 18, 2021 a “soulless killer.” Biden’s inability to get along with Putin has left U.S. national security in shambles, unable to partner with Russia on mutually beneficial projects. When it comes to hot spots around the planet, including North Korea or Iran, Biden can no longer count on Putin. He’s damaged U.S.-Russian relations to the point it’s not salvageable under his presidency. Putin threw Biden a bone today redeploying some of his 100,000-plus troops from the Ukrainian border. Wall Street used it to rally, despite the bad inflation news now back to 1982 levels.

European Union [EU] officials couldn’t fathom why Biden would push the Ukraine situation to a potential war in Europe, when he said Dec. 8, 2021 and again Jan. 25 that the U.S. would not put boots on the ground in Ukraine. But if Biden’s sincere about “having Ukraine’s back,” why would he not defend Ukraine in the event of a Russian invasion? Russian invasion was never in the cards, despite all the propaganda and disinformation spewed from the White House. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov called the West “paranoid,” claiming that a Russian invasion could happen anytime. Only yesterday, Sullivan said an invasion could happen any day, with the State Department ordering U.S. diplomatic personnel out of Kiev. Biden thought by fabricating an “imminent” Russian invasion, he could rally the West against Putin, painting him as the aggressor.

EU officials, led by European Council President Ursula von der Leyen realized Biden could cause a war with Russia on the European Continent and expect the EU to fight the battle. No one in Brussels understands the national security significance of Ukraine to the United States, other than Zelensky manipulating Biden to get NATO membership. Putin said that giving Ukraine NATO membership would be a “red line,” potentially triggering a war in Europe. Putin asked Biden and NATO to offer security guarantees, including a ban on Ukraine joining NATO. So far, Biden and NATO have rejected all of Putin’s requests for security guarantees, especially stopping shipments of lethal arms into Ukraine. Above all else, Putin fears a heavily armed Ukraine trying to seize back the Crimean Peninusla. Biden and his national security team completely misunderstood Putin’s motives to mass troops near the Ukraine border.

Russian official have caught on to Biden’s propaganda and disinformation war, claiming that Putin was ready to invade Ukraine. All the hype was designed to turn the world against Putin but backfired, with Chinese President Xi Jinping backing Putin’s request for security guarantees. So, the U.S. finds itself, under Biden’s leadership, without any working, pragmatic relations with the Russian Federation or Communist China. Biden, Blinken and Sullivan have been hammering China about its alleged genocide against Muslim Uyghurs in Xinjiang Province in Western China. Lavrov called the West “paranoid,” to underscore that Biden’s propaganda war, claiming a Russian invasion was “imminent.” But no one can ignore Zelensky’s attempt to suck the U.S. and NATO into a war with the Russian Federation to retake the Crimean Peninsula, a key concern of Putin.

Putin isn’t likely to remove the lion’s share of his troops away from the Ukrainian border unless he gets his security guarantees from the U.S. and NATO. Concluding some drills today near the border doe not represent a change in Kremlin policy. “It’s necessary to stop NATO’s further expansion and militarization of Ukraine. . . we definitely don’t plans to conquer Ukraine,” said Sergei Karaganov, a foreign policy analyst with close ties to the Kremlin. Biden’s propaganda and disinformation campaign shows what happens when the U.S. government plays dirty to win an information war. China has already said it backs Putin’s right to security guarantees against a backdrop of NATO encroachment. Beijing views the U.S. as meddling in China’s internal affairs, especially slamming the PRC for its crack down of Muslim Uygurs, Hong Kong democracy-activists and Taiwan’s right to independence.
