Fake News has become a way of life in the United States, with the Democrat Party having its tentacles in most of the mainstream press. Whatever foreign sources U.S. intel agencies identify as pernicious propaganda, it pales into insignificance compared to domestically spun fake news. Attempts to discredit 73-year-old President Donald Trump’s response to the coronavirus AKA SARS CoV-2 or Covid-19 crisis ooze with Democrat talking points, hoping to convince voters in November to vote for 77-year-old former Vice President Joe Biden. Just like the mainstream press spent over three years publishing stories about Trump’s alleged ties with Russia, now the Fake News has shifted to Trump’s bungling of the coronvirus crisis. While the same anti-Trump news outlets tout 80-year-old National Institutes of Health of Allergy and Infectious Disease Chief Anthony Fauci, they discredit Trump.
One small problem for the many stories about Trump’s mismanagement of the coronavirus crisis, Fauci doesn’t agree. He repeatedly said that Trump has done everything he’s been asked, responding to the crisis in the most-timely manner. Yet the Democrat-drive press outlets continue to grind out the anti-Trump propaganda, much like they did before Special Counsel Robert Mueller threw cold water on their claims that Trump colluded with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election. Leading the charge against Trump are the same characters that led Democrats failed impeachment trial. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) sets the Democrat talking points that Trump was slow to respond to the SARS CoV-2 epidemic, touting the World Health Organization [WHO] that dithered before declaring a global pandemic three months after China admitted to the spiraling epidemic Dec. 31, 2019/
Fake news is easy to detect because it’s un-sourced material, typically using unnamed insiders within various government departments. All the Fake News about the Russian hoax from the New York Times and Washington Post had no attribution, no names, only anonymous sources. Now it’s the same thing for Trump’s handling of the coronavirus crisis. Reports from the Washington Post citing unnamed sources claim that Trump was warned by U.S. members working at WHO. Citing “a dozen” unnamed sources at WHO, it’s clear that 55-year-old Director-General Tedros Abhanom Ghebreyesus is pushing back against accusations that he dropped the ball. Tedros didn’t brand the spiraling cornoavirus epidemic in Wuhan, China as global pandemic until March 11. Yet the Washington Post claims that “a dozen” U.S. sources in WHO identified the pandemic months before Tedros.
Even after WHO declared March 11 the global pandemic, Tedros tweeted March 18, that no human-to-human transmission existed. Whatever unknown U.S. workers said to the Washington Post, if they said anything al all, the Director-General was denying that human-to-human transmission existed as late as March 18. Trump’s accused of a lethargic, delayed, incompetent response to the coronaviurs crisis when he banned flights to and from China Jan. 31. Reports in Democrat-controlled HuffPost exposes how Fake News works. “President Donald Trump, facing widespread criticism for his government’s inadequate response to the pandemic, has attempted to shift blame, targeting WHO and state governors. Last week, he [Trump] announced the U.S. was freezing funding to WHO,” read the HuffPost article. Sounds like it was written by a PR hack defending Tedros at WHO.
Where, in even the lowest form of journalism, does a reporter get to inject his-or-her own opinion in a news story? If Trump were facing “widespread criticism,” you’d think the reporter would name sources, not hazard his-or-her own opinion. Calling Trump’s actions a “inadequate response to the pandemic,” it’s either written by Tedros or the Democrat National Committee, someone like Pelosi or her anti-Trump lieutenant Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), lead impeachment manager and Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee. American readers are forced to decipher pernicious propaganda from news, something impossible in today’s politically-driven journalism. When it comes to Trump’s response to shut down flights from China Jan. 31, Tedros tells the real story about WHO. Travel bans “unnecessarily interfere with international travel and Trade,” Tedros said Feb. 3, in response to Trump’s China ban.
Defending WHO and lashing out at Trump, the Fake News press gives away the Democrat Party’s 2020 election strategy that have nothing to do with news but everything to do with politics. If U.S. news outlets are so infiltrated by Democrat operatives, then the public has no chance of becoming an informed electorate. Since Trump announced April 14 he was withholding WHO’s $400 million-plus funding, Tedros has lashed out in the press. “The focus of all political parties should be to save people,” Tedros said. “Please don’t politicize this virus. If you don’t want many more body bags, then you refrain from politicizing it.” Calling Tedros out has nothing to do with politics and everything to do with his corrupt relationship with China, where Tedros held a dirty secret for months about China’s spiraling coronavirus epidemic that’s infected 2,444,641 and killed 168.005 worldwide.
