Frustrated that he couldn’t remove 74-year-old Donald Trump from office, the 73-year-old, diminutive ultra-partisan Chairman of the House Judiciary Committee Jerry Nadler (D-N.Y.) now turned his ire to 69-year-old Atty. Gen. William Barr. Removing 60-year-old U.S. Atty. with the Southern District of New York Geoffrey Berman from his post, Nadler cried foul, blaming Barr for trying to cover –up Berman’s investigation into 76-year-old former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani. Berman’s been looking into Giuliani’s work in the Ukraine where he failed to resister as a foreign agent, violating the Sept. 6, 1938 Foreign Agent Registration Act. Former 77-year-old Vice President and Democrat Nominee Joe Biden’s 50-year-old son Hunter didn’t register as a foreign agent earning $83,000 a month for three years working for Ukraine’s Burisma Holdings, Cyprus-based a natural gas company accused of corruption.

Nadler showed his outrage much like he did accusing Trump of obstruction of justice and other high-crimes-and-misdemeanors, now turning his ire to Barr. Speaking to the anti-Trump resistance on CNN’s State of the Union today, Nadler called for Barr’s impeachment. “I think he deserves impeachment. He certainly deserves impeachment. But again, that’s a waste of time because the Republicans in the Senate won’t look at that and we have, we have other ways of getting at this,” Nadler said. Truth be told, Nadler wants Barr out of the picture because he and U.S. Atty. John Durham are dangerously close to indicting key members of former President Barack Obama’s Justice Department and FBI, for conducting and illegal counterintelligence investigation into Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.

Nadler would do anything now to get rid of Barr, one of the most professional, nonpartisan leaders of the Justice Department. Barr wants to get to the bottom of how 59-year-old former FBI Director James Comey, all six-foot-eight of him, decided to wiretap Trump campaign officials to undermine Trump’s 2016 campaign, helping former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton elected. Nadler worked day-and-night with 60-year-old House Intelligence Chairman Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) to remove Trump from office. When 75-year-old former FBI Director and Special Counsel Robert Mueller delivered his Final Report March 23, 2019, Nadler, Schiff and Pelosi went into overdrive to find anything impeachable. After months of trying, they found a “whistleblower” complaint, accusing Trump of a quid pro quo with 40-year-old Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Nadler has not a shred of integrity in his role as House Judiciary Chairman. He and Schiff weaponized their Article 1 powers, looking or anything possible to impeach Trump and remove him from office. While Nadler says today he’s knows that impeaching Barr would go no where in the Senate, he also knew that impeaching Trump would go no where but did it anyway. Nadler knows that any U.S. attorney serves at the pleasure of president. Berman’s predecessor, 51-year-old former U.S. Atty. Preet Bhahara also went kicking-and-screaming before leaving his post in lower Manhattan. Nadler fights an uphill battle making a case that Trump and Barr can’t pick the U.S. Atty. of his choice. “Given the pattern and practice of both the president in seeking to use the justice system to reward friends, punish enemies, protect people he likes, and Barr’s willingness to carry that water for the president,” Nadler said.

Nadler’s hullabaloo on CNN shows that he’s interested in only election year histrionics, doing everything possible to whip up more conspiracies. Barr didn’t fire Berman to protect Giuliani, he fired him because he had his own agenda, carried out independent to the White House. Nadler wants Berman, now that he’s out of the DOJ, to rat-out Barr and Trump, promising to put him on the stand. When Berman refused to step down, Barr accused him of grandstanding. Not following DOJ guidelines. Nadler promised to cut $50 million out of Barr’s budget, something he couldn’t do without a super-majority, requiring GOP votes. Nadler and other Democrats have grown more anxious that Barr would return indictments on key Obama White House officials, giving Democrats a big fat black eye before the election. Trump and Barr want Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Jay Clayton to replace Berman.

Nadler showed, like Schiff and Pelosi, that he’s the ultimate partisan, weaponizng the House Judiciary to achieve a political agenda of electing Biden. Democrats have trashed Trump’s effort to start his campaign in Tulsa last night, saying he couldn’t get a strong turnout. Democrats orchestrated a ticket-buying scheme through online app “Tick-Tock” to keep Tulsa’s BOK arena empty. Democrats are proud of pulling off a ticket scam to prevent Trump from filling the Arena, boasting how they pulled it off. All Democrats and media talked about was how Trump’s campaign was over, not just beginning. Democrats look ready to anoint Biden president without casing a single vote. Trump shook off the rust to kick off his 2020 come-from-behind campaign, much like he did in 2016. Democrats couldn’t impeach Trump Feb. 5 but they’ve already got Biden in the White House.
