When 72-year old Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-Al.) was confirmed as attorney general Feb. 8, 2017 it didn’t take long for him to recuse himself in the FBI investigation into Russian meddling and President Donald Trump’s alleged collusion. Sessions told the Senate Judiciary Committee at his confirmation hearing that he had no contact with Russia during-or-after the presidential campaign. When a covert Department of Justice [DOJ], FBI and National Security Agency [NSA] investigation picked up conversations of Sessions speaking with former Russian Amb. Sergei Kislyak, Sessions was advised by Deputy Atty. Gen. Rod Rosenstein to recuse himself March 2, 2017 in the Russian meddling and collusion probe. That stunt allowed Rosenstein to appoint Special Counsel former FBI Director Robert Mueller May 17, 2017 to investigate Trump for alleged Russian collusion.
Former National Security Adviser Susan Rice admitted to the Senate Intelligence Committee that she approved “unmasking” Kislyak’s conversations, finding that Sessions had indeed spoken with the former Russian ambassador during-and-after the 2016 campaign. Rice never admitted that Sessions conversations had nothing to do with Russian meddling or alleged Trump collusion with Moscow. Sessions talked to Kislyak about nonsense, possibly about scheduling an eventual meeting between Trump and Putin. Rosenstein knew there was nothing in Sessions conversations that warranted his recusal from the Russian probe. Once Sessions recused himself March 2, 2017, he was compromised as Trump’s Attorney General, unable to keep the Russian probe from getting out of control. Only Democrats and their media friends hope to ride the Russian probe to take back Congress.
Testifying Aug. 27 before the House Judiciary and Oversight Committees, 46-year-old FBI Agent Bruce Ohr said he was told by former MI6 Agent Christopher Steele, the author of former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s opposition research against Trump AKA “the dossier,” that an unnamed Russian official told him “they had Trump over a barrel.” Ohr said with a straight face that it was so disturbing he notified his superiors to start investigating Trump’s alleged ties to the Kremlin. Ohr never admitted that former FBI Director James Comey was already investigating Trump and his campaign associates. Ohr became exposed, like his FBI colleagues Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page in an organized attempt to prevent Trump from becoming president. Comey, McCabe, Strzok and Page all lost their jobs because of inappropriate activity.
When Trump calls the Russian meddling and alleged Trump collusion probe a “witch hunt,” he’s referring to the conspiracy help elect Hillary at the DOJ, FBI and NSA all trying to sabotage Trump’s presidential campaign. Democrats and their media friends have pulled out all the stops to prevent the public from seeing that former President Barack Obama approved his Attorney General Loretta Lynch, National Security Advisor Susan Rice, Comey and others to do everything possible to elect Hillary and sabotage Trump. Exposing an active conspiracy by the the nation’s most prestigious agencies would shatter public confidence in the U.S. government. Knowing Obama’s involvement in trying to sabotage his campaign, Trump knows that the Russian meddling and alleged Russian collusion probe by the Special Counsel lacks any credibility or legitimacy.
Today’s media focuses on whether or not Trump will fire Mueller or Sessions, trying to smear Trump as some kind of tyrant. But the real issue involves the fact that an active conspiracy in the Obama administration attempted to prevent Trump from becoming president. Once all the nefarious actions of the DOJ, FBI and NSA backfired on Nov. 8, 2016, the so-called “deep state” did everything possible to de-legitimize Trump’s presidency. There’s enough public information about what happened, including the outrageous testimony of Bruce Ohr, justifying the FBI investigation into Trump based on pure conjecture and hearsay. If you listen to Ohr, the FBI only needs hearsay and innuendo to start a criminal investigation on any American citizen, let alone the GOP’s presidential candidate. Only partisan Democrats and their media friends can accept this nonsense.
Trump’s in a difficult position politically to take action against Sessions or Mueller without creating media maelstrom. Only more exposure to the facts regarding the Obama administration’s conspiracy to sabotage Trump’s campaign and get Hillary elected can help Trump. Trump has the entire media, with few exceptions, doing everything possible to save the Mueller investigation before the Midterm elections. Surely Mueller knows that Russian meddling and Trump collusion probe was based on an organized conspiracy inside Obama’s DOJ, FBI and NSA to prevent Trump from becoming President. How many more people need to be fired at the FBI for Mueller to see that the whole Russian probe needs to be tossed out. Mueller isn’t likely to submit his final report to Rosenstein until after the Midterm elections. Until then, Democrats and the media can only wait.
